Waking up on the white sheet hospital bed, a blonde-haired and blue-eyed child rubbed his eyes trying to get rid of his drowsiness.

".....Oh I'm here huh…?"

He racked his brain trying to remember the last thing he remembered and suddenly; his eyes widened and his sleepiness disappeared.

-Flashback-

Caelus McLean yawned tirelessly from his exhausting day at the university as he closed the door behind him and went to his bedroom in his apartment.

You would think the teachers would be a little more lenient after the vacations ended, but no.

 "...Professor Bart had to start the new year with a huge assignment(Sigh)... Again"

Suddenly he heard a weird sound coming from outside, he tried to ignore it before but the sound just got louder, annoyed he moved the curtains from his balcony door to see what was going on outside.

"God Damn! who's car horn got-!"

Only to see an outrageous sight.

A Floating truck floating only a few meters away from his balcony with no one in the driver's seat.

"....…..WHAT THE F--!"

But he couldn't even finish as the Floating trunk suddenly moved at extreme speed towards Caelus, all the while its horn blaring as well.

And the last thing he saw was a Truck in his vision before everything went black.

his last thoughts were who drugged him since he sure as hell doesn't drink?

-Flashback End-

Caelus's right eye twitched "That had got to be a Fever dream".

Taking a deep breath to regain some calm he sluggishly but surely put himself in a sitting position looked at himself and received his second surprise.

"I shrunk?"

He looked at his hands now looked like they belonged to a child, Hell everything part of his body looked like it belonged to a child, not a university student.

'What the Hell is going on?'

But just like that the room door was opened and in came someone he recognized easily considering he was from his favorite series, an old man in white robes with red accents wearing a diamond-shaped hat with the same coloration who was giving him a kind grandfatherly smile.

'I already pinched myself, So How the Hell is Sarutobi Hiruzen in front of me!?'

"Naruto my boy, how are you feeling?"

Caelus blinked hard and forcefully clammed his emotions down as much as he could but stayed quiet not knowing what to say surprisingly he only felt a comforting presence from the Old Kage.

Hiruzen looked a bit concerned and gently put a hand on Caelus's shoulder.

"I'm sorry Naruto, you just woke up so you might as well still be tired, not to worry a bit more rest and a good meal would have you in 100% in no time"

Just as he stopped speaking behind him, a ninja wearing a Dog mask with the most gravity-defying white hair appeared out of thin air holding a tray of food.

As much as Caelus was coming to terms with what was happening he couldn't help but be amazed at what he saw and it showed in his blue eyes as they sparkled.

"Haha looks like you have an Admirer Inu and you got Naruto's food in record time too"

The Old man laughed and looked at his shinobi with an amused look, as he didn't reply and only put the tray in front of Caelus.

Caelus on the other hand felt his growing theory gain even more evidence.

'That's Kakashi! Then that means….Oh my god...why? WHY!? this world!'

"Enjoy your breakfast Naruto, I had some of your favorite made since I'm also not a fan of hospital food but remember to eat your vegetables too young man"

At the end, Hiruzen shot Caelus a mock strict glare. Caelus spoke before he even realized what he was doing as he also scratched the back of his head sheepishly

"Hehe Ok Gramps"

Hiruzen gave Caelus a gentle nod but before leaving he looked at Kakashi/Inu.

"I'll come back after a few hours after I take care of some loose ends, look after Naruto in the meantime"

Kakashi/Inu gave a resolute nod knowing what the "Loose ends" were before he disappeared once again and Hiruzen left the room.

Once he was alone Caelus slumped his back towards the bed frame and looked at the side mirror confirming his suspicions: blue eyes, bright blonde hair, and the iconic whisker marks.

'I can't believe this'

And he truly couldn't while Caelus was an avid reader of both fantasy and manga, as well as an occasional anime watcher he always thought the isekai genre was a "Wistful dream" mainly because he was an Atheist compared to his family who were devout believers.

And now he looks at himself as Naruto Uzumaki, the main character and hero from his favorite series in what was portrayed as a fun world but was one of the most dangerous worlds out there, especially given the fact the events that transpire after Canon Naruto's graduation.

'But I guess I'm safe for now, it doesn't look like they had Inoichi or any Yamanaka look through my head considering the seal so I guess I can relax for the time being...and best not to let the food go to waste'

As he started eating his thoughts wandered once again.

'I was at my home, nowhere near a road AND TRUCK KUN GOT ME IN MY OWN HOUSE!?'
