As Mark opened his eyes after exiting the Darkroom, he ran towards the entrance to Sarah's room. Sarah's movements in her sleep seemed to become increasingly erratic, her body twitching and convulsing in a way that didn't seem normal.
Mark's heart raced as he realized what was happening - Sarah was having a stroke, and it was quickly becoming apparent that she was in grave danger. He knew he had to act fast and that there was only one way to save her. He turned to Rubes, who was watching the scene with a look of horror on his face.
"Rubes, I need you to trust me," he exclaimed with a low voice low and tone of urgency.
"I have a way to save her, but it's something that I've never done before. So I need your help."
Rubes nodded. Even though he didn't fully understand what Mark was talking about, he would still do whatever it took to save Sarah's life, which was clearly in danger.
Mark quickly got up and pushed open the door to Sarah's room, ignoring the nurses that ran in their direction. The door had an electronic lock, which he had already taken complete control of, and he let it keep the door locked until he said otherwise. He walked up to Sarah's bedside and placed his hand on her forehead, closing his eyes as he focused as much as he could on his next move.
He could feel his Trucki flowing through him as a powerful force that he still hadn't fully understood or controlled. But now, he knew he had to use it to save Sarah's life.
He told Rubes to keep her still, and with all his might, Mark channeled his Trucki into Sarah's body, feeling her aura change and her movements become calmer as the stroke slowly dissipated. He knew this was just the beginning, but it was enough for now.
Mark opened his eyes and looked at Rubes, who was staring at him in shock and awe.
"I don't know how you did that. But thank you," he finally let out of his mouth.
Mark didn't know how to explain it either, as it was the first time he had done something like that. He wasn't even sure if it would work, but it clearly had worked since a notification panel appeared.

These notifications didn't surprise Mark, as this was the reason behind his action. His Trucki was a combination of the Universe's power and his personal essence and could work to 'truck 'someone. That was part of the few details Tuck-kun had shared with Mark, although the latter never thought he would use it like that.
Despite that, seeing her compatibility levels amazed him. Or at least it startled him a bit in the beginning, but then everything made sense. Her aura was almost entirely red, which could be the reason for the perfect compatibility.
It was an obvious choice, but he couldn't do so yet. After all, the moment he did so, her body would disappear, and that would draw too many questions. So instead, he let to door open as nurse Natalie entered the room.
"What do you think you do? You aren't supposed to be—"
"We saved her life. I am sorry that we didn't follow your rules, but we couldn't let our friend die like that. "
The one who spoke wasn't Mark, but Rubes instead, and even if what he said seemed to hide some frustration, his tone didn't. Instead, he was as calm as ever, as it seemed like a great weight lifted off his shoulder after seeing Sarah getting better. Mark could tell that Rubes better understood the monitors, meaning their numbers should be much better than before.
"We should head out, Rubes. Let them do their job. We did enough, and you need some decent place to sleep, "Mark suggested.
He needed them to leave the place, or at least Rubes to do so, as he couldn't proceed with him around. According to Truck-kun, he had one hour to pick the destination Realm; otherwise, one would be selected randomly. There was no way back, not that he did it, so he had to proceed cautiously and fast.
Rubes agreed, and nurse Natalie seemed glad that Mark suggested that. They made their way out and toward the nearest bus station. Fortunately, the bus that went close to their building was still active, but it would be at least twenty minutes until it got to them and then less than half an hour to reach their place.
Mark expected Rubes to bombard him with questions, but Rubes stayed quiet, not telling or doing anything. Even when the bus reached the stations, and they got it, Rubes didn't say a single word to Mark, and the same deal when they reached their destination.
As they entered the building and were ready to go to their apartment, Mark broke the awkwardness in the end.
"Come on, man. Are you going to continue like that? Don't you have anything to say? "Mar said with evident frustration in his voice.
Even if it could be problematic if Rubes made some questions, it bothered Mark more than he did—- or in this case, didn't do so. So is he surprised over what he did, or is it something else?
Mark could never tell what Rubes was thinking. Even if he had a very open personality, sometimes an open book is the hardest to read.
"We will talk tomorrow. I just need to sleep a bit and think," Rubes said, letting out another of his smiles toward Mark.
Mark could tell that this smile was different. It was missing something, which made it a bit fake, although Mark wasn't sure what exactly it was. But Mark let it be as he nodded and headed to his place, as he really didn't have time to spare.
Most of his preparation had already finished, and he just needed a few final touches before actually picking the Realm for Sarah.
What he did was simple. He further hacked into the hospital's cameras and did something different this time. Instead of looping specific footage or erasing some, he created footage. That was much harder to do, but with his Skill reaching it's Master State, it was within his limitation, even if he did it remotely.
He had found out that he could send some of his energy to replace some of the wasted one if he concentrated enough, but the amount also depended on the distance between him and where the machine he was controlling. It would use most of his SP, if not all of it, by his calculations, but he planned to really rest either way.
He made it appear that Sarah had left her room alone and had run away. It didn't make as much sense for her to do so, but it was his best idea. After making sure that all the footages were ok and doing so when nobody was in her room or watching through the window, he made his choice.
Of course, he picked the Red Realm, which would be the most beneficial for her. After all, the greater the compatibility of someone, the greater their task and power given to them. Sarah had perfect compatibility with the Red Realm, so she should be one super genius that appears once every couple thousands of years there.

Mark couldn't stop staying frozen in place as he read the panel repeatedly—- especially the Rank of the item. S-Rank was the top an item could reach, but even then, creating one was impossible to do without a miracle. Even if Mark was still new to all of this, he understood if Truck-kun's report mentioned S-Rank as something truly unique, then it had to be so.
Its effect was unique, as it would affect his potential future rewards. This time, even if he did perfect trucking, he only received the average reward of Truck points and the one from the challenge. But according to Truck-kun, any trucking over 50% had a chance to give another reward, but not even perfect trucking made the chance to be a sure thing to happen.
So he had at least three more chances to earn that rare reward, which from Truck-kun's description, sounded quite valuable.
But for now, he needed to rest. After all, a long day was coming to an end, and another one was going to begin.
