Ares and the Queen?

The next day, Noah was walking towards a guest mansion in the morning.

This guest mansion was assigned to Seraphina. Unfortunately, she can't go back home.

She was held hostage in a small mansion located in the territory of Imperial Palace.

Since Seraphina is not a part of the Imperial family yet, she can't live in the Imperial Palace.

'NOOO! MINE! MINE! MINE!' there was a sharp gaze piercing Noah's back which he chose to avoid shamelessly!

Noah reached the gates of the mansion but suddenly he frowned deeply and furrowed his eyebrows.

Luke was calmly standing near the gates of the mansion along with other guards.

Some were there to protect the mansion and the person inside it, and also not allow the person in the mansion to escape, while some were brought by Luke.

Noah could see the slight smirk on Luke's face which clearly indicated he was enjoying this.

He ignored everyone and walked towards the gates

But-

"HALT!" shouted Luke's guards!

The guards that were there to protect the mansion had no right to stop Noah from entering the mansion since the list of people that can be allowed to enter the mansion without permission was already given by Seraphina which included Noah but not Luke.

Luke already knew that both Seraphina and Noah were childhood friends and Seraphina didn't allow Luke from entering because she was not interested in having a physical relationship before marriage.

Luke didn't like this but he had to accept this since giving him an invitation inside the mansion could be considered as acceptance towards him.... but Luke was not in a hurry.

His marriage was 'set in stone' and he only had to wait.

But-

'I can't let that little bastard inside, if I, myself is not allowed in the mansion. Even if they are friends, how can I, Prince Luke, the First Prince of the Delos Empire let my fiancé meet another man behind my back? Even if they have a pure relationship, I just cannot let this happen.' Luke was pissed and very angry. He was biting his nails before Noah came.

He already expected Noah to visit Seraphina today.

It was natural, after all, Noah didn't approach Seraphina during the banquet which Luke didn't miss to notice.

Luke had a way with politics even if his temper was a little high.

Luke understood Noah didn't want to cause Seraphina any more discomfort due to this forced arranged marriage during the banquet.

But Luke could not believe Seraphina would allow Noah to enter her mansion but not him, HIM?! even though he knew she didn't give him permission because she didn't want to cause any misunderstandings of accepting his advances before marriage, still he just can't accept another man in his fiancé mansion.

Especially his half-brother Noah.

He would not have stopped Ares or Eve from visiting Seraphina but not Noah.

"What is it?" asked Noah while keeping a poker face.

Looking at Noah's innocent reaction, a vein popped on Luke's forehead.

He could not believe Noah to casually visit his fiancé's mansion and think as if he didn't do anything wrong and as if he was just a stroll in the park.

"where do you think you are going Prince Noah?" Luke asked as if he was trying to contain his rage.

"Eh? Can't you see? I am here to visit my friend Seraphina, Prince Luke?" Noah replied in the same poker face as if cucking your own brother is just the way of life, something extremely natural.

"I HAVE EYES!" growled Luke in a hoarse voice. "I am asking what are you doing visiting MY fiancé's mansion?" asked Luke while emphasizing heavily on 'MY'.

"Hmm? What do you mean? I know Seraphina is your fiancé but what has that to do with my visit with Seraphina?" Noah tilted his head a little with the same poker face expression as if he could not understand a single word that Luke just said.

Luke's eyes darkened and multiple veins popped up on his forehead while he subconsciously clenched his fists trying to hold his anger in.

Luke could not understand how Noah became an idiot all of a sudden.

'Maybe he doesn't know about relationships that much...' thought Luke while trying to justify his half-brother's poker reaction.

"You can't visit my fiancé, Prince Noah. Don't you think it is a little inappropriate for another man to visit my fiancé alone?" asked Luke while justifying his half-brother's reaction to his naivety and innocence in such matters.

"Oh?" as if Noah got hit by sudden enlightenment, he made a very surprised, understanding expression. "It all makes sense! Don't worry Prince Luke, I consider Seraphina as my sister just like Ares. You don't have to worry about such trivial things!" said Noah with the most 'honest' expression from his 'book of expressions'.

Noah was completely 'honest' and there was not a single lie in what he said!

All the lie detectors in the world will also report that Noah was being completely 'honest' in this matter.

There was not a single speck of deception!

Even Luke was convinced for a moment, 'Maybe he really considers Seraphina as his sister but still...' Luke thought with a serious expression.

But before he could reply-

Noah added "If you have a problem then you can visit her with me, I don't mind Prince Luke listening to our casual conversation." with a slight smirk but quickly hid it under his mask of poker expression!

Luke's face darkened and he frowned heavily.

He didn't think Noah wouldn't mind having a third person intruding upon their personal conversation and since he doesn't have permission to go in,v he can only ask the guards to deliver this message to Seraphina.

Now, he will be nothing but a third wheel and the atmosphere will be very awkward if he goes inside along with Noah riding on his back as an excuse.

He would look like a desperate man.

Still Luke didn't mind this arrangement. He thought positively 'at least I will get a chance to talk to her this way and build a healthy relationship with her before our marriage...hehe...'

But-

At that moment "Brother? did you come to meet Seraphina too?" a melodic voice came from behind which can stir the hearts of any man.

Noah knew about Ares's arrival but he still showed a surprised expression. "Ares? haha, you came at the right time" He turned to Luke and asked, "Ares will go with me....now there won't be any misunderstandings right Prince Luke?"

Luke furrowed his brows and saw the guards of the mansion sneering behind his back from the corner of his eyes.

He lost face again! 'If that bitch came along with him I would have never bothered with him and left before they arrived but first, this little bastard came alone which forced me to stop him, and now that bitch comes after the show has already started....now I have no reason to not back down' Luke thought.

'ACCURSED TWINS!' Luke screamed in his heart with pure hatred and malice but showed a gentle smile on the outside "Haha, Of course, Prince Noah, this is the best way. I hope you consider my reputation in the future and not visit my fiancé 'alone'." Luke said while emphasizing 'alone'.

Luke already knows that among the people who are allowed to visit are Noah, Ares, Eve, Lady Adah, and Lady Valentina along with naturally Empress and the Emperor that can do whatever they like in their own Empire.

So he had no problems if Noah visited Seraphina along with his sisters or mother.

Noah knew Luke's thoughts perfectly so he decided to take full advantage of Luke's naivety one day!! 'Hehehehe big brother, you are still too young to think what I have in mind!'

"Sure Prince Luke, you need not worry! I will definitely keep that in my mind and only visit Princess Seraphina in the next year along with a woman that is allowed to enter Princess Seraphina's mansion." Noah replied with the same 'understanding' expression.

Since the matter was resolved Luke decided to take his leave. Although he was enraged by the pair of twins that keep bugging him from time to time. He can't do anything to them directly.

"Brother, Let's go. I think you missssseed Seraphina too much huh?" Ares spoke while clenching her delicate hands into fists with a very very eerily looking 'kind' smile.

Her face was slightly distorted and pure rage and hatred could be seen in her eyes towards Seraphina but also towards.....

.....Noah with increasing.....

...possessiveness...

Seeing the 'kind' smile, Noah remembered 'that day' and squinted his eyes into two narrow slits slightly. 'No fucking way!!! This.. this!! I just wanted to make her a little jealous...I fucked up! I fucked up! I fucked up! Shit!! NOT AGAIN! How did she turn this way? fuckkkk! Thank the Universe that I have started to take countermeasures ever since 'that day' happened!' thought Noah with a horrified expression.

His worst fears coming true that were buried deep in his memories made him tremble.

He didn't know whether to laugh or cry at such a fate.

Noah has already seen this crazy possessiveness once in his life, so he has started taking preventive measures in case of an emergency since 'that day.'

Thinking about it, he relaxed his mind and showed a bittersweet smile.

Noah took a deep breath in to calm down. 'I think the situation is beyond salvation now... I can only hope the so-called Divine Goddess to bless me a little? Pretty Pleaseeee?....' thought Noah while smiling wryly.

Sigh~

'Life is so hard and unpredictable~' thought Noah while sighing heavily.

"Hmmm, after all, we haven't met in 3 years. Even yesterday during the banquet I didn't get the chance to talk to her..." Noah lied through his teeth even though he knew, Ares knows everything.

He can already see the slight changes in Ares's personality after he kissed Seraphina in front of her, he can now only hope to control the erupting madness inside Ares's heart by a little.

"You wouldn't lie to me brother? right?" Ares asks cutely while pointing at herself with her own finger and tilting her head slightly.

Fortunately, Noah has developed a thick skin over the years so he just nodded in response and gestured her to follow him to the mansion.

A gorgeous woman was sitting elegantly on a red-colored throne that was hovering in the air in an underground complex that looked like recently-made.

"What did you find?" asked the woman in an anxious tone.

"We are on Planet Earth. There are many races including humans, elves, demons, and beastmen. There are other species as well. I believe they all must have escaped through those portals just like us." replied a thin-looking man with pale skin and black hair who was kneeling on the ground in front of the hovering throne.

"And what did you find about the gravitational fluctuation that occurred as soon as we arrived here?" asked the Queen while fidgeting her fingers nervously.

"We couldn't find anything much since our abilities are highly lacking compared to Your Majesty!" The man spoke honestly while facing the ground and he was about to continue speaking

But-

Suddenly the killing intent in the underground complex started increasing exponentially...

Gulp

The man kneeling on the ground gulped a mouthful of saliva audibly and with a trembling voice continued

"b-but it was very close to a place named D-Delos Empire."

Suddenly the killing intent vanished like a puff of smoke.

"Oh? Are you sure?" asked the Queen with shining eyes in anticipation.

"Yes! My Queen! You ran in that random direction before the gravitation fluctuation vanished according to you as soon as we arrived. We investigated everywhere in that direction and we found a Human Empire named Delos Empire." replied the man promptly.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA" sounds of mad laughter could be heard in the underground complex for some time that sent shivers down the spines of all the beings living in that underground complex.....
