William Leoda: What Is The Gain?

**back to present time**

As William move away from Michael's chair and walks towards Joseph chair, William keep his eyes glued to Alex's own as he slowly move out of the room they were currently in.

William pulls out his second sword from the back of Joseph's chair while he also makes his way out of the room and into the tunnel that leads to this room.

William is sure that Alex knew he could not outrun him, and all is doing is to get him into an enclosed space to maybe overwhelm him for his plan, since he believe William is a speed type awaken, William believes Alex won't try to kill him since he knows William can just run away if the battle do not favor him.

William smiled at Alex's foolishness as he glanced toward the left uppermost corner of the room's door before he passes through the spot that he previously cut through.

The moment William head pass through the door with the rest of this body and he try to turn to face the passage to the underground space where he previous killed those seventeen awakens, what he saw was a fist coated with quite a bit of energy coming at his face with a momentum that could allow the fist puncture an elephant skin and breaks all it bone with little to no effort at all.

With William thinking speed, he already calculate that he probably have about a second and half to dodge the fist and counter with he own attack that could probably kill Alex, but William decide against killing Alex right away for one major reason.

William knows the identities of the three of the remaining four leaders of the Yanci, the head of the snake itself William do not know, but he already have his guess, who else could control the three lord of the royal circle and their fathers who are said to be the king's aide from what William knows, if not the elusive King himself.

But then again what will his gain be in all these, he currently has all the humans worshiping him as their savior, so why cause them harm or does he save them only to hurt them again later?

In fact if he order the people to start fighting and killing themselves, they will gladly do it without much thought, because he hold that much power over them, so why go this way?

Why form a terrorist group to start causing havoc to the city and the human you saved, is that for you to garden more fear from them?

Is this his way of demonstrating he powers?

But no one even know who the leaders of the Yanci are, in actuality even the so called Yancis, ninety eight percent of them don't even know who the major brass of their group are, so how can they fear you if they don't know it you?

Why all the lies?

Why the killing of the innocents? 

What and where is the gain in all these planning and effort?

Right now, it not all about revenge anymore for William, he genuinely want to meet the Yanci leader and William really hope the leader is not the so called king because what exactly will his gain be with all this and if it happens to be another entity entirely he really want to ask him or her what his or her gain will be with all these.

William move his head and his entire upper body to the back at a more faster speed than the fist coming at him, so by the time the fist reach its full extend, it just short of four inches from William's face.

William right hand sword subconsciously move to sever Alex out stretched punch but William quickly slow his hand speed which gives Alex enough time to withdraw him right hand punch.

Alex already anticipated William doing his best at dodging his first attack, so Alex already prepared a follow up attack which is to deliver his left punch to William's chest and hope it destroy his heart in the process.

Alex did not think for a minute that William could have seen through his two pronged attacks nor did he think William will be able to counter attack when he dodge the first attack.

Alex quickly moves back with his hands scared of William also attacking him with his second sword.

Alex moving back gives William the time to fully enter into the passage.

The passage is about fifty five meter in width, so they can't be much movement done in here, especially fighting between two people.

William nod to himself, as his praise Alex quick thinking in his mind.

If William were to truly be a speed type awakens, it will truly be a big disadvantage to him to fight in such an enclosed place like this passage.

"Major General Alex, will you be kind enough to tell me the identity of your leader" William asked with a wide grin plaster on his face.

Alex face twist with anger as he rush forward, his fist blazes to live with blue energy far greater than what was previously used in the previous attack.

William sheathed his left hand sword and move his right leg a bit to back with his right hand sword by his right side, he crouch down just a bit, balancing himself into a stance that allow him to attack and defense with same level of power, grace and fluidity without impaling his own movement.

Alex closed in on William and what happened next is Alex throwing a series of punches.

It was raining punches on William, two to three to four pronged punches attack, one can see the level Alex has reach in his punches and those punches sure do pack some serious power.

If William is a master swordsman, Alex will be the Master of fist art, if William is to be any slower than he was, he won't even last past four attacks.

but thanks to William's thinking speed and movement speed and also the fact that William is also a prodigy when is come to close combat, he has been able to keep himself and his head safe and from exploding from those explosive fist.

From a third person view, it will definitely look like both William and Alex are in some kind of heavenly dance that only involve the two of them, While one attack and the other dodge and move back and around his dancing partner, this dance is almost too beautiful.

But William will definitely say otherwise, no matter how much power you may have, experience may prevail if the powerful one commits a mistake.

Alex has experience and especially how to deal with a speed type awakens, although William is the fastest speed awaken he had ever fought with, Alex believe himself to already start getting use to his level of speed.

"Blame your arrogant and ignorant nature for what comes your way next" Alex remark as he close in on William, Alex is barely a foot away from William when feint a hook with his left hand and throw a jab with his right hand.

Hmm.....
