The house from inside looked typically usual. It had two floors with normal decorations with plants on the sides and pictures on the wall. We walked through the hallway.

Bob announced his return. A feminine voice came from inside, and then Bob walked towards a room. I just followed him from behind.

Bob entered a room and then someone small came running towards bob and clung to his leg.

It was a boy of around ten, he had a big smile and was clinging to bob's leg like a Kuala. He had blonde messy hair.

A woman then gets up from the couch. She also had blond hair, She had a baby girl with black hair in her arms.

It was a normal happy family. A normal man with a wife and two children. Bob picked up the boy clinging to his leg. Then he looked toward me.

I was shocked to see Jules's attributes. Not only was she stronger than most people from the earth, but she had two passive skills which were amazing. Adorable and perception, I was wondering if she might become someone very powerful.

But I shook my head at my thoughts. I shouldn't be thinking about a two-year-old child like that.

Jules looked happy to see me. She extended her hand to come toward me.

Melissa was also surprised, She was looking between Jules and me.

Then a sarcastic comment came from my side. It was Persephone, I just ignored her. I shook Jules tiny hand with my fingers.

I was tired now, I turned towards the bob, and he put James down.

" I am tired. I think I will turn to bed. You can call me at dinner. "

I bid farewell to Melissa and James, then I followed Bob. He took me to the first floor and showed me the room in the corner. The room was very spacious. I looked around the room and then I said bye to bob but he stopped me. He had something to say.

That was unexpected. I was genuinely surprised. He did all the work, I just stood by the whole time while he was going on with his own script.

It looked like bob was bothered that I came empty-handed and he came with precious axes.

Persephone said something in a low voice I couldn't hear her. Her finger felt really good and I fell asleep in an instant, lights of the room were already off so it was the perfect atmosphere. I slept really peacefully.

Around 8 P.M, Bob came into the room to tell me to come downstairs for dinner. I went down with him. The table was filled with food, Melissa had made a feast. We all sat down and start eating.

" James eat vegetables. Look Arthur Is eating everything. "

" But Dad is not eating his. "

Melissa who was feeding Jules scolded James to eat his vegetable, but then James put his father on the stand. Melissa glared towards her husband.

Bob scratched his head and spoke akwardly.

" What are you talking about champ? See I am eating my vegetables. "

Bob ate his vegetables with a sour expression and James pouted. Seeing such a normal family atmosphere, I didn't realize that words just came out of my mouth.

I never experienced such an atmosphere so it was new to me.

Suddenly Silence filled the table, Everyone was looking at me. Bob looked at me, he was about to ask something when melissa spoke first.

" Arthur tell us something about yourselves. "

I just replied with whatever came into my mind. I lied about the last part obviously. I did not have any connection to woodcutting before I met Bob.

I genuinely complimented the chef for the food. It was some time since I ate homemade cooking, and then I casually looked at bob.

I went back to the guest room. I sat near the window and then gazed at the stars. I thought about my parents. I really meant it when I said I don't want to meet them again.

I took a deep breath and put the thought about my parents out of my mind. Since I am in a different world I do not need to think about meeting them.

Around midnight when I was assured, that everyone in the house went to sleep. I got up from the chair.

I walked towards the door of the room and locked it from inside. Even though I was sure everyone was asleep. I am not taking any chances, and who on their right mind would even leave the door open.

I walked around the room for a while, I found a purple mask in the drawer. It was a Venetian mask like the one people wear at the festival.

I also had a long oversized black coat. I asked Bob to buy one for me. It was a black velvet coat. I put on the coat and mask.

I opened the window and talk towards the sky.
