Alex Gets His Certificates
Janet was shocked and went to grab the box from Alex.
Alex put it away from her and said, "haha, not like this, mom. You've to guess it first."
Janet rolled her eyes. "My son has become so stubborn lately. Does my opinion even matter now?"
Janet could pretty much guess it at this point. This guessing game was just an excuse, her son was going to buy the houses either way.
Alex chuckled and gave her the box. There was no need to play the guessing game anymore as he could figure out that his mother already knew everything.
Taking a look at it, Janet felt surprised despite having an idea of what was inside.
In the next instant however, her eyes moistened up as she picked up a certificate properly put within a frame. There were more things in the box, but Janet held the main thing in her hands and took it out.
Her hands trembled and turning to her husband, she said, "J-J-Josh…"
