One Bite to Another (English Version)

"I don't do business with monsters!" Mino sarcastically exclaimed, glaring fiercely at the lady with a thin cloth covering her face. "So was I with a pathetic human," Vreihya grumbled angrily. They both despised one other's kind because, in their own views, they were both monsters. Vreihya is the strongest vampire, fated by prophecy to bear a child who will substitute the Goddess of the Moon, yet she cannot live freely without the human who is her only remedy for her illness, and when the human perish, she dies. Their foes will object to having a half-human blooded vampire as their new Goddess, thus they will go to any length to slay the mortal and dominate the most powerful vampire in the vampire world.

WOUNDS

Third Person's P.O.V

As he held the unconscious tiny body of the young wolf, the princess and the mortal's return journey appeared as frigid as the frozen wilderness. They were compelled to return to treat the child's physical injuries first. They use their speed at times and walk normally at others to avoid becoming too exhausted.

Vreihya is sobbing quietly, biting her lip to keep the emotions to herself. She was filled with remorse for what she had done. She sensed Mino's rage toward her as a result of what she did. She lacks the guts to explain since she is lost in her own thoughts.

After several hours, the Goddess was entirely exposed in the night sky. Even though she is heartbroken and despondent, she ensured that the flowers on their way are shining to serve as a beacon of light. They arrived at Calix's house after a few more minutes of walking. It's still as frigid and lifeless as they left it.

They stepped in without saying anything, and Mino swiftly placed the boy on the enormous and only wooden bed. The child seemed to have begun weeping despite the fact that his eyes were still closed when he was placed on the bed. Mino is overly concerned and doesn't seem to know what to do about it. He refuses to speak with Vreihya because of what he witnessed previously.

He was beginning to distrust everything he had read in the old notebook. Is she the same kind of princess he learned about in the notebook? If she truly is that kind of princess, how can she coldly treat a child like that? Vreihya noticed that Mino didn't appear to be able to help the boy's condition, so she grabbed the bottle of powdered medicine off the table earlier.

She has no choice but to use it once more. Mino blocked her path as she was ready to approach the boy, as if she had a wicked plot. "What do you intend to do?" he inquired coldly. Vreihya doesn't have time to elaborate. All she wants to do is make amends for the cruelty she committed previously.

"Move!" Her voice was likewise cold from crying. But Mino became even more resistant. The princess lost her patience and, using her power, she yanked Mino away, forcing him to slam into the table and make a loud noise.

Vreihya swiftly removed the thick cloth Mino had wrapped earlier. With his torn and bloodied shorts, the child's little body is revealed. "Don't touch him!" Mino grumbled and was ready to stand up when the princess raised her hand, causing enormous cold vines to penetrate the window. It soon wrapped around Mino's torso, immobilizing him. She did it without looking at all.

She swiftly opened the bottle, and with her gesture, a thick vine with enormous leaves and water came to her. She prayed as she emptied the contents of the bottle into the water. While Mino did not appear to like what she was doing. The princess used her pointer finger to swirl the now purple water, which briefly flared up.

She promptly lifted the child's body and immersed it in the purple water, covering his entire body with remedy. When she returned the child's body to lie down, it was completely drenched. She braced herself because this was going to hurt like hell.

She took a deep breath and whispered the spell softly. "AHHHH!" she yelled, for the brightening of the child's entire body was the growing anguish in her body. She leaped up and violently removed her long garments and facial covering. Mino's eyes widened as he noticed how the princess appeared to be dying from screaming.

She tossed the cloak and ripped her thick garment, revealing a thin white dress underneath. He was almost frightened to see the princess's garments progressively becoming scarlet from the oozing blood. "AAAAAACK!" she cried out in agony, not knowing which area of her body she was going to reach.

Mino was even more horrified when he noticed the deep wound that had suddenly appeared under Vreihya's eye. The wound beneath the child's eye is similar to this. As she attempted to turn her back on Mino, the princess shouted even louder. She couldn't stop crying because she could feel the wounds on her back. Mino witnessed with his own two eyes how a deep and long scar appeared on the princess's back.

At the same time, a new region of her body was becoming filled with little yet severe wounds that were currently bleeding. The princess seemed to want to die due to the excruciating agony. She can feel all of the child's injuries from the past and present. The child's body continued to glow, and it appeared as if hundreds of whips were being struck at the princess.

Mino couldn't resist his desire to console the princess, who appeared to be going insane with her accentuated scream. Mino wrestled with the vines but was unable to move. He prayed to the Goddess with all his strength. "Lend me my powers again, I can't bear seeing her suffer like that," he begged, and he immediately felt warmth in his eyes and electricity flowing through his body.

He felt the power and used it to discharge electricity from his body, which he then distributed to the vines. Vreihya vomited a lot of blood since she was in pain with her neck. She felt as though she were drowning in her own blood. Her legs had serious wounds as well. She has the appearance of a bloodied bride and appears to be unable to stand for lengthy periods of time.

She could still feel the bruising and cuts, and her flimsy clothing seemed to be getting heavier as the blood flowed out of her. "FREAKING STOP!" She began to cry as her vision became fuzzy. She could feel new cuts on her left and right cheeks. She couldn't tolerate the discomfort any longer and so lost her balance.

Mino quickly caught her, but she hissed in pain due to her wounds. "You're bleeding like hell!" Mino voiced concern as the princess appeared to be drenched in blood. "I-I can't handle it any longer! Please stop! Mino! I don't want to-" the tearful remark of the princess who is mingling with her blood.

"It won't heal fast like before! A vampire inflicted these wounds, so it won't heal quickly!" she sobbed, almost shivering with terror and panic. If he had known this was going to happen, he would have done more to stop her.

"You should have warned me about this! You're making me fucking worried!" he exclaimed as the princess continued to bleed in his arms. Mino became even more terrified when fresh blood emerged from her mouth. He wanted to curse himself for being unable to do anything.

The illumination of the child's body has halted, indicating that all of his wounds have healed. There are no visible wounds or bruises on his body. In contrast to the princess's body, which was covered in bruises and bleeding wounds, his body appeared to be a blank canvas.

Although the wounds on her body had stopped appearing, she is still bleeding. "Tell me what to do! Freaking tell me!" Mino yelled furiously since the princess appeared to be withering and he didn't give a shit about the blood on his cloak. "I need... I need... blood!" it seemed to be a muttered plea as her eyesight blurred.

Her breathing got much slower, and her heartbeat became as ghostly as it could be. Mino instantly placed the poor princess's body on the floor and removed all impediments from his body so she could bite properly. He swiftly knelt and placed her head on one of his knees, and he was the one who approached the dying princess's mouth.

When he felt her fangs and saw how she sucked his blood weakly, he quickly closed his eyes violently. "Come on! Drink more!" he exclaimed to the princess, despite the fact that his knees were trembling from pain. "I won't let you die! Not on my watch!" he said as he pressed his neck against the princess's fangs to help her drink more easily.

But he almost cursed since the princess appeared to have lost consciousness and her bite had loosened. With despair, he clenched his hand. He noticed how the princess became pallid. "No! You won't leave me!" he declared vehemently.

"I will never be left alone again!"
