I'm Out

Temari grew more furious as the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki continued to hide and refused to come out.

"Is hiding all you can do? Come out and face me in a proper fight!"

Behind the tree, Naruto glanced at the shattered wood fragments scattered everywhere, feeling a chill run down his spine. There was no way he was coming out now; that'd be a death sentence.

"This jutsu is completely overpowered! Doesn't it even have a cooldown?"

Ignoring Naruto's muttering, Temari leaned on her massive fan, her gaze sharp as she gritted her teeth.

"So, you won't come out, huh?"

"Then I'll just chop down this entire forest and see how long you can keep hiding!"

Naruto knew stepping out now would be certain death. Better to stay hidden and drain Temari's chakra.

After all, ninja chakra reserves are finite. Without the Uzumaki bloodline, someone like Temari, who specializes in long-range attacks, would find running out of chakra fatal.

"Ninja Art: Great Sickle Weasel Technique!"

"Summoning Jutsu: Scythe Dance!"

Naruto couldn't help but curse under his breath. This woman is absolutely insane.

Biting his lip, he threw a Flying Raijin kunai. In the next instant, Naruto teleported a hundred meters away, narrowly avoiding the devastating wind attack.

A fierce gale tore through the forest, leveling everything within a hundred meters. Trees were shredded to bits, and countless trunks toppled over. The massive cloud of dust that rose blocked all visibility. Hidden in a corner, Naruto caught his breath and grumbled to himself.

"No wonder there are no trees in Sunagakure. Man, the temper on this 'Desert Princess' is something else!"

The Scythe Dance was Temari's ultimate technique, a contract-based jutsu with the legendary Kamaitachi. It required blood as a medium to summon the creature, and its destructive power was akin to a miniature Shukaku rampage.

"Come out!" Temari growled, her sharp eyes scanning the forest.

As a long-range ninja, she was ill-suited for close combat. Activating her jutsu took time and could easily be interrupted. Though enraged, Temari didn't lose her composure, avoiding any reckless attempts to search for Naruto.

"If you don't come out, I'll do it again. Let's see how long you can keep hiding!"

Suddenly, a kunai flew out from the dust cloud, moving at a leisurely pace. Temari smirked, casually swatting it away with her fan.

"Alright, alright! Cough, cough! I'm coming out!"

Naruto's voice echoed through the forest. Moments later, he emerged from the smoke, coughing as he walked out, looking utterly disheveled.

Leaning against her massive three-star fan, Temari looked at the bedraggled Naruto with a smug smile.

"I thought you were good at hiding?"

What else could he do? Temari hadn't even used up much chakra, so if he didn't come out, he'd just keep getting chased around by Kamaitachi.

"Well, this class is over. I just remembered I have something to do at home. I'll take my leave now," Naruto said awkwardly.

"Hah! What nonsense are you spouting?" Temari's face darkened, a menacing grin forming. "Now, you'll pay for your actions."

With that, her enormous three-star fan opened once more.

"It's not that serious! Don't you think you're overreacting?" Naruto glanced around. With no cover left, he decided to use it to his advantage.

"Really, Desert Princess? Was it necessary to summon Kamaitachi? Can't you go a bit easier on me?"

"Stop spewing nonsense and die already!"

Temari was determined to finish Naruto, paying no attention to how he seemed to know her jutsu techniques.

"Wind Style: Tornado Gust!"

In an instant, dark clouds gathered in the sky, thunder and lightning flashing overhead. The soft breezes transformed into razor-sharp winds, rushing toward Naruto like ocean waves. The violent windstorm descended with overwhelming momentum.

Naruto stared at Temari in the distance, waiting silently as the wild winds tore toward him.

Temari, on the other hand, kept her eyes locked on Naruto, her thoughts confirming what her teacher Baki had said: Konoha's Nine-Tails Jinchūriki was far from a perfect Jinchūriki and had limited utility on the battlefield.

As the wind blades approached, Naruto suddenly vanished.

"What?!" Temari's eyes widened in shock.

It was too late. The Flying Raijin kunai at her feet had become the key to Naruto closing the distance. Feigning weakness to lull the enemy into complacency, he seized the moment to turn the tables!

*"Flying Raijin: Second Step."*

Naruto's palm silently pressed against Temari's chest, slamming her into the ground. His calm gaze flickered with triumph as he leaned in close, grabbing her fan in the process.

*"Four Symbols Seal."*

A sealing pattern formed on the fan, and the massive weapon vanished instantly.

Inside the sealing space, the Nine-Tails was watching a DVD when the enormous fan suddenly crashed outside his cage, startling him into clutching his player protectively.

"What just fell down here?"

Meh, not worth his attention.

"Well, well. Without your fan, how will you fight now?" Naruto planted his foot on Temari, looking down at her with a sly grin.

"You!"

"Me what?" Naruto smirked, radiating smugness.

"How did you do that?" Temari gritted her teeth.

"Who'd tell you that?" Naruto replied, electricity sparking in his palm. "Beg for mercy, and I might let you go. How about it?"

"Don't even think about it!" Temari tried to escape, but Naruto immediately hit her with a Lightning Release jutsu.

Though he was a beginner, the jutsu didn't pack much power, but it was enough to cause searing pain.

"Argh!"

The lightning struck, and Temari collapsed halfway through her retreat.

"Ha!"

She lay on the ground, gasping for air. The paralysis from the Lightning Release rendered her entire body numb, as sharp, needle-like pain coursed through her skin.

"Beg for mercy, and I'll let you go," Naruto said, tilting his head.

He was eager to master the Adamantine Sealing Chains and couldn't wait any longer.

"In your dreams!" Temari snarled, forcing herself to stand despite the agony. "Even if you kill me, I'll never beg someone as disgusting as you for mercy!"

"You're such a pain." Naruto flicked the Flying Raijin kunai into his hand with a sharp kick.

"Wouldn't it be easier to beg earlier? Save everyone the trouble, Desert Princess."

"I still have to discipline your dear little brother, you know. I don't have time to waste here with you."

"What are you talking about?!" Temari pulled out a kunai from her pouch.

Her hands trembled as she gripped it. Without her three-star fan, she couldn't even use her jutsu anymore.
