"Yes, obviously, that is why I called you over, what else did you think it was about?" She said it as a matter-of-fact and Aaron smiled as he could hear how embarrassed she sounded on the phone.
"Yeah boss, I am very dumb." He added, he wanted to laugh loudly but he controlled himself.
Now it was confirmed to him that she was missing him and wanted to see him but was too innocent to come up with a reason.
"Yes, you are dumb."
"And what else boss, how are feeling at home? How was your day?"
"It was fine, a bit of an emotional day it was for me."
Aaron didn't expect she would answer his question so normally, he thought she would just brush it off.
"Emotional? As in?"
"There were some letters that my family wrote for me, was reading those letters and it got me a bit emotional."
