Stop molesting me!!!

"It's better to become a widow than to fall in love with you!" Su Yanruo snorted. Moving her hand, she tried freeing herself from his grip.

"Sweetheart, you always focus so much on killing me." he smiled, "Why don't you focus on falling in love with me?" he suggested, bending slowly and kissing the nape of her neck.

Su Yanruo shivered. "Stop molesting me!!!" she yelled. She tried twisting and turning her body but nothing worked. In front of him, her strength was like that of an ant has in front of an elephant. "Let go of me. You pervert!! Sicko!!! Moron!!!" she screamed knowing that in this corner nobody was going to pay attention to them. She could be the real her and deal with this guy.

"You are wrong again, sweetheart." Rong Yixuan chuckled at her words. "It's Yixuan, Xuanxuan, Xiaoxuan, or husband." he corrected.

With a snort, she rolled her eyes.

"Also, I am not molesting you. I am clearly wooing you, making sure you always remember that there is a stupid guy who is madly in love with you," he confessed.

Su Yanruo paused. Hearing his words, she stopped struggling for a moment. Nobody spoke such sweet words to her. She has seen this kind of scene only in movies and in books. She never thought that in her dull, boring, and blood-filled life, there would be a day when she would be confessed by a guy who is probably lying and is someone sent by the enemy to deal with her.

Another kiss fell on her naked back bringing her back to reality. Her eyes narrowed on realizing that she had lost focus which can be very dangerous in her situation. Gritting her teeth, she quickly elbowed him in his stomach, freeing herself from his grip.

"Today, I will show you what is the result of offending me," she sneered, quickly turning around to kill him with her dagger but when she turned around, there was nobody in front of her.

The loud music was still going on in the background; people were dancing madly without any care of the world, the whole place was glittering with funky bar lights but the person that was supposed to be in front of them had disappeared. She was all alone.

Su Yanruo looked at her left, then to her right but still, she couldn't see the shadow of that person. "Again," she muttered under her breath. This was the second time that guy disappeared after eating her tofu.

Stomping her feet with an irritated look, she walked out of the bar. She knew Ji Chenglang wasn't going to come today so there was no point in staying at the bar anymore. And even if he did come, she had no mood right now to act as a damsel in distress in front of him.

With an annoyed look, she was walking towards the deck of the ship to get some fresh air. The whole way she was cursing that guy when suddenly, a woman in red ran into her. With a bang, Su Yanruo stumbled on her feet and was about to fall but she managed to get a hold of herself. Unfortunately, the woman who crashed into her wasn't that lucky and fell to the ground.

"Are you blind? Can't you see where you are walking?" she snapped at the unknown woman.

"I-I am sorry," the woman apologized sincerely.

Realizing she was taking out her anger on the wrong person, Su Yanruo sighed. Taking a deep breath, she glanced at the woman. "It's alright. C'mon now, get up," she said giving her a hand and helping her get up from the ground.

The woman gave her a grateful look and picking the mask that had fallen off from her face, she got up with her help. "Thank you so much," she smiled and rushed away in hurry.

Su Yanruo shrugged. Just when she was about to walk towards the deck, she saw a heart-shaped locket lying onto the place where the woman had fallen. Picking up the locket, she opened it to see the picture of that woman and a little girl inside it.

What to do with this locket?

Should I take it with me or just leave it here?

Seeing the beautiful picture inside the locket, she didn't feel like throwing the locket away. The woman was long gone and now it would be quite difficult to find her. After thinking for a while, she decided to keep the locket with her and return it to that woman later, when she would find her.

Coming to the deck of the ship, Su Yanruo closed her eyes. That day, that nightmare, Painter Brother and her father's image started appearing in her mind. This deck reminded her of that bad day and looking at the deep blue sea made her recall all of those bad events.

Her body shivered because of the cold and she rubbed her palm to keep herself warm. With a loud sigh, she walked towards the edge of the ship. Holding onto the railings, she glanced into the water again. She knew she needed to overcome this fear. As a future leader, she cannot let this fear rule over her.

Counting to ten, she tried looking into the water again. As soon as she looked into the water, her eyes started getting blurry. Her heartbeat sped up and her whole body started shivering and trembling. The scenario in front of her changed. For a moment, she felt as if she had seen her Painter Brother's body in that cold water. "No!" she yelled moving forward to save her Painter Brother when suddenly someone pulled her back.

"Are you insane? What are you doing?" someone screamed beside her.

Su Yanruo didn't react. Everything went blank in front of her. Blinking her eyes, she glanced at Xia Ming who was standing beside her and talking to her but she couldn't hear anything.

"Painter Brother…." she whispered, glancing into the water again but this time she didn't see anything. There was nobody in the water anymore.
