Chapter 219 - The Team Reunites!

Reiki was in high spirits after seeing off Hyuga Momori. The meticulous preparations he'd made were finally coming together, exactly as planned.

Reiki hadn't proposed special training for medical ninjas merely to hone his skills; his goal was to lure in the Uchiha and Hyuga clans. Although he'd collaborated with the Uchiha before and even helped treat Uchiha Mikoto, establishing a good relationship with Fugaku, the Uchiha's pride required a more strategic approach. As for the Hyuga clan, known for being closed off, they needed proof of results before they would open up.

With both the Uchiha and Hyuga onboard, it would be easier to attract the other clans.

"Reiki, why are you grinning like that?" a familiar voice teased, interrupting his thoughts. "Did you call us back just to watch you giggle?"

"Shisui? Nozuki?" Reiki's grin widened as he spotted his two old comrades. Tsunade had recalled them from their mission to join the special training, knowing they'd want to be part of it. After all, they were Reiki's closest allies.

"If I called you back, it's because there's something worthwhile for you here," Reiki said, pulling out two vials of the body-enhancing potion. "Try these, and then we'll hit the training ground."

"Is this the potion that can increase physical strength?" Shisui asked, eyeing it curiously before taking a sip. Nozuki barely sniffed the potion before downing it in one gulp.

Immediately, they felt the energy surge through them. Shisui's face showed his surprise.

"Head inside; I'll set up hot water for you both," Reiki chuckled, heading to prepare a bath.

As the two absorbed the potion's power, a distinctive smell began to fill the room.

"Reiki, you could have warned us about this side effect!" Nozuki yelled from the room.

"Stop complaining. The hot water's ready, so go clean up," Reiki laughed, donning a mask in mock exaggeration.

Sticky and uncomfortable, Nozuki dashed for the bath, while Shisui, equally bothered by the smell, followed, muttering, "Next time, a little heads-up, please."

An hour later, they emerged, no longer annoyed but genuinely pleased.

"Reiki, how long have you been working on this potion?" Nozuki asked, his expression serious.

"A month or so," Reiki replied. "You've both been so busy, I didn't get a chance to share it."

Nozuki grabbed his arm, pleading, "I'll pay for it—don't leave me out of this potion!"

"Me too," Shisui agreed, more restrained than Nozuki but equally impressed. He could feel the strength it added.

"Don't worry, I've got enough for both of you. Now let's get to the training ground," Reiki said, amused at their enthusiasm.

As they arrived at the Uchiha training ground, Shisui shot Reiki a teasing look. "Have you even had time to train recently?" he asked, drawing his short sword. "We know you're a medical ninja, but we both know your strength."

Nozuki pulled out his kunai, joining Shisui in his challenge. It was clear they intended to take him on together.

"Hold up; we're not sparring against each other today," Reiki said with a grin, gesturing toward ten ninjas who appeared on the training ground, with Uchiha Natsume observing from a nearby platform.

"Wait, Natsume-sama?" Shisui blinked in surprise. "Roy, what is all this?"

"Shisui, Reiki mentioned group training, so I gathered everyone who participated last time," Natsume explained. "Three against ten—are you sure about this?"

Shisui was thoroughly confused, realizing too late that Reiki had set this up. Seeing Reiki's mischievous smile, he resigned himself. "Alright then. Natsume-sama, we're ready."

With that, Natsume initiated the battle, and the ten Uchiha clan members formed the seal of confrontation.

In an instant, the battle erupted. The Uchiha training ground was spacious enough to handle this all-out skirmish. Shisui and Nozuki charged forward without hesitation. Although the opponents were Uchiha, they were mostly chunin, so Shisui and Nozuki went straight on the offensive. Meanwhile, Reiki used his shadow clones to confuse the others, attracting three of the opponents to engage with him.

In the stands, Uchiha Nagasawa joined Natsume to observe. "Natsume, you look a bit tense," he noted.

"I just think these youngsters are a bit too bold, going three against ten—especially against Uchiha ninjas," Natsume muttered, slightly disgruntled as the head of training.

"Relax and enjoy the show. Reiki's special training schedule is so packed he barely has time to rest," Nagasawa replied knowingly.

"Wait, what's going on here?" Natsume's eyes narrowed as he noticed the tide turning. What started as a seemingly uneven fight began to shift as several Uchiha ninjas were taken down one by one.

"This isn't fair—they're using potions during training!" one of the ninjas grumbled as Shisui continued to push his advantage. "Shisui, take it easy—they're all clan members!"

Natsume was baffled, realizing that Reiki, Shisui, and Nozuki were fighting at full strength. Whenever their chakra and stamina ran low, they immediately replenished with potions. It was a relentless, spirited battle that showed no signs of stopping.
