William Leoda: The Demi-god

It been two years now since William became a recruit in the army and have his leisure time taken away from him, since he knew there was no way out of not going to the military, he has taken his time to go through the army guide to see at what rank he need to get to, to be free again and also how to move quickly among the rank.

He will need to get to Captain rank where he will be required to get his first inject of Magani-0, if he pass the exam after he gain this rank, at this point he will be place in a team, where he will only go to 'work' when he is needed or have four 1st lieutenant who are about to take their captain rank mission and the awakened exam stationed under him.

With these knowledge, William put his mind and entire focus to getting to the rank he needed and within two years, he has became a 1st lieutenant, a rank below the rank he is after, in the history of the army, whether the old army of the old earth or this sophisticated army of the new earth, William rush through the rank will forever be unmatched.

He ace all the army writing exams, in fact due to his perfect score in four exams in a row, he was called to a special room that was full of cameras, all sort of sensors and top military awakened personnel just to see whether all his perfect score were truly his effort or he was using he father power, who has become the only lieutenant general since coming back to earth to cheat in his exams, in fact the Colonel in charge of these army camp vow to have William court martial if his get below perfect.

But at the end, they all experience how it feels when someone who is naturally talented become extraordinary focus and determined, not only did they not found anything on him nor did he cheap, still yet the invigilators who mark his sheet will have given him any other grade if there is one beyond perfect, that was just how well he did.

While the written exams can be associated to William doing a lot of reading and researches, they all thought back then that he will lose out when the physical training, hand to hand combat training and weapon training begins, the all though his strength lays with his brain and been able to understand written text and equation easily but my reader, they all have a rude awakening from the first day of his training.

Be it jogging long distance or short distance sprint, swimming long distance, how long they can stay for under water, how fast the can assemble their various weapons, how focus they are on a given task, how they will react in difference situation, William ace it all, in fact his record and grade for all this task is something many will hope to achieve and never be able to.

While his mate can till deal with all this, they became demoralize when the hand to hand combat training and weapon training begins.

In hand to hand combat, on the second day of lesson, they were pair together to demonstrate what they had learn from the first lesson, William was able to perform all the set moves and technique perfectly, while his mate were still struggling with flipping a person over their shoulder in the correct way, in the four lesson their realize they will need a total of eight opponent at once, if they even want to make William break a sweat at all.

And now with two years of beyond extreme training and conditioning, William now trains with awakens who has body enhanced powers, they are the ones who could keep up with him in battle and even at that, no awaken in the captain or major rank will dare fight him.

None of his mate are even half of what he can do, his reflexes are absolutely monstrous, his eye to hand coordination are top notch, he only need to see you make a move and his already telegraph your next two combo attack, even all the possible feints you can use within those two moves will have already been considers too.

He always seems to have a move for any move you use against him, even when what he does do not look like a martial art move or even should be possible, the moment his move connect, you will find out your move has been cancelled and your are wide open for attack.

But when the colonel take over his training three month ago, and William start training with the colonel, who was a martial art fanatic, William also find out that he genuinely love hand to hand combat, not just for rank he was after but for the feel of it, he skill in martial art increase at an alarming rate that the colonel now start enhancing his body with the energy the Magani-0 provide in the body just to have the upper hand on him.

The second thing William fall in love with, is he sniper rifle, he is so good with his sniper rifle that his father got him a custom made Barrett M82 rifle for him, that he now carry around like a teddy bear. While most people in the camp knows he was a god tier sniper, what nobody expect his father knows, is William skill when using dual short sword.

Lieutenant General Allen happen to chance upon his son when he came home from army camp, practicing sword play, Lieutenant General Allen actually thought his son and his dual sword merge to become one, it the most beautiful and deadliest sword play he has ever witness, even he who has had over sixty years of been an awaken, he knows it will be very difficult for him to get pass those sword if his son choose to attack him with the intention to kill. He also kept this a secret since he believes his son may have his own reasons of not telling him and his mother.

William is the only one currently in the army who goes on official missions while still been in training, apart for the few awaken snipers who has ability that help them snipe better, William is the next on that list.

William is so good, that multiple science experiment has been done on his body and brain to know why he tick the way he does, but to the pain of the scientists, nothing was found, he body and brain is as normal as any other person, even when they check the record of the Leoda family, they saw that the few male child born to this family seems exceptional, even William father right now is the only major general who has been able to attain the lieutenant general rank since the human return to this new earth.

So the scientist believe it may have to be a mutation in their blood although they could not find it, they believe it there and if not for Lieutenant General Allen disagreement, William DNA sample with have been taken and cultivate to breed other super soldier like him.

Because of all these fit, his previous mate that he was recruit will begin to call him a 'demi-god'
