The Gray Rebellion Part 1
The more time progress and Rebellion continues the more Ned and I think that the Ironborn are complete idiots. Even with out my Navy interrupting the attack on the North, they still would not have succeeded. They simple do not have a chance in the Long run.
It thankfully took less than a month for everyone to show up, with the help of the roads and wizards everywhere now.
The Northen army all together including those at Moat Cailin is 100,000 men all trained men at arms. We personally brought; 2,000 men at arms all magical Fighters/ War Mages, we brought as support companies as well Smiths, Cooks, Medics ects. This is not all my men a lot is being taken up by the Navy that has taken hold over the sea in the area.
I also got amazing news, I am going to be a dad again. ALL the girls were pregnant which when I got news of I did pass out, that made Lord Stark laugh. I did invite him and his family to the wedding once we came home from the war.
The other Lords reactions to the Fleet was great, all of them wanted their own. I was offered everything from marriage to land. I did tell them that while these were not for sale now the military ships would be for sale in the coming years, while the civil models will be ready once the war is over.
With everyone gathered here Ned did make a bunch of announcements.

"First, I thank you all for answering the call for banners. You all know that I hate war, after the Rebellion years ago I had hoped and prayed that we would never have to fight again.
But now to nicer topics, The North has been having a Golden Age only seen by that of Valyria. And it is do to one man and his family Halvard Maelstrom of Clan Maelstrom. Their magic has changed the very foundation of the North, our lands now produce more food than the Riverlands, we are richer than the Lannisters, our home are safer than ever because of his people.
Now I met Hal over 5 years ago now, when he and his now wife Lydia came to Winterfell he brought new ideas. His ideas I thought them flights of fantasy, but he has proven me wrong again and again.
He even told me that he was making those "Airships" out their while he was here only because he hated traveling by horse and that they were to be wedding presents for his now wives.
But that first meeting he showed me something truly insane and possibly one of the most dangerous pieces of information in the North.

This here is a complete Map of Planetos. Hal have me this his first night here and I have been thinking of what we should do with this information. And I finally decided, we are going to expand.
I know that we are still growing internally, but I am convinced that we need this to better the North. So as a test once the war ends, I have tasked Halvard to clear the area Beyond The Wall of unsavable wildings.
He has shown me the power of his Airships and what they can be used for. So he and his people will be the first wave heading out to pacify Beyond The Wall.
WHEN not if they complete the task we will, start solidifying our hold and we will send our sons to lewd these people and assimilate them into the North.
Then, we shall be expanding over seas. These places shall eventually feed our growing kingdom and make sure our people will never go hungry again.
Some of you may be questioning why we need to do this, that we are now the strongest of the Seven Kingdoms. And say we will not go back to the old day of ignorance and fear.
In the coming years we will also changing the Government structure of the North. Those do you who have put in place these Bureaucracies in place, all over the North. Winterfell shall be building a Parliament where we shall hades our issues and future as a United North.

Neds announcement shocked the other lords, they knew that the map changed everything. These new lands did not have centuries of names tied to them, all the lord knew this was a huge way to change the it houses good or bad.
Large houses, like the Manderly saw this as a chance to giver their second sons lands and a way to allow them to prosper. Small Houses, knew this was their chance at expanding their lands. But almost all were just ideas for the future, it also made them want this war done as soon as possible.
With the Lords knowing the plan, they began their march south to Cailin. While my men and I took the airship to the sky and made our way to BlackTyde.

On our approach to Blacktyde I had all the men and crew write down any issue with the ships, like something being tedious or could be improved so they can be retrofitted once we get back home.
The journey their was over 2,000 miles, by the raven flies and took a week. It was way nicer to fly than go by horse as the rest of the army will only arriving at Moat Cailin when we arrive.
But after a week of flight The Fleet arrived and we began the siege of Blacktyde. Our navy had already had a stranglehold on the sea keep them from getting fish to feed themselves. So when they saw us arrive they seized all ports on the island, while the fleet Projected
"People of Black Tyde, so long as you surrender we shall treat you well. But any violence will be met with force."
The small settlements along the coast surrendered, but the lords were being stubborn. We landed and let half the men take control of the island while the rest of us took the castles one by one.
We did not leave a castle standing on the island, we would send infiltration specialist to grab, children, women, and servants. Then we would destroy the castle to the foundation.
The men were instructed to treat to small folk well so long as the did not take action against us. With the Airship patrolling the island we began to free any captured slaves we found. Now that we had control of the island we allowed them fish for food so long as the did not go past a certain point or be sunk.
The island itself is less than 100 miles long and 20 wide. It could with a lot of work become a decent island, with the fishing here and the trapping they could make decent money. But from what I could tell they had a Easter island situation, some time is the past they cut down all the trees and the sea water and eroded any soils here.
But we mostly just held the island and made occasional raid on the island near here. The rest of the army took a month to arrive as most of that time was spent marching to Cailin.
We also received word that Royal fleet was passing old town fans would arrive in 2 months at Lannister Port and we were told to hold till the fleet arrived.
That pissed of the other lords as they and I believe we could end this war now, but it would be bad I the long run to ignore the kings order.
Till Lord Bolton had the idea that we just take Orkmont and at that the letter arrived to late. I just think they wanted to ride the airships but whatever, Ned surprisingly agreed to it so the men of the Northern Lords loaded up and shipped out to Orkmont.
