Chapter 263 - A Request

Ryuu gave them some key things that needed to be addressed, namely the current hypocrisy of the old coats that oversee their society that still cling to tradition rather than look ahead at the future and hinder the younger generation. He has no rights in managing the devil society BUT Lucifer has every right to act as their leader as she was the CEO of the devil and felt it's her obligation in managing the devil's society's current state. They deny her will as the former progenitor of the devil race that her wills is absolute only and the absence of the true Lucifer gave her the throne of Lucifer. 

He also gave the better solution on Devil's fertility that made Ajuka intrigued since he had been doing his hardest to solve their crisis but unable to as it was not his forte while Ryuu is literally the God of flesh and anything biological or fundamentally considered as flesh namely the world itself. 

Ryuu warned them that he will be the only one giving the potion and even if they tried their hardest it would be impossible to replicate. In this way, Ryuu has valuable assets to make the devil society to be realint of him despite having the ability to manipulate everything but decided to use the old ways. 

They nodded and Ryuu mentioned Misla which was Saraiorg mother telling Rias that he wanted to helped Sairaorg since he was his favorite character with his lost against canon Issei was plot armor and Bullsh*t. Rias knew that her cousin would be delighted if her lover helped him then realize that the woman would likely fall for him which she didn't mind since her aunt deserved a good man like her lover. 

Ryuu rubbed his chin since he also plan on finding ingvild and help her but it also meant that he won't kill katerarea which he didn't mind having and thought to make her into his maid instead as well as slave. He planned on finding her and taking her under his custody but there was no rush and she would be safe. Sirzech couldn't argue with them knowing it was a losing battle and said..

"I must thank you for what you've shown us…what is it that we can do to repay you?"

Sirzech believed that any prize would be worth giving to him after what he showed them. It was near priceless information especially about the Khaos brigade that they were skeptical if it actually existed. They only knew that old Satan had been far too quiet lately and we're now convinced that they're preparing for something. He planned to contact the other faction to discuss more in detail about what they've gained. Sirzech couldn't even consider this threat that they can solve on their own and full cooperation of every faction is needed to be done. 

Unknown to him, Ryuu can have everything he desire and whatever he'll give Ryuu can easily gain it without problem but he rubbed his chin and said.

"My desire is quite simple actually." Ryuu glanced at Rias who immediately understood what he was about to ask and wanted to refute when her brother spoke.

"What would that be?" Ryuu didn't waste any more time and said with an expression that could only be described as 'Evil' the lack of anything benevolent. 

"To duel Raiser in freeing Rias from her engagement." 

His words made everyone's eyes bulge and made Sirzechs take aback by the request and turned to her little sister who was speechless and waited for an explanation as Sirzechs asked.

"You know that Rias is well capable of winning her engagement but why do you want to be the one to defeat him?" Indeed, Rias can single handedly win against Raiser as her power was only several levels below her brother and equal to a Heavenly dragon in terms of destructive capabilities since she is far outclass when it comes to experience. Ryuu nodded glancing at Rias and said.

"Well, don't get me wrong, Rias. I know completely well about your power and skill as well as the progress that your peerage has been making." Rias nodded and said.

"I know but I'm curious why you want to beat beside….well pure annoyance?" She knows how Ryuu despised Raiser to his core due to the fact he was arrogant and doesn't know his place. As someone like Yaldabaoth, such arrogance was hubris and death is a mercy which is why Ryuu is more inclined to put him in where he belongs while the other Maou was worried that an heir would die from fighting him and Ryuu shook his head and said.

"As much as I want to kill him, I won't. I'll give him a proper punishment that is much worse than death." Ryuu rubbed his chin trying to come up with a solution and said.

"The reason why I want to fight him is because I believe that by doing so would place the blame on me for ruining their engagement. That would allow your clan to not feel any responsibility from breaking the agreement and can pin the blame to me?" Ryuu logic seem understandable and guis words caused a wide array of emotions to flow through Sirzechs head while his good friend, Serafall giggled seeing her friend's reaction before turning back to Ryuu who remained indifferent and felt drawn under his gaze. 

'I wonder how he looks in a magical outfit?'

Ryuu noticed her gaze and gave a small smile smiting the magical girl devil king imagining how he would look like as a magical girl. Frankly, he had been quite fond of magical girls in his younger years often watching Sailor Moon with Justine and didn't mind dressing one or even turning himself into more female form since gender was a 3rd dimensional logic while Ryuu is beyond it. Though, he prefers to stay male and will remain so even if he grew a pair would still have his Weapon.

Serafall, on the other hand, was interested in him and wondered if they are worlds that are magical girls or even asked if he's interested in joining her. She then turned back her attention to Sirzechs and said.

"You're quite bold Ryuu-chan! Do you really want to be held responsible for ruining two great devil family engagements?" She teased him while Ryuu just smirked and said. 

"Like they can do anything against me?"

His words held true and even trihexa would do nothing against his Absolute Invulnerability with the addition of Complete Arsenal and his True form. The oldest head of Bael, Zekram would even be able to harm him if he dared arrogantly fight him since he's the one responsible for it considering the Gremory ancestor, Runeas is slumbering. 

Ryuu never got into politics as he views it as a waste of time and was only studying it when he finally decided to rule over his world with his Primarchs. The reason why he is obsessed with having earth is due to the fact that they are the Real universe unlike his personal world that is far from the Real universe. Not to mention, he just finds the conquest to be entertaining. 

Devil society is as corrupt as those Old Satan factions only hiding behind a facade wishing to be on top of the food chain. Putting that aside, they'll eventually come to know Ryuu and the benefits of having him by their side. 

"....as long as Ria-tan agrees then I'll allow it."

Seeing that it was true that they'll be able to escape some problem if Ryuu were the one that they focus their hatred on. By doing so, their clan wouldn't gain a bad reputation of the engagement being ruined by Rias. Her sister then nodded and said.

"Then, I'll leave everything to you, Ryuu." He smirked and nodded while Sirzechs was pleased since they have a powerful ally for their family and her sister found someone that cares and loves her despite how spoiled she has been. After a while, their meeting had ended with the four Great Maou having a tight schedule in trying to prepare for battle and plans for a peace treaty. Grayfia guided them back to the human world while glancing towards Ryuu and Lucifer since this is the first eventful thing she had in a long time.

I want to just say that Next chapters is going to be interlude namely Issei Venture then Erza.

I'm having a mental block with how to go with the arc therefore, I'll be doing few chapter of interlude for Issei until I get some inspiration in the arc.

I plan for him to meet Azazel, get Girl Vali, befriend Murayama and Katase then grew even further until a the scene where he finally meet Ryuu.

Again, I don't want to force myself and the interlude can be skipped since it can be considered a separate story.

As annoying as it may be, I don't want my quality to drop when I am not enjoying what I'm writing and forcing myself.

Again, if I ever wrote a real spin off then Issei would get Rias and other girls.
