Chapter 212 - Retribution 1

Chiron was unsure if his decision was correct or not knowing that the person he was letting inside his camp was someone who planned on punishing the god for being a bunch of manchild. He was unable to do anything and decided to let it be and soon enough, Percy went to get his armor with Grover leaving Ryuu to speak with Chiron who began to ask something. 

"Do you intend to confront the one who stole the lightning bolt?"

Ryuu nodded since he doesn't necessarily need to do anything beside trained Percy since he sensed that the boy would help humanity in time of need. 

"I am, I'll confront them and face Ares right now. Well, actually I'm doing it right now."

He said making Chiron confused while Ryuu stood up and walked outside to where they would meet up with Percy. The two soon arrived where the demigods were gathered and looking at him curiously. Ryuu saw this made him smile and began to infect everyone to gain their abilities or rather their minor divinity.

It wasn't full divinity and they are mostly in the process of becoming a Heroic God. Ryuu learned this term from Styx who told him that humans who became gods are called Heroic Gods, this includes Hercules and Sun Wukong. 

Percy soon arrived and Chiron introduced himself, making everyone murmur and soon directed their attention to Ryuu who was so eye-catching that they were unable to keep their eyes away from him. Chiron hesitated to speak but Ryuu stepped forward and said.

"Listen up! I am a god and here to teach all of you lots of valuable lessons."

Ryuu immediately made all of them except those who are pure of heart to fall into their knees struggling to stand up and breath making Chiron panic and wanting to stop him but unable to move as well as Percy who wanted to stop him yet couldn't.

"I am also once human therefore I know both worlds. Heed my words foolish children of the pagan gods! Despite being the chidlren of gods does not give you the rights to belittle other human and should let yourself be controlled by this."

He wanted to make them understand that their power does not give them any rights to act like a bunch of manchild like their parents and said. 

"If you think because you're a child of god makes you unstoppable then think again. Do NOT end up like the manchild gods that your parents did."

Ryuu growled in hatred making them feel offended that their parents are being bad-mouthed yet unable to do anything. 

"Those who are standing are those who are worthy of their powers. They are not blinded by power and vanity while those who fall into their knees are just laughable."

He continued to barrate the truth about their nature until a Ryuu was satisfied and let go, making some who have the mindset of a young master pissed themselves. They began to whisper and we're looking at him with fear while other hatreds made Ryuu smile.

"If you are angry and frustrated then prove to me you are worthy of your powers. If not then I shall strip it until you are worthy. I am waiting for the day one of you will kill me."

Ryuu said those words even though it's virtually impossible unless the gods gain their true forms. He glanced at Chiron and said.

"Was it really appropriate for you to scold these children?"

Ryuu rolled his eyes crossing his arms and said. 

"An apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Knowing their parents, it is no surprise if they think they're kings and queens within this world."

Being an embodiment of Evil, he was also the Embodiment of Sin and can see their deadly sin. His eyes can see clearly with the help of [ Pure Byakugan ]. The demigods soon composed themselves and Ryuu decided to take a moment to train Percy.

"Have you seen Luke?"

One of the demigods asked as Chiron's eyes went wide and looked at Ryuu who just smirked. The reason why the gods are not appearing to stop Ryuu was because they are currently occupied with fighting him in a region inside an isolated space.

A few minutes while he was stalking Chiron, Ryuu had already taken action and took Luke far from any civilization, throwing him to the ground who quickly stood up and looked at him, taking out the lightning bolt from his shield and pointing it to Ryuu.

"Who are you!? Where am I!?"

Ryuu laughed at his stupidity believing that the divine weapon would be enough to harm him and said.

"Boy, you've made a fatal mistake in accepting a deal with the god of war. I am here for your retribution."

The young man used his weapon and shot him with a power blast that decimated the entire forest. It was weaker when in the hands of a demigod and didn't have the appropriate divinity but a Divine power isn't weak by nature. 

Dust cloud formed and covered the entire area as he just smiled believing that he won only for the dust to be swept away by a powerful gust of wind revealing Ryuu unharmed. Luke was horrified when he saw this and tried to attack again but his eyes went wide as his arms was cut off making him scream in pain while Ryuu just sadistically smiled and said.

"Your ambition to overthrow the gods is no different than what they had done. A bunch of manchilds who never learn from the irresponsibility of the past."

The young demigod gritted his teeth, unable to do anything and felt fear looking at Ryuu who walked closer and picked the weapon. Luke looked at the sky and screamed.

"ARES!!! HELP ME!!!"

In that moment a powerful blast descended from the sky as Ryuu stepped back and avoided a spear that was about to stop him. He saw a person emenating a immense Divine power wielding a spear and shield in the other and wearing a standard Greek warrior with a short tunic, breastplate, helm and grieves. 

He couldn't help but smile after seeing a god for a long time. The last one he consumed was a minor war god, Talagsubao. This person was obviously the god of war, Ares who roared at him

"You, foreign god, why interfere in our affairs!? Do you have any idea what you have done!"

Ryuu rolled his eyes that made the god of war frustrated and threw his mighty divine spear that hurled towards him while he rushed closer but upon impact it just bounced, surprising the god of war yet didn't let it stop him and unsheathed his sword and swung his sword.  

When the blade was inches away from Ryuu only an arm grabbed his face and slammed him to the ground that obliterated the entire mountain range in front of them and tightened his grip before taking Ares around and dragging his face on the dirt. 

Ares was in rage by the action and blared his power pushing Ryuu by summoning his spear back and thrust it toward Ryuu who let go as he swung it pushing him toward several trees. 

"Damn you!! You've forced me to do this!"

Ares then released his Divine power and authority where he had full control over the land, summoning his army of soldiers where they all served under him. He summoned hundreds upon thousands of soldiers in the space where it turned into a flat land where they all roared and ready for battle. 

"I am the God of war, Ares and I will not be humiliated by this!"

He roared, pounding his spear to his shield while his soldiers were all hungry to fight and kill where they grow stronger as the battle goes. Ares noticed him standing up dusting himself and still remained calm that only made his anger grow as Ryuu smiled and said.

"Then I'll do some extra effort then."

Ryuu sent turning the land into land of depravity and miasmic evil making Ares sweat I fear while a monster began to rise behind me where a bird-like creature who held immense magic to a creature wielding battle axe who was more bloodthirsty than his soldier.  

They all emanated profound power that made Ares quiver and couldn't help but become frustrated.

"HOW DARE A FOREIGN GOD MAKE ME FEEL AFRAID!! I AM A GOD OF OLYMPUS AND THE FUTURE RULER!!!"

He madly roared as if all reasoning vanished from his mind while Ryuu rolled his eyes and said.

"You speak like a manchild. No matter, I shall bring retribution for your foolish action."

In that moment his monster, the army of monsters, began to clash against the summoned soldier by the god of war.
