{Hokage's Office}

Jiraya loves Konoha, but coming back home means dealing with a lot of memories that he just wanted to forget, after checking up on a sleeping Naruto he arrived at the Hokage's window, the blond always made him remember about his failures, with Tsunade and Orochimaru, their broken remains of a team scattered across the continent, and his student who he thought would save the world but instead ended up sacrificing his life for the village.

Jiraya sensed four people in the office before he even jumped through, he resisted the frown that threatened to break across his face, Danzo was standing in the room, along with Sensei and Suzaku, he was the last ANBU commander.

Jiraya kept his smartass quip about his lost notes but he silently slipped into the room upon noticing the atmosphere, "...the Daimyo has given his orders Suzaku" Danzo interrupted whatever the other veteran was saying, Suzaku's face showing his displeasure before he even could speak more Danzo spoke, "Jiraya, you are late... we expected you to be here hours ago."

Resisting the urge to show the man his middle finger, Jiraya nodded towards Hiruzen and spoke, "What's this about Sensei?" He has been summoned 3 times before with the special summoning scroll that he had left behind for Sensei to summon a toad and contact him, and it was the first time that he had little to no idea what this was about, he had no idea but the Daimyo's name thrown around made it just more complicated.

Hiruzen slipped a file towards him which he opened as he started reading, the brat looked young, approaching 9 years old, and the abilities listed on the file were impressive, Kenjutsu Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, everything was breaking into Jounin range soon but when he reached the section about his evolved Sharingan and the abilities did he realized it was about something bigger than just his impressive repertoire.

"Fujii Uchiha," Danzo spoke, "the Daimyo has clearly instructed us to place his eyes in front of him so they could be destroyed..." Jiraya gave him an incrudelous look.

"How the fuck is the Daimyo involved in this," Jiraya looked at the file again, there was nothing in there, "Earlier yesterday, Fujii Uchiha was charged with treason on false charges..." Danzo spoke but judging from the glare of Suzaku, it had something to do with Danzo, "after that utilizing his abilities he escaped our pursuit and broke into the Raikage's office," Jiraya's eyes rose at that, "then he dragged the Raikage to Konoha based on threats to clear his name..."

'What the fuck is the Uchiha clan feeding the kids...'

His eyes looked at the photo of Fujii, his thoughts flashing to the three kids he took in during the second war, "Information about his abilities leaked and 4 of the 5 Daimyo have contributed to placing a 500,000,000 Ryo bounty on him, his ability threatened their lives as they don't have the protection to defend against him. The Fire Daimyo has given us a 3-month deadline to deal with him..."

Jiraya was still stunned from all the news that he was receiving, he glanced back at the photo, to think a kid could generate so much trouble, "Why was he charged with treason, he's clearly an Uchiha so he was born and raised in the village?" Jiraya asked but he received silence as an answer.

'What a mess...'

"So you want me to devise a seal to stop him from teleporting?" Jiraya asked and Hiruzen nodded, "As soon as possible," Danzo interrupted, "I think he planned it all out..." Danzo spoke getting incredulous looks from the three shinobi, with a blank face he explained, "He could have escaped Konoha yesterday morning after escaping through the ANBU squad, but he didn't, he went forward to create as much chaos as possible as a smokescreen, making himself as a much larger threat, well technically he is a large threat, but that's just because of his Sharingan, otherwise he is just too young to be a threat, in a few years once his chakra grows and if given proper training in elemental Ninjutsu then he could become a monster..."

They all stood in silence, Suzaku asked, "So you are saying that he bought himself time and that he wants to desert the village? That's ridiculous..."

"Is it? he would ask you for training soon, he needs to be stronger if he knows we would try to figure out ways to counteract his abilities..." Danzo was about to continue when Hiruzen stopped, "Enough! there is no use contemplating that, we are in this mess because of our own incompetence, now that the Daimyo has passed the instruction we need to follow it," Jiraya didn't like the Daimyo, he was all for shoving his finger up the man's face but he knew the power the Daimyo commanded, his army of Samurai outnumbered Shinobi's to 5 to 1, not to mention the several Ninja's at his command. Even Sensei's son was serving under him currently.

"What is his Jutsu like..." Jiraya started asking questions and the others started responding, meanwhile in a corner, a Sharingan stared at this scene, his own plans being altered as Fujii set the timeline of his escape to 3 months.

{Now in the Land of waves...}

Fujii was mingling in a fishers pub right on the outskirts of the village, cheap sake was served and as he drank a few mouthfuls, transformed into a traveler he drank with a group of fisherman who had just returned after selling a day's worth of fish.

"So, Kenji where are you going?" Fujii was posing as Kenji, a man looking to return from a successful trip from Konoha.

"To the Isharu Island, I have something to sell and..." I lean in to whisper, "I hear the black market there is just the right size, not too large not too small..." The villagers nodded excitedly even though it was obvious they had no clue about the Black market.

"Well Shijo here goes fishing in that area, maybe he could take you there?" one of them asked another, and I had my ride secured, the Land of waves was a neutral territory between the Land of Fire and the wast sea before the Land of Water, Fujii's plan was to travel to the Island surrounding land of Noodle before making his way towards Kirigakure. The reason he was taking the long route was to level up the skill that he had painstakingly leveled up along with refining his Fire nature transformation in the last 3 months.
