[They are the creator of everything that has ever occurred. Even the heavenly dao.

The ocean of nothingness is an infinite domain which has no end. It can be called the pillar of reality as everything is under it. Your infinite world also resides.

The river of time commands the infinite realms and verses that are in reality or in a parallel realm. Nothing can escape its touch, not even the highest beings, there have been multiple beings that were on peak of hyper verse but met their end.

The primordial chaos is like mother, it has given birth to every creation with the help of other three, it is the highest affinity a person can have with time and fate as there is no being with affinity to nothingness except you. Finally there is fate, it has the most power as it can make even the weakest of the creatures to the peak of creation with heavenly encounters.
