Naruto knowing what to improve helped him a lot especially when he had NSS. He quickly pushed half of his Stat Points into Dexterity. Then, he divided the remaining half into two parts and used them in Strength and Speed.

He also made a few of his shadow clones disappear and got an impressive memory from his clones.

After using his stat points, he opened his Status Window once again.

"What?" Naruto suddenly came out of his thoughts and turned around. His friends were staring at him with a confused look.

"What happened? You zoned out on us." Shikamaru looked at him with a suspicious gaze and asked.

Suddenly, Naruto was a bit embarrassed and also confused. But his Gamer Mind allowed him to answer an excuse properly.

"Actually, I was thinking about my problem. You see, when I was fighting Hinata, I was superior in strength but she had more speed and dexterity so I couldn't defeat her."

"After she used that technique on me, I understood my weaknesses and thought of improving them." 

Hearing his excuse, Shikamaru paused for a moment and asked.

"So, what do you plan to do?"

"Ano, Naruto-kun, should I help you open your Tenketsu Points?" Hinata suddenly interrupted them and asked.

"No need, Hinata! Actually, I am planning on doing something that can help me fight against Hyuga in the future." Naruto answered.

"You haven't answered my previous question but I have another question. How do you plan on doing that?" Shikamaru felt like his brain was slowly dying with curiosity.

After Naruto changed, he was like a mystery puzzle to him. And, as a brainiac, he would stop at nothing to fix this mystery puzzle.

"Only thirty-two of my Chakra Points are closed and not to mention, it is not permanent. But in a battle, this could prove to be a weakness. So, I plan to do something like this."

He made a Tiger Seal and suddenly burst out his Chakra.

"Woah!"

Shikamaru and Hinata backed away from him when they felt his Chakra. It was massive. It was creating a circular dome around his body.

"This is too much. How does Naruto-kun have so much Chakra?" Hinata's eyes widened as she looked at Naruto's body with her Byakugan.

She knew Naruto had a lot of Chakra but even till now, she didn't understand just how much that truly was.

Shikamaru looked at him for a moment and spoke.

"This explains his growth. In the academy, he wasn't taught properly and he never bothered to learn. But after he learned the Multi-Shadow Clone Technique, he was able to improve so much just in a single day."

"This is all due to his massive Chakra Reserve. It's like he is gaining one month of experience within a day. If he improves at this rate...…."

Hinata picked up his thought and said it out loud.

"He will become Hokage in no time."

She couldn't help but blush slightly at the thought of Naruto becoming a Hokage.

"Hoo!"

Naruto released a deep breath and stopped releasing his Chakra. All of his Chakra Points were opened by his massive Chakra flow.

"So, this way you plan to reopen your Chakra Points. Clever actually!" Shikamaru commented while moving towards him.

"Well, let's continue training."

Naruto nodded and spoke with some excitement.

Instantly, Shikamaru's mood dropped as he spoke one word.

"Troublesome!"

Soon, Naruto and Hinata started the Taijutsu battle. This time, Naruto was dominating the fighting. Using his superior dexterity, he was pushing Hinata to her limits.

It forced her to go beyond Thirty-Two Palms. Each time she was forced to push one more palm and each time she did that, her Chakra Reserve, her strength, and her agility increased.

Shikamaru also fought Naruto two times but he was utterly defeated. Though he didn't care much. Instead, he continued Tree Climbing to improve his Chakra Reserve.

After a long day of training, they finally said goodbye and returned to their homes.

Naruto directly used the Body Flicker Technique and disappeared.

Nara Compound,

Shikamaru Nara walked into his compound with a tired expression, dirty clothes, and an exhausted body.

As soon as he walked into his house, he saw his mother waiting for him behind the door.

"Mr, you have some explaining to do. Why are you so late?" Yoshino Nara was surprised after seeing Shikamaru's condition but still asked.

"Please don't be so troublesome. I am too tired to reply. I need a bath." Shikamaru didn't even raise his head and walked toward the bathroom.

Yoshino was surprised at first but nodded.

"Well, you still need to answer that but we can talk during dinner."

Saying so, she immediately went to the kitchen and started cooking more food. She got the feeling that her son would eat more today.

He was lazy but he wasn't dumb. If he needed more energy, he wouldn't be lazy to eat more.

"Well, isn't it a surprise?" Shikaku muttered from the living room upon seeing his son's condition.

After half an hour, Shikamaru walked out of the bathroom in new clothes and went to the kitchen.

"It seems like you are ready for some food." Yoshino smiled and quickly started serving food on the table.

"So, what made you work so hard?" Shikaku asked.

"Naruto!" It was a word reply. Shikamaru could barely open his eyelids. He even thought of sleeping at the dinner table.

"So, teams were really changed. I assume Naruto is on your team alongside another member." Shikaku eyebrows twitched as he asked.

"Hinata! Both of them are troublesome. One wouldn't stop training and another wouldn't give up. I swear I've trained this hard in my life." Shikamaru mumbled while slowly picking up rice with his chopsticks.

"I should really thank Naruto for that. At least, you wouldn't be this lazy anymore." Yoshino spoke out loud.

"Please don't! I don't want him to get even more motivated. I just want our team to become Chunin in the next exam and be done with all this training." Shikamaru muttered.

He couldn't even imagine how even more fired-up Naruto would train.

"Oh! So, you are already aiming for Chunin rank." Shikaku couldn't help but chuckle.

"Not me! That would be even more troublesome." Shikamaru spoke with exhaustion but suddenly, it disappeared from his expression as he continued.

"Lord Hokage promised him to tell him about his father if he becomes Chunin. So, Naruto is training hard to become Chunin during the next Chunin Exam."

"And, I don't want my lack of strength to become his burden during the Chunin Exam. That's the only reason I am training."

Hearing his words, Shikaku and Yoshino were stunned as they turned to each other for a moment with a look of surprise.

Shikamaru picked up on their expressions and asked.

"You know about his parents, don't you?"

Yoshino panicked a little bit but Shikaku calmly answered.

"Yes, we do but there is no point in answering. Unless Naruto is strong enough to defend himself, his parentage won't be revealed. And, considering Hokage's decision, I believe Chunin Rank would be enough."

Shikamaru paused for a moment and said.

"By the time he becomes Chunin, his strength would be around Jonin. He might not be a prodigy but he has all the necessary tools to surpass a genius."

Shikaku smirked at his son's words and said.

"Then, you should also work harder, Shikamaru. Getting saved by your teammates every single time is not a pleasant feeling."

Shikamaru paused when he heard that. He finished his meal and stood up.

"It's going to be even more troublesome, isn't it?"

Before he left, he paused near the door and said.

"So Dad, can you make some time to teach me more of our clan techniques?"
