[Telepathy: a strategic jutsu created to relay information to another person by placing a genjutsu of either words or images. It is very low cost and easy to learn thus was made an S-rank jutsu by the Sand and only ANBU are allowed to use it officially.]

Year 8BN

2months after becoming an ANBU agent

Their mission was to intercept the supplies heading from the hidden leaf to Kusagakure for the war efforts.It still baffles me sometimes just how strong even a genin is compared to my old world.

Any genin is already a super soldier. I achieved the rank of a chunin but my strength is hovering near special jonins.

If I am to have a specialization it would be seals. With my now named 'World Script' I am the best sealsmaster in Suna. Donated a few variations of explosive tag formulas like flash bangs, delayed explosions and chained explosions which are making waves for us on the war front.

'Spider. How far away are they?'asked Bear as we kept treehopping. As the sensor I am expected to watch our surroundings for ambushes and keep track of the targets.

'There are ten of them. 2km ahead. There is a route if we turn in 500 m we can intercept them in 5km instead.'

'No. If you could see it… they could too. A trap may be awaiting us there.'

'Then we must speed up cause we are not far from their drop point.'

'Agreed.'

We sped up and started preparing mentally for the confrontation. I took out a katana from Gates of Babylon and started charging up a Cleave so that my first swing will take a life.

The thing about my chakra version of Cleave is that its different from the one in JJK. I couldn't make it invisible for one because that is not how chakra works. Its not cursed energy or a cursed technique.

Cursed techniques are imprinted on the soul so its very easy to use them but that's it. You can't copy another person's technique unless you specifically have a technique for copying or you adapted it into your own technique.

It's quite automated. Chakra… is life energy. Mix your physical and mental energy and it forms. You can create jutsus from it but make no mistake it is not automated everything is manual except techniques born of dojutsus.

That's why even if I had infinity right now I would never be able to keep it open at all times like Gojo because we are running on different energy systems.

My cleave is more like a a wind blade but the chakra is rotated and compressed and sharpened before it is sent flying.

Think of it as a chakra flying slash whose size can be controlled.

'Hostiles in 5,4…'

We caught up to the Konoha ninjas. Hmmm I recognize one of them. He bears resemblance to the anime… with orange like hair and a bright smile on his face… is that Nawaki Senju?

He isn't dead yet?

Let's see if his luck runs out.

I immediately flickered at him with my blade swinging at his head. He blocked it with a kunai. We had a brief stalemate in strength which I used to probe him.

'Nawaki Senju. I thought the Senju's won't agree for their clan heir to be running around during the war.'

'What it to you,sand worm?'

'I wonder… did your hokage send you out to die? After all you are weak!'

I disengaged and sent and enhanced kick towards his torso which landed before turning into a log.

Tch. Substitution Jutsu.

I also did the same and dodged am enhanced punch. I turned on my Rikugan in case he starts throwing around interesting jutsus.

'Fireball Jutsu!'

(The name calling is in their head. Helps them concentrate on what jutsi they are molding)

I saw the way the chakra flowed in his body and thanks to my superior control I am able to copy and perform the jutsu on the fly without handsigns too.

'Rock Wall'

As the fireball hit the wall I disengaged and created two shadow clones who proceeded to attack from both sides.

Nawaki saw them and decided to go all out,

'Nahhh fuck that!'

The ground shook and broke apart as he stamped down on it causing both of them to be flung away and popped by the damage received.

Hmmm it seems with age Nawaki has grown to a better shinobi than was depicted. Tsunade too will be better as she has not gone through the depression of losing her brother.

I scanned the other fights and was shocked to see that of the eight ANBU we cane with only four of us are alive but the same can be said for Konoha as only five of them are still alive.

I decided then we can't lose more. After finding the position of the supplies I created a shadow clone that used teleportation and got to it wnd got out very quickly.

It alarmed the other fighters as it was clear space time ninjutsu. They all tactically agreed to disengage and regroup.

I turned back to Nawaki as he was fighting a shadow clone without knowing this time. With my dojutsu it was able to tell the attacks of Nawaki before seeing it. Eventually it used Cleave at point blank at Nawaki's torso.

He made the split decision to reinforce it with Chakra and was able to mitigate most of the damage but it still left him very injured and suffering from bloodloss.

As he lay on the ground, I was about to put him down when I felt a fireball coming from behind. I wasn't leaving him alive for fucks sake! I turned an created a rock wall to block the damage immediately I turned back sword at the ready to kill Nawaki but he was gone.

Maybe another person was at the ready to pick him up incase.

I immediately used Chakra sense to pick up the location of my shadow clone and teleported to it. Collected the supplies which were stored in a storage seal and teleported back to my team who were already running back home.

'I got the mission objectives. I failed to permanently neutralize Nawaki Senju.'

'It would have been a bonus but do not take it hard on yourself.'

'Let's get back quickly. That old crone must be tired of waiting for us.'
