The new world

"I mean no disrespect. But nine tails, is just a title. And I don't want to disrespect such a powerful being like yourself. So until you deem me worthy enough, I will call you Mr. Fox." I told him.

"I don't care ! As long as you don't call me love !" The nine tailed demon fox replied with annoyance.

I nodded at him. It is baffling how people don't respect such a being. He is sentient and knowledgeable. More importantly, he is immortal ! Like some God !

After telling the majestic Mr. Fox about everything regarding my past life, we engaged in some kind of philosophical debate. But at the end Mr. fox didn't fully agree with me. He did say that my view is correct but not for this world.

Apparently I have been reincarnated into another world. I was confused at first. But then he explained about souls in details. I once thought that souls are just fairy tale. But now I believe in it.

Especially after experiencing it first hand.

Then he started to tell about himself. And more about the world at general. He told me that he will leave some information since he didn't deem me worthy enough for now, but his tale made me rethink about this new world.

This world is a lot more different and at the same time similar to my previous world.

This energy, 'chakra' is basically the essence of everything in this world. In raw terms, more the Chakra you have, more the potential you have to become stronger. But there comes the complicated part. Simply being strong does not guarantee your survival.

The rule is the same, 'If you are weak then you will die. Only strong will survive.' But there are different types of strength in this world. And you have to be the strongest in every aspect. Basically if I am not immortal like Mr Fox, then I will die.

Even a single small weakness can cause my death. Weather it is weakness to poison or illusion. Or in the case of the majestic Mr Fox, inprisonment or fuinjutsu and mangekyo Sharingan.

There are many different ways to gain strength. But here many people are born strong. Weather it is a strong blood line which give you exclusive power of that bloodline or large amount of Chakra full stop you needed to be born with it in order to reach the Pinnacle of the world. For example Mr Fox's most hated enemy are the Uchiha. A clan made by the direct descendant of his 'father'. This father of Mr Fox is considered as the strongest being in the world who have ever lived. At least according to Mr Fox that is. There was another strong being, in terms of raw power. The being was even stronger than his 'father'. But at the end of the day it was defeated. For now all of these informations are classified to me.

I am born into the family of Uzumaki. But I am not a pure blood clan member. The information about Uzumaki clan is also classified for now. But if I could impress him, then Mr Fox will tell me about it in the future.

Now back to the most important matter.

In this new world there is a type of energy called Chakra. This Chakra flows in the body of every living being. The earth itself contains Chakra but that is another matter entirely. Mr fox knew about the origin of this strange energy that is considered as the life force of every living being in this new world. But for now I am unworthy of this knowledge.

Using this Chakra, humans in general performs many kinds of miracles like breathing fire, creating illusions etc. They call these phenomenas, Jutsus.

While chakra is explained as the mixture of physical and spiritual energy by the humans of this world, Kurama knew better. But he refused to tell me more about it.

At least when I am just a newborn at body. But before he tells me about this, I will have to prove myself to him that even without chakra, I can survive.

The culture and structure of the new world is completely different. In this planet, there is a large continent called elemental nation by the inhabitants. This piece of land where most of the humans resides, has been further divided into many lands. Mercenary organisations who call themselves, 'shinobi' indirectly rule these lands. Currently there are five great hidden shinobi villages and many minor hidden villages. In reality they are big cities ruled by these mercenaries. They get their funds from taxes of their respective cities, missions and their local land lord.

Currently, I am in the land of fire. To be precise I am in the hidden leaf village. One of the five major shinobi villages.

These shinobi, different from normal civilians, can use chakra and perform various types of Jutsus.

Their is taijutsu, which was basically hand to hand combat with no weapons. They also use different types of weapons naming them differently. Mr Fox didn't understand why they name it differently when all of its end goal is to kill.

Apart from these different things, almost everything else were similar to Esdeath's previous world.

Same old conflict, violence, death, suffering and pain.

This world, like her previous world has one simple rule, survival of the strongest.

But the definition of 'strong', is a little different in this world than my previous world.

Strength is not only about physical strength. Shinobi fights dirty. In this world there is only winner and loser. The process in between the fight doesn't matter.

But that's not all, Mr Fox also told me about many different fighting techniques. Such as, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu and fuinjutsu. According to Mr Fox, he considered fuinjutsu the strongest of them all. Genjutsu is strong, only you have a type of magic eye called Sharingan.

Then Mr Fox explained in details about the different types of Sharingans.

I learnt everything that Mr Fox has to offer about his only weakness.

And finally he told me about my current status. Not physical but my status as Jinjuriki.

Apparently he is not the only 'tailed beast'. There are 8 more. But he is the strongest. But after my ancestors in the Uzumaki clan shook hands with Senju Hashirama, another enemy of Mr Fox, they shared their methods of 'sealing' the tailed beasts in humans, with other nations. After Mr Fox was sealed inside the wife of Hashirama Senju, Mito Uzumaki, he caught all the other tailed beasts and gave it to the different shinobi villages in order to keep the power balance. These humans, containing the tailed beasts are called Jinjuriki. While on paper they exist just to keep the power balance and keep the mighty tailed beasts in check, but in reality, Jinjuriki are nothing but weapons of mass destruction for the villages.

And I am the Jinjuriki of the nine tailed demon fox, aka the weapon of mass destruction of the hidden leaf village.

Finally at the end of our conversation, Mr Fox gave me three tasks and one warning. To impress him I have to perform these three task in the time limit of next 5 years. If I am able to complete these tasks, then he will provide me with further information and depending on my performance probably give me a deal.

The first task was to survive.

The second task was to figure out the power and command structure of the village without taking anyone's help.

And the third task was to figure out the identity of my biological parents in this life without anyone's help.

I was confused at first listening to his first task. If I am the Jinjuriki and the weapon of mass destruction of this Ninja village, then shouldn't they protect me while I am vulnerable ?

Mr Fox explained about it in details.

And I was not that much surprised by his explanation. Basically I will be considered as 'him'. And because he caused a lot of destruction in the village and killed a lot of pesky humans before being sealed, I will be the target of their hate and revenge. So once my identity is out, I will have to survive the village full of assassins.

There was a final warning he give me before I left my mindscape.

"If you ever meet an Uchiha then don't dare to make eye contact. And I don't away as fast as possible. Even their children are dangerous. Especially for the weak you."

That means currently I can be compared to a new born raptor and Uchihas are sabertooths.

With that final warning, I left my mindscape.
