CHAPTER 56

Upon learning that Yuri had a way to cure the Rogues' disordered genes, and that Captain Cold, the Weather Wizard, and herself were all cured by Yuri.

Lisa immediately turned into a well-behaved girl, waiting quietly for Yuri to rescue her lover.

"Sam Scudder's situation is different from yours, his main body is trapped in this mirror, my gene repair beam will be reflected by the mirror and won't be able to shine on Sam's body."

Yuri said as he held the mirror that trapped Sam.

"To save Sam, you have to go inside the mirror world."

"What? But the only one who can enter the mirror world besides Sam is McCulloch." Wally frowned.

"Going to get that guy over here is a simple matter." Lisa's eyes glazed over and she planned to call Captain Cold and the Weather Wizard to go and kidnap the man.

"No need, do you all see this?" Then they saw Yuri pulling out a mirror gun from somewhere, the very same one that McCulloch always holds.

Originally, after defeating Mirror Master, Yuri was subconsciously planning to crush the mirror gun, but after a little thought, he chose to keep it for himself.

The technological level of the mirror gun was very high, surpassing normal Earth technology by at least a few hundred years. And once Yuri learns through the mirror technology in it, and then with the super brain of Gray Matter, he could achieve many things.

And if by some possibility that Yuri can't really use it, he can still collect it as a trophy or sorts.

As for the notion that the mirror gun is McCulloch weapon, and that it belongs to the important evidence and so on, Yuri must say that that is none of his business.

Batman and Superman also also like to collect trophies, and several times they even snatched things directly from the hands of the police.

For Speedsters, this amount of time was not much different from ninety days.

"Come to think of it, this time the normal transformation seems to have lasted more than ten minutes ah ...." Yuri thought as he stroked his chin.

Starting from the end of the battle, first turning into Gray Matter to confirm the cause of Lisa's illness, then dealing with Captain Cold and the others, then repairing their genes, and then Lisa waking up to figuring everything out was a lot of time.

Fifteen minutes exactly? Or twenty minutes?

Yuri grabbed the unconscious Sam and drilled through the mirrored channel that had been opened, returning to the ward and proceeding to place Sam on Lisa's hospital bed.

Yuri didn't stress that he had deleted Sam's memories; after all, no one likes a guy who plays with someone's memories, especially with Wally still present.

Besides, if Sam did recover his memory one day, he would probably have to thank Yuri.

The next step was to collect the payment, drawing blood in the hospital was simply too easy, not even needing Yuri to do it himself.

It didn't take long for Yuri to pocket four tubes of blood from Captain Cold, the Weather Wizard, the Golden Glider and the Mirror Master.

Wally asked him why he needed the blood of the Rogues, and Yuri's answer was that he wanted to study the connection between DNA recombination and awakening superpowers.

The weather wizard guy promises Wally that he'll turn himself in, but how can he be stupid enough to keep that kind of promise? So when the blood was drawn, he breaks the window and jumps out while laughing at Wally, flying up into the sky, running away.

He uses the clouds to hide his whereabouts, so Wally wouldn't know which direction to chase.

There was nothing Wally could do other than grit his teeth and curse the weather wizard for his dishonesty.

After that, there was no need for Yuri to stay in the hospital anymore, and the same goes for Wally.

Walking out of the hospital, Yuri was about to leave when Wally stopped him.

"Hey, One for All, I have something to tell you."

Although the name was Yuri's idea, he don't know why, but being called by someone else using that was as awkward as it could be.

"Ahem, what do you want to say?" Yuri coughed and laughed dryly.

He then saw Wally disappear with a swoosh and come back with a swoosh, his hand holding an invitation card.

"In two days, I'm going to hold a wedding at the Midtown Cathedral, and I want you to come over to see it." Wally laughed brightly.

"Huh?" Yuri was shocked by Wally's words, "You invited me to your wedding? Why? Aren't you afraid that your identity will be exposed?" Although Yuri already knew that Kid Flash was Wally, he had never shown it.

"We haven't known each other for a long time, but I believe you're not a bad person, and I have a feeling we can become friends, so I hope you can come to witness my wedding, and .... I also want to meet the real you."

It's not clear if Wally is simply naive or if he genuinely believes that Yuri is a good person.

If he attends the wedding, Yuri could not possibly attend in the state of his aliens, and a wedding wouldn't be finished in ten or twenty minutes, and it would be a waste if he used XLR8 2.0 just to extend his time.

Yuri was troubled for a while, he is not worried about his identity being exposed, after all, he is all alone, no relatives, so what if he was found out?

But what really made Yuri indecisive was, should he really make Wally a friend or not?
