Reaching in front of the hotel, I scurried inside, to our room, but it was still locked from outside. I dialed his number again, and it's now switched off. All manner of thoughts began to dance in my mind. I kept calling him, but to no avail.

Just then a notification came in, and I saw a credit alert and a message from Gabriel. I immediately tapped on the message icon.

"Babe, meet me at the resort I work in." I hurled a sigh of relief, I didn't even bother going inside the room, I turned towards the exit of the passageway and made my way downstairs.

Luckily, for me, I boarded a taxi the minute I stepped outside the hotel. In not more than six minutes, the taxi halted in front of the resort and I paid him and strode at a fast pace into the resort then towards the beach.
