Chapter 76 Blaze’s madness

"Blaze…" Triana called him, her voice barely audible. She stretched her hand to shake him, but her hand paused a few inches away from his arm when she saw him looking at her. Her heart trembled as she looked into his fiery red eyes.

Triana jumped off the bed and exclaimed, "Blaze…"

Blaze came to his sanity in an instant. His eyes returned to their original black color as he blinked once. It was as though his eyes were never glowing red.

"Triana…" He sat up abruptly, frowning.

"Y-Your eyes…" Triana pointed at him, taking a step back. She couldn’t stop her hands from shaking. "Those were red."

Blaze’s heart dropped into the pit of his stomach. He just had the nightmare of the red-eyed beast. He had no idea how Triana had learned about it.

"What are you talking about?" He asked, pretending to be surprised. He was hesitant to reveal the truth because he was afraid Triana would become tense.

"I saw you looking up at the ceiling. And… Your eyes were glowing red."
