Prologue Part Three:

As I stared at the entity who may very likely be God in front of me, I feel an unimaginable calmness permeate through my being.

[The pronoun for entity would be they until the introduction]

Although calm, I am unsure of whether or not to ask the entity who they are or where I am. I feel that I do not have the right to speak unless given the permission from them. Nor do I wish to provoke them, since I get the feeling that they would and could wipe my entire being away immediately and instantaneously.

What felt like hours passed by between the two as they stared at each other in utter silence. Eventually, the entity opened his mouth and lets out a sigh.

The entity then goes on to say:"Hello Lucien. I am God. Many know, call, and refer me by many names. For you may call me Raziel for now."

(change in pov)

Leaning back into the chair to feel more comfortable, Lucien then replies: "Hello Raziel, nice to meet you. I would like to clarify what I am doing here. I know I am dead and now know for sure you are God, the One, the Almighty."

Raziel responds:"After a person dies, their soul is sent to a dimension where they are judged. Depending on how they lived, some would be reincarnated with a blank slate to another world or back into their previous world whereas some would reincarnate with some memories or all memories. There are even situations in which some are sent to another world forced to lead terrible lives should they fulfill certain requirements and vice versa. The requirements vary per person. However, there are quite a few who are chosen at random like you have to meet myself or a lesser God to be given a chance to choose how one might want to reincarnate. Each of these random individuals are given a set of wishes."

Intrigued and baffled by these pieces of information, Lucien asks:"Raziel, may I know how many wishes I have been given? I would also like to know if everyone else gets the same number of wishes or do we go through yet another judgement or test to earn them?"

Raziel hmmed at that and then continues to say:"First, let me answer your second question first. All random souls are indeed put through another test before given said number of wishes. The test depends on the lesser God or myself as we give out different tests every single time. There have been situations where the soul would be given a test that tests the amount of respect the soul gives the God, a test that tests their will to move forward, a test that tests their academics, and so on. Should the soul fail the test, they would not be given any wishes and will have to depend on the God's mood where they are sent. Should the God feel offended or irritated by the soul, then that soul is in for an utterly terrifying journey for their next life. In which case, the soul will remember the conversation with the God, but not their memories of their previous life. Should the God feel generous, even though the soul failed, the soul will have the chance of an average life or more."

"As for the first question, my test for you was on how patient, thoughtful, and respectful you were should I appear in front of you. Since the beginning, you patiently waited 999 hours for me to speak. You knew you died and once you realized that I may possibly be a God, you knew your place. Your thoughts when we were staring at each other in silence were respectful and you never insulted me for not speaking. So, you have earned 9 wishes."

"Huuu" Lucien releases a sigh of relief after the long explanation for his previous questions. He thinks to himself silently for a few more minutes before deciding that he should ask a few more questions.

Lucien asks:"Raziel, I have a few more questions that I would like to ask of you, before stating my wishes. Is that alright with you?"

Calmly with a knowing look, Raziel states:"Sure. I will gladly answer all your questions. However, I will not answer questions that are above your level."

Lucien gratefully says:"Thank you. Will I be given my previous memories or do I have to wish for them? What are the limits to the wishes? Are the 'other worlds' you mentioned earlier similar to the anime shows, manga, light novels, fictional novels, movies, games, etc. worlds that were created in my previous world? If so, would I be able to reincarnate as a main protagonist? If I am able to, do I have to wish for the plot armor or protagonist aura as well? Would I be able to travel to other worlds, should they exist, after my reincarnation? Is it necessary to wish for an ability that allows it or will I be able to gain the ability or create a artifact or skill that allows myself to accomplish that feat like in this one fanfiction I read previously? (Referencing Harry Potter: Dimensional Wizard here)"

Narrowing his eyes slightly for a brief second that Lucien almost thought he imagined Raziel doing that. Raziel then replied:"Hmmmm. You will be given your previous memories, you do not need to wish for them. You will be getting all of them. It will be like you have a photographic memory and be able to restrict the bad ones so that they do not constantly burden you. However, this does not apply to your reincarnation's life's memories. There really is no limit to one's wishes except that they cannot wish for more wishes. Of course, once again it depends on the God before you. I do not limit the wishes for the souls I have picked. The 'other worlds' I mentioned can be any world. All of the worlds created by the various people in your previous life exist and there are even ones that your people did not write about that also exist. There are many parallel lines and multi-verse lines for each of the worlds or stories that exist as well. You may reincarnate as the main protagonist and you may choose whether or not you want the 'plot armor'. This does not take a new wish. As you hinted, you do not need to wish for an ability to travel to other worlds. You can certainly try to accomplish what the main character, Edward, in that fanfiction did. However, there will be no guarantee that you may succeed, that task will depend on your knowledge, skills, and luck entirely."

As Raziel continued to answer all of his questions, his whole body exuded excitement. His body slowly moved to the edge of the seat bouncing in place, fists clenched together moving vertically ever so slightly. A huge smile etched almost reaching both ears on both ends of his head with his eyes looking so intensely at Raziel in front of himself. Had he been an anime character, his eyes would be showing multiple stars in each of them.

Immediately standing up and then preparing a bowing posture, Lucien says:"Thank you so much for this opportunity! I have decided what my wishes will be."

Clapping his hands while looking amused at Lucien's gesture, Raziel makes a gesture that looks like 'Well go on..."

Sitting down on the chair once more, Lucien breathes in heavily before making his expression somber. He then goes on to state his wishes:"For my first wish, I would like to gain a technique that would help me develop a shield for my memory and read minds similar to the Occulemency and Legilimency techniques introduced in Harry Potter and similar to the mental shield that Isabella Marie Swan had introduced in Twilight and I would like for this technique to strengthen my soul. This is to help me protect my new memories and soul that I will gain in my life."

Raziel stated calmly:"Very well. You will also gain the other possible advantages from it should you advance in the technique."

Lucien says:"For my second wish, I would like to state my background for my reincarnation. "

Raziel:"Very well. Go on."

Breathing in, Lucien begins his background:"I would like to be reborn as Naruto Uzumaki son of Kushina Uzumaki-Senju and Minato Namikaze, Child Prophecy, Ashura Reincarnation, main protagonist of the story. I would like myself to be from the Uzumaki and Senju clans. My mother, Kushina is cousins with Tsunade Senju. Kushina's mother is the daughter of Tobirama Senju and Asami Uzumaki (Uzukage's second daughter and younger sister to Mito Uzumaki-Senju). Tsunade Senju is also my Godmother. Minato Namikaze is a part of the Namikaze clan that was once a famous blacksmith/weaponsmith clan who have the swift release kekkai genkai and all have wind and lightning chakra natures. My Godfather is Jiraiya. I would like to have blonde hair, and same color blue eyes as is described in the anime and when light is reflected my eye color looks to be dark violet to others. I would like to keep the whiskers marks on my face."

Pausing briefly due to a sudden question appearing in his mind, Lucien asks:"May I know if I can change the Tsunade's background within my background wish itself or do I need to make a separate wish for that?"

Moving his index and thumb finger to stroke his goatee, Raziel thinks a for few seconds before deciding says:"I will allow it. You do not need a separate wish for this."

Lucien then says:"I would like for Tsunade Senju to not take Shizune Kato as her apprentice. On a few missions outside of Konoha, she had found the remaining Uzumaki survivors (excluding Nagato) and decided to take them in. These were Kaito Uzumaki, Ayako Uzumaki, Ueno Uzumaki, and Yuichi Uzumaki. The first two would love, marry, and give birth to Hanako Uzumaki (the girl who in the filler researched summoning scrolls but ended up dying) and Tayuya Uzumaki (the girl who was a part of Sound Four). While the other two would love, marry, and give birth to Karin Uzumaki. Before leaving Konoha, she found out that her sensei knew of the Senju assassinations but did nothing to stop it so she took everything within the Senju clan compound has with her."

Raziel states:"Okay. Next wish."

Taking a moment to breathe, Lucien then says:"For my third wish, I would like a dimension that is bounded to my very soul and all Uzumaki's can be given access to it after attaining my permission. The size would be limitless and will continue to grow and strengthen itself as I advance in my technique which I wished in the beginning. I was hoping for the starting size to be a planet but to have access to a small portion first."

"Hmmm..." Raziel thinks to himself for a moment before stating:"Why have the size to be a planet only to gain access to a small portion to it? Does this pertain to your next wish?" Raziel smirks amusingly at Lucien while saying so.

"Huuu.. Haaah.." Lucien breathes in and out slowly before answering affirmatively:"Yes, Raziel. For my fourth wish, I would like to have three sections of land within the planet to hold everything from the Uzumaki clan, Senju clan, and Namikaze clan from their founding to six months before my birth to be placed in my dimension. For the Uzumaki and Namikaze clan, I would like the knowledge, weapons, belongings of each and every clansmen and clanswomen, dead properly buried in a built cemetery, items and books/scrolls stolen by all who did so, the land of whirlpool where Uzushiogakure stood before they were annihilated, etc. in my dimension. This means that these would disappear in the eyes of people. I would like for the stuff that Konoha had taken to appear in my dimension on the day of my birth. I would also like for everything that my parents owned to be moved to my dimension as well. As for the Senju clan belongings, I will like the copy of the clan library in my dimension, and all other original belongings that Tsunade did not find in her clan compund that may have been lost or stolen in battles in the past. However, I will only be given access to the basics and work my way up from there."

Raziel hmmed and haawed at that wish for a while.

It got to the point where Lucien thought maybe he overdid it and before he could apologize. Raziel opened his mouth and stated:"Very well. Granted."

Startled, Lucien confusedly asks:"Its okay?"

Raziel responds seriously:"Yes. I just wanted to see what would you do if I was to look like I was about to say no. Well, what is your fifth wish?"

Lucien calms himself before calmly asking:"Can I gain all the positive talents that come with each of the bloodlines and Ashura's reincarnation as two wishes?"

Raziel responds:"No. It will account for four wishes. One for each heritage/bloodline/reincarnation. I am assuming by talents you are stating that you wish to have incredibly high talents for each bloodline. For example, Namikaze clan will provide you with Supreme talents in blacksmithing, weaponsmithing, wind and lightning chakra natures, swift release, and weapons handling. Whereas, Uzumaki clan will provide you with Supreme talents in wind and water chakran natures, kenjutsu, fuinjutsu, chakra density, calligraphy, and literacy. It will also provide you the ability to awaken the Mind's eye of Kagura, Adamantine Sealing Chains, and Healing Chakra and Bite. While the Senju Clan will provide you the ability to attune yourself to nature and chakra sensing. As for the Ashura reincarnation, you hope to gain the ability to use and combine earth and water natures to create wood release, and a sage body?....Hmmm.. very well granted. However do keep in mind, that though you have the talents for each of these at Supreme level, you still have to train in these areas for you to progress. You would not just gain mastery over it within the first few practices. You will just have a much easier time progressing further in these fields. What is your last wish?" [I got the idea of Supreme from the In Naruto: Reborn with Talent fanfiction. I liked the concept the author used there.]

Closing his eyes briefly while taking deep breaths, Lucien opened his eyes and says:"For my final wish, I would like to gain consciousness when my fetus is formed, meaning the eighth week. I want to be able to practice my technique to protect my mind and soul sooner."

Raziel merely smiled knowingly and said:"Granted. Now that you are done with your wishes, bye bye."

The light around himself slowly dim to the point that the similarly, terrifying blackness from before surrounds himself once more before he loses touch and awareness of his surroundings completely.
