Nindō: Dominion

When talking in infinites, unlikely is just certainty waiting its turn. In a paradoxical dimension where space and time are non-existent, infinite possibilities are right around the corner. Including turning back time to fix the mistakes he made. ... Some clarification, it's a regression story, yes. No, it isn't going to start from the beginning of Naruto's story. It's going to be from the new era. Also, the main character is adult Naruto. One of the comments mentioned that they thought the story was about his son. PS. I've only read the manga and haven't seen the anime. So, some of the characters that I write might end up somewhat different than portrayed. ============================================= I'm open to criticism so lay it on me if you have any genuine problem. Nindō 0064: Hinata’s Guilt

Leaving Ino tied up in her flower shop, Naruto made his way home with a couple of roses for his wife.

[What's with the hypocrisy, Naruto?] Naruto heard Kurama's voice in his head. [I think you are self-aware enough to realize it.]

[Unlike Karin, who is single, Ino is already in a relationship. While I may eventually give her the Dominion Mark if she is to manage such an integral aspect of my village, I do not want to destroy the life that she and Sai have built.]

[Maybe I've lived among the humans for too long, but Naruto … You are doing the same thing by maintaining that kind of a relationship with Karin. You are destroying the life that you and Hinata have built.]

[Don't try to guilt-trip me, Kurama. I plan to come clean with Hinata eventually. At least not until Jigen's threat is dealt with. If she accepts it, great. If not … I haven't quite figured that out just yet.]

[I can tell that you are lying, Naruto. You are the one who told me that you have had millions of years to figure things out. I refuse to believe that you don't already know what you want.]

[Maybe. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what ends up happening.]

Kurama's frustrated growl made a smile of both amusement and self-deprecation appear on Naruto's face.

"You're home, Naruto-kun …" Hinata greeted Naruto with a gentle smile as he entered the house.

"I stopped by Ino's place to grab some flowers for you," He smiled, bringing forward the bundled flower as his wife's eyes lit up.

"Thank you!" Her eyes brightened as she leaned forward to kiss him.

"Tou-chan!" Hiomawari tackled Naruto, forcing him to let go of Hinata to catch his daughter. He picked her up in his arms as she spoke with a glint in her eyes. "Did you get any flowers for me? You got some for Kaa-chan."

Hinata's previous smile faltered a little as she seemed to recall something, "Naruto-kun …" Naruto shook his head, mouthing, 'Later.' He gave her a look that made her put the concern at the back of her head. She let him play with Himawari and knelt down to place Naruto's shoes correctly in their place.

"Of course, I got something for my Hima," Naruto said, "I have a special kind of flower for you." He brought up his palm in front of Himawari's face, and a faint golden glow appeared, forming strings that coalesced into a stem that started extending up into a golden flower. "What do you think?" He asked her as his daughter's eyes brightened.

"It's so beautiful …" She tightly hugged Naruto before grabbing the flower from his hands.

"I'll show you a little trick with it," Naruto took the flower from Himawari's hands, "Show me your left hand," He then brought the flower's stem close to Himawari's wrist, and the stem started wrapping itself around her wrist, forming a corsage, but instead of a ribbon, the stem was acting as the bracelet as the flower came out of the top. "What do you think? Is it comfortable?"

"It looks amazing …" She said, mesmerized.

"Where's Tou-chan's reward for it?" Naruto asked with a cheeky smile as Himawari pressed her face against his cheek.

"Where's Boruto?" Naruto asked Hinata as Himawari amused herself with her new accessory.

"He's upstairs; I'll call him down," Hinata said, taking the flowers with her to place them in the master bedroom.

"Does my Hima like my gift?" Naruto asked, nuzzling his nose against his daughter's cheek, making her recoil. He walked to the couch in front of the TV and sat down.

"Stop!" She squirmed ticklishly. "I love it, but you aren't allowed to tickle me. I won't sit on you anymore."

"In that case, I just won't let you go," Naruto hugged her tightly as she giggled and feigned struggle.

"Hey, Dad," Boruto came down the stairs as Hinata walked to the kitchen to finish prepping dinner.

"Come here, Boruto, sit with me," Naruto patted his side and stopped teasing Himawari.

The kid reluctantly sat down beside Naruto, "What?"

"How was your day?" Naruto asked.

"You didn't ask me how my day was, Tou-chan …" Himawari shook Naruto's shoulder, vying for his attention.

"I did," Naruto said. "When I brought you home from the Academy. You told me everything that you did today."

"But you didn't ask me now," She said. "I did a lot of things with Kaa-chan after you went back to the office."

"Is that so?" Naruto asked. "You can tell me all about it once Boruto is done telling me about his day, okay? I know quite a bit about your day, after all, right?"

"Fine …" Himawari seemed disappointed.

"I didn't do anything particularly special. You already know about the missions, which were all a success," Boruto answered while glancing at his sister acting cute with Naruto.

"And that's not what I asked, son. Did you have any trouble during one of the missions? Anything related to your training that you're concerned about? Those are the things I'm asking you about."

"Nothing in particular, no …" Boruto said. "Sarada has been focusing crazily on training, and her improvements are very good. I feel like I should also start training harder to keep up with her."

"Do you need any help with that?" Naruto asked.

"Sasuke gave me a couple of exercises to do while he's gone. I guess you could spar with me so that I can see where I've improved."

"How about tomorrow, then?" Naruto asked. "Ask Konohamaru for a day off to train with me. I won't be with you for the whole day, but my clone can give you one-to-one guidance."

"I'll pop that damn clone in no time," Boruto mumbled under his breath, making Naruto laugh lightly.

"I would love to see that, son," He ruffled up Boruto's hair. "To see that you're getting stronger and even good enough to be able to match up to me will only make me happy."

"All right, all right ..." He swatted Naruto's hand and stood up. "I'll see if Mom needs any help."

"Your Nii-san is shy, isn't he?" Naruto asked Himawari as she nodded.

"How long will this flower stay, Tou-chan?" She asked Naruto, "You made it with your chakra, which means that it won't stay real for too long."

"It will stay on your wrist as long as I can keep it on your wrist. You can think of it as a lucky charm that will tell you how I'm doing at all times."

"So that means that I will know whenever you're in danger, and I can come to help you?" She asked.

"Exactly," Naruto said. "Let me modify it a little so that it doesn't get in the way of your daily work." He modified the corsage into a thinner bracelet that wrapped around her wrist. The flower on top became smaller as he spoke to her, "You liked the blue orchids that Ino gave you that time, right?" He then made similar flowers sprout from multiple areas of the stem-like bracelet, all of them small enough that they formed a golden flowery accessory.

"Can I take it off? What if I accidentally destroy it while sparring?" She asked Naruto.

"Nothing will happen to it," he said. "Do you think I would make my Hima's gift weak enough to be broken so easily?"

The father-daughter played around for a while until Hinata and Boruto called them to the dining table.

Naruto entered the bedroom and saw Hinata arranging the roses that he'd gotten for her in a vase with some water in it. He came up behind her and hugged her, a gentle smile appearing on his wife's face as she melted into his embrace.

"Naruto-kun~" she spoke softly. "Are you done with everything in Suna?" she asked.

"How could you tell?" he asked her.

"The way you hugged me," she turned around while still in his arms and looked up at her husband. "You are calm and lazy right now. Come, I will take care of you tonight, and you can tell me all about your clone's adventure."

She said with a pure tone that didn't seem to match the nature of her words. Naruto followed her lead and got on the bed as she got rid of the robe that she'd worn after taking a shower.

"You wanted to say something to me when I came home," Naruto said, admiring his wife's mesmerizing assets as she swayed toward him. "What was it?"

"Oh, that …" Hinata looked down, focusing on unbuttoning Naruto's jacket.

"Hinata," Naruto said gently. "Tell me. Is it a new fantasy that you came up with?" The teasing tone seemed to make Hinata calm down.

"No," she shook her head, a shy yet inviting smile on her face. "I don't know if Ino said anything, but I feel like I made a mistake today."

"What happened, tell me," Naruto said gently as Hinata pulled down his trousers and underwear, leaving him naked as he straightened himself on the bed and turned his head to look at her.

"I ran into her today, and we got to talking. I may have said some things that I'm not sure you wanted me to say …"

"Come here," Naruto extended his arm and held Hinata's hand, guiding her toward himself as she naturally straddled him, slowly grinding herself over his shaft. "What did you tell Ino?" He asked, already aware of Hinata's answer.

"We were just talking normally when the topic shifted to talking about our husbands … She told me about how much she was missing Sai," She bit her lower lip, tempted to take him inside her, but she held herself back, continuing to sway in a way that she could stroke his shaft with her entrance. "I don't know what came over me, and I blurted out how you've been much more affectionate recently. That you've been coming home more often and being the best husband and the best father …"

"Don't try to butter me up, my love," Naruto smiled. "You know that you spoke too much in front of Ino. She is, after all, one of the members of the Shinobi Council."

"I know … Will it cause trouble for you?" She asked, a guilty look crossing her aroused expression. "I didn't directly say anything to her about your changed thoughts and priorities, but I think she's suspicious. Do you blame me?"

"I don't," Naruto melted at his wife's aroused yet guilty expression. "Ino is very smart, and she knows how to pull information out of people very effectively. I am well aware of her ability to goad you into giving her some information about something she was already suspicious about.

"So it's all fine?" Hinata asked.

"Come here," Naruto extended his arms and grabbed Hinata's hands, pulling her toward him. "Even if it did cause me some problems, I would never take it out on you. At best, I might punish you with no sex for the night." He said jokingly.

"You must be tired after staying up for so many nights," Hinata said gently. "Let your wife service you tonight. You can just enjoy and sleep, okay, Naruto-kun?" Hinata didn't wait for his answer and slipped lower, kneeling between Naruto's legs and leaning forward.
