Who am I (chapter 38)

At midnight both Savage and Nate left the abandoned restaurant,they were sure no one was going to be around at such an hour,Nate who felt tired and exhausted sat in the car deep in thoughts,the events that happened kept on replaying in his mind,he was still shocked and found it hard to believe what he had learnt,though Beatrix had explained everything to him he still didn't understand,after driving for hours they arrived at a villa,it was dark and the lights were off,they slowly walked inside,Savage switched the lights on,Nate was amazed at how beautiful the house was,the walls were painted grey and the expensive furniture was black,the colours made the house look dull but it was still beautiful."Who's house is this?" he asked "mine" Savage replied,Nate looked at him suprised,he knew Savage's father was rich but he could have never imagined he was this rich,Savage drove expensive and luxurious car and now he owned such a big and beautiful a villa,"you seem tired I'll prepare something for you....you should go and take a shower" he said and Nate couldn't agree more though they had eaten he felt famished like the food he had eaten had long disappeared from his body,a shower would help calm his nerves and help him think more clearly "the room is on your left" he said pointing upstairs,Nate nodded his head and left.

In the room that seemed to belong to Savage,Nate looked around the room admiring it,the colours were all dull mostly black but still the room looked beautiful and well organised,there was a king sized bed,with mattress that felt soft to a touch,the sheets were black,he realised the Savage liked black alot,at school he always wore black and at home almost everything was black.He took a towel and headed to the bathroom,after a shower he felt better,wrapped with a towel he tried looking for clothes in the big closet that might fit him but they were all oversized,his pajamas couldn't fit him neither his shorts,left with no choice he wore a black t-shirt that was oversized,it reached his thighs it was a little short but it was the only t-shirt that was longer,he stood infront of the large mirror looking at his reflection with an absent minded expression,the grey hair was something he wasn't used to having,it made him feel different and weird,seeing the grey hair reminded him of who he was and what he was told 'a threat and a male witch who could wield forbiden magic',the more he stared at his reflection the more his heart beat accelerated,not wanting to stay for another more second he hurriedly walked downstairs bare foot.Savage who had set the table heard some movements and turned to look,he was shocked at what he saw,Nate wearing his t-shirt with nothing underneath was sight to behold,his exposed shiny thighs made him gulp hard slightly breathing hard,because the t-shirt was oversized it exposed his smooth neck and as a vampire that was a good and tempting invinte to take a bite,what a temptation,it didn't take long before he began having lewd images popping in his mind,who could blame him when Nate looked so ravishing without even trying.Savage felt the temperature rise,it was hard for anyone to resist Nate what's more of Savage who was deeply in love with the man,he felt like cornering him and do the dirty things replaying in his mind,Nate who had been stared so hungrily trembled slighty he didn't know what Savage was thinking about but he could definetly guess by his expression what he was thinking about,he felt his heart skip a bit not sure whether to proceed or not he halted his steps "Savage" he called cautiously,that one call was enough to jolt him out of his train of thoughts "huh?" come a absent minded and silly reply.

Savage cleared his throat and quickly looked away,he was shameless by nature but staring at Nate like that was a little too much,a smile appeared on Nate's face, the word cute could never be associated with Savage but he looked cute when he was embarrassed,"take a sit" he said and Nate couldn't help but chuckle,Savage turned to look at him wondering why he was chuckling but seeing the expression Nate gave him he realised he was laughing at him,he frowned but instead of looking scary infront of Nate he looked more like a kitten throwing tantrum,not wanting to tease him further Nate sat down followed by Savage who sat next to him not daring to look at the exposed thighs.The aroma was mouth watering,Savage had prepared simple meal but one couldn't deny his culinary skills,this come as a shock to Nate who thought Savage was incapable of cooking since he grew up in a wealthy household,most people usually have such assumptions when they meet a rich young men who grew in a wealthy family,since their parents are capable of hiring people to do anything for them most don't usually want to learn,Nate who had thought he might eat poison tonight and act like the food was delicious swallowed his saliva,Savage who was watching his expression smirked proud with himself.The food Savage had prepared was pork noodles,Savage had only prepared one plate enough for him,Nate was about to ask him why he didn't serve himself some food when he remembered who his boyfriend was,Savage could tell Nate had something to ask so he looked at him "you can ask" he said surprising Nate,Savage read him like a book which was truly amazing "do...do you .....how long can you stay without food?" he asked after not being able to hold his curiosity "it depends we only feed for the sake of feeding,we only need blood to live" Savage replied looking at his boyfriend,Nate ate his food silently thoughts unkown "why didn't you tell me you already knew that I was a vampire?" he asked,Nate cleared his throat and gulped a glass of water "I didn't know how to ask.....I was still in shock...after realising who you are... I thought you had your reasons for not telling me" Nate replied,Savage moved closer to him,he felt a little happy that Nate didn't take offence because he kept a secret from him, but that didn't satisfy him "who am I?" he asked his gaze boring into him "I...you're....why are you asking me about this?" Nate asked trying to evade the word Savage wanted him to say "say it" Savage demanded.

Nate was quite for a while,with the way Savage stared at him he knew he couldn't avoid it,though it wasn't difficult he found it hard to say it,Savage stared at him patiently if Nate had accepted him for who he was he wished he could say it,Nate knew if he didn't Savage might be hurt,gulping hard "vampire" he said,Savage smiled after hearing what he said,the smile made Nate's heart skip a bit "Savage can you tell me more about vampires?" he asked curiously he also wanted to understand his boyfriend better.Savage smiled at his question,he knew Nate was curious and as a dutiful boyfriend he told him about vampire,how they existed,how they survive,their powers,how long they can live and how they can die,Nate listened attentively as Savage narrated the whole story to him,he found it scary that supernatural beings like vampire existed but it was also amusing,"wow!so you're like a immortal?.....do they kill people indiscriminately?" he asked "some do but others don't...they only drink human blood" he replied "what about the school?" he asked,remembering how a vampire almost sucked him dry he trembled,Savage noticed it but said nothing "we have laws,all vampires have laws that they must adhere to or else they will be prisoned or killed depending on their crime,at school we follow those rules as well,we can't kill humans and if we need blood we can drink blood directly from the humans without harming them"."What about you which category do you belong to?" he asked,Savage chuckled "I'm pure blooded vampire" he replied,Nate opened his eyes wide,after Savage told him about vampires he knew pure blooded ones were the most powerful "so both your parents are vampirs?" he asked and Savage nodded his head,Nate nodded his head understanding what he meant,his boyfriend being so poweful made him feel a sense of pride,Nate kept on asking questions and Savage gladly answered,Nate fidgeted with his hanfs as he stared at Savage nervously "what about....the.....what about...the witches?" he asked his heart beat increasing.
