Every living thing, whether it's their soul or their body, is constantly releasing energy. It's like a warm body giving off heat. This is a natural process, and it's how we get the physical energy needed to make chakra.

The same goes for the soul. As long as the soul is alive, it's constantly releasing spiritual energy. Chakra is made by combining these two energies, physical and spiritual, in a perfect balance.

It sounds simple, but it's actually very hard. Why? Because it's all about control. Even the most talented ninjas, like Minato or those from powerful clans like the Senju and Uchiha, can't perfectly control their physical and spiritual energy.

So how do ninjas make chakra? They guide it. They can't control the energy perfectly, but they can direct it. They guide the physical and spiritual energy to collide and combine. This creates chakra, but not all of it. Some energy is lost.

Think of it like mixing black and white ink. You can't make perfect gray ink instantly. Only some of the ink will mix correctly. The same happens with chakra. Most of the energy is lost.

If we could keep guiding the energy to combine, we could use all of it. But the problem is that this energy doesn't last long. It's like a waterfall – the water is constantly flowing, and no drop stays in place for long.

This is why most ninjas can't use all of their energy. They can only guide most of it.

Kenshi remembered that the original Akemiya Kenshi could only use about 1% of his energy to make chakra. That's not very good! Kenshi thought Minato could probably use at least 20% of his energy.

But even Minato, a genius, couldn't use all of his energy.

Kenshi, however, could use 100% of his energy. Why? Because his consciousness had changed. It was no longer just an idea, it was real. It was like his consciousness had come to life and was now part of his body.

This gave him incredible control over his body. He could see his cells in a way that ordinary people couldn't. It was like he had become a god.

His awakened consciousness also gave him the ability to control energy like telekinesis. He could sense and control every bit of energy his body released, preventing it from disappearing. He could do the same with his spiritual energy.

This meant he could use all of his physical and spiritual energy to make chakra.

"This is amazing!" Kenshi thought. He was making chakra faster than ever before. It was like a burst pipe, constantly flowing with chakra.

If someone touched Kenshi, they would feel how cold he was. He was using all of his energy to make chakra, so his body was very cold.

Minato, sitting next to Kenshi, could feel the chill.

"His chakra is growing so fast!" Minato thought, surprised.

Kenshi's chakra was flowing through his body, filling his energy reserves and strengthening his cells. His cells were becoming stronger and more active, making his spirit more stable and powerful.

"Can I make my cells absorb even more chakra?" Kenshi wondered. He could control his chakra perfectly, so he could send it to his cells.

He tried to send more chakra to his cells, but they couldn't absorb it any faster. It was a shame, but Kenshi wasn't worried. He was making chakra so fast that he would soon have enough to strengthen his cells.

No one else could do this. Only Kenshi, with his mutated consciousness and complete control over chakra, could do this. This meant his body would become stronger very quickly.

Kenshi felt a tingling sensation in his cells and stopped sending chakra to them. He sent the chakra back to his energy reserves.

There was another benefit to having complete control over chakra. He could stop it from dissipating. Chakra, like physical and spiritual energy, naturally dissipates, but not as quickly.

Think of it like a warm body. It's always releasing heat, even if it stays at a constant temperature. Some of this heat is absorbed by the body, but most of it is lost.

Kenshi could control this lost chakra and store it in his energy reserves. This meant he would have even more chakra.

Tsunade's Yin Seal does something similar. She collects the chakra she loses and stores it, releasing it when she needs it.

If Kenshi learned the Yin Seal, he would be able to store much more chakra than Tsunade because he could control all of the chakra he lost.

"I need to find a way to become Tsunade's student!" Kenshi thought. The Yin Seal is a powerful technique, and only Sakura, Tsunade's student, learned it.

But becoming Tsunade's student wouldn't be easy. Especially since he's a guy.
