Chapter 65 : One Month Later!!

Nagato kept the news of Danzo's death secret, so no one ever found out about it.

Back in Konoha, the Third Hokage and Fifth Hokage, Jiraiya, were puzzled. They hadn't heard anything about Danzo since he fled the village. They assumed Danzo was plotting revenge and prepared for his return, but Danzo never appeared. 

A month later, it was time for the official review, and still, there was no sign of Danzo.

Today marked the fifth review.

In a special video released two weeks ago, since Tobirama and the Third Hokage had no pressing questions, Hayashi Sora decided to film a food video. This video amazed the people of Konoha Village in both timelines.

After watching it, the leaders of both villages asked their people to try replicating the dishes from the video. They were eager to taste the delicious-looking food themselves.

While Tobirama and Orochimaru were busy with their research and others focused on recreating the food, another two weeks passed, bringing us to today.

In Tobirama's office, before 8:00 AM, Tobirama took a moment to review the experimental materials in his hand.

"Teacher, any breakthroughs in the experiment?"

Since Kagami and Hiruzen had gone to the Land of Fire to protect the daimyo, they hadn't kept up with their teacher's research.

He handed the materials to Hiruzen and Kagami.

"Orochimaru is truly a gifted researcher. If I can collaborate with him a few more times, I believe I can crack the cloning technology within half a year."

"As expected from our teacher, you're incredible."

Kagami and Hiruzen reviewed the data, growing more impressed with each page.

They couldn't understand all the technical details, but they understood the experiment's progress and summary.

Sasuke, on the other hand, was much more composed.

Already known for his cold demeanor, he became even more distant after becoming Orochimaru's disciple.

He rarely speaks unless absolutely necessary.

Firstly, it helps him maintain his cool persona.

Secondly, with Uzumaki Naruto on Team 7, Sasuke doesn't need to ask questions. Naruto will ask them for him.

Sasuke was also curious about why Orochimaru summoned him here.

His curiosity only grew when he saw Jiraiya and the Third Hokage in the office as well.
