Five Years Ago

I hate my life. It's the ABSOLUTE WORST! Lots of people think that I'm overreacting, but I'm not. I have the meanest brother in the entire world. Everyone at school thinks I'm crazy because at school, Draven, my brother, looks like a God. Literally. I'm not joking.

He bullies me whenever he gets the chance, which is constantly. What's even worse is that I have no mom. Correction, I do have a mom, but she left us and moved away to New York to pursue her fashion career. I can't even have contact with her because she doesn't want contact with any of us. What a nice mom.

And don't even get me started on my dad. He doesn't even care about me. I feel like I'm invisible when he's around. He doesn't talk to me but loves to have conversations with my brother. The only time he talks to me is when I get into trouble. The hardest part is that it's not my fault. My brother makes poor choices and blames me. Whenever I try to tell my part of the story, my dad tells me to shut the hell up and that what I have to say isn't important. He gives me a big lecture on why I shouldn't lie about my brother because he didn't do anything wrong.

I know, I know, my life sucks. That bitc- knock knock. Just my luck. Can I not get any time to myself? Jesus. I opened the door to find my brother leaning against the wall. He grinned wickedly.

What did he do now?

"What do you want, Draven?" I growled.

"Woah, take it easy sis. I just came to say hello. Besides, I haven't done anything to you - yet." He smirked.

"Your point?" I asked, yawning. I just can't take it anymore.

"Look, can you just tell me what you want to say? I have better things to do than listen to someone whose ego is twice the size of their head."

He snarled.

"Watch it, Kyomi. You wouldn't want something bad to happen, would you? I mean, your life is full of disappointments, but you already know that since you're the biggest one. And did I forget to mention that I hate you? You're a total freak and no one likes you. NOT. EVEN. DAD. The reason why mom doesn't keep in contact with us is that you were born-"
