I jerked awake banging my head against the cab window.owww...what the....The cab driver said he was wondering when I would wake up.He asked me if everything was alright back there.Yeah.....i just had a weird dream.There was this grave yard..... and this...this creature....I wonder what it means?

Heh,i don't know about that but New Orleans is definitely the city to make your weird dreams come true, said the cab driver.

The cab turns unto a bustling street and pulls over.I step out of the cab, and the heavy, honey suckle-scented air wrap around me like a plesh blanket.The street sings with the joyful sound of a brass instruments and tapping drums, intertwined with laughter and rowdy shouts from the crowd of revelers.

Whoa!!!, I lean against a lamp post and slowly look around, taking it all in...

This place is just...wow Among the sea of jubilant faces....l realize that one is standing unnaturally still,eyes fixed steadily on me...

The man holds my gaze for a long moment as i stand frozen, struck by a sudden portentous feeling that I can't explain... until the moment is broken by a young woman rushing forward to wrap me in a tight hug !

Oh my God Alexy? Is that really you? You look great.

Kristin,Hey, I glance back at the crowd but the stranger has vanished.

Alexy,You alright ?

Yeah...i am fine.How are you ? Right now,i am finally doing this,it took us long enough,we have only been talking about coming here since colleged.Hey you said you wanted to go all out for your weekend.You won't believe the week i have planned for us,does the birthday girl have any special requests.

This week i want to party hard,I am here for one reason....to go so wild it makes college look like sunday school.If i try go to bed before the bar closes tonight,i want you to confiscate my room key.

Now come on,my coworker Vera said she would meet us at one of her old haunts.I think it's over this way !

I followed Kristin down the crowded sidewalk, weaving through the dancing crowd.Vera grew up here before she moved to New York, and she's gonna take us all her favorite spots. It's gonna be aweeesome. I hope so.... twenty five feels like such a big deal, you know ? may be it's silly,but i feel like things are gonna be different after... Dodging around a group of musicians,I walk right into a slender woman walking in the other direction. Hey! Oh., I am so sorry !

The woman smiles taking a long sip from her bottles of beer and shimmying playfully. Apology accepted. Besides,if a gorgeous woman wants to run into me,i am not going to object.
