Chapter One Hundred and Eighty Four

CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FOUR

The Bear elder looks confused, “It was my understand that pieces of the prophecy were shared with all packs. One line, two lines.”

I frown, looking at Damon, something occurring to me, “What if the reason that all these shifter packs were infiltrated were not because of an attempt to subdue them but to find pieces of the prophecy and combine them?”

From the look on Damon’s face, he seems to have come to the same realization as me.

“It would definitely make more sense,” he agrees.

“So, all this time, they were simply searching the packs for the pieces of the prophecy,” Sarah murmurs. “It would explain why they were so fixated on the Clear Mountain Clan Pack. Because the prophecy mentioned a silver wolf. Only the Clear Mountain pack has silver wolves.”

“The reason they were targeting you in the beginning must have been because they had been able to figure out part of the prophecy. They must have realized it pinpointed to you,” I add.
