The Imortal Killer

Unexpectedly a huge fireball came crashing down on Souta, "Master Souta, I believe that such an entrance wasn't necessary" Akiko stated "worst case scenario Mai would've missed the catch and you would have been dead"

"But I'm not" he laughed

"Now not the time for small chats focus here they come" Kuro stated "Operation retake Cleethor is now a go" all the adventurers ran towards the monsters fighting as hard as they could killing every single monster, after a few minutes the adventurers slowly started dominating in their battle against the monsters when out of the dungeon came a boss level monster The Gaint so huge it was over 12ft tall.

Kuro immediately ordered the other adventurers to try and weaken the monster while he, Mai, Souta, and the other Srankers tried to take him down.

"Cut the crap, the hell does he get to be part of the attack force," Daiki asked looking enraged while staring at Souta who sat on a pile of crystals looking while waiting for the operation to commence. Kuro explained that Souta was currently one of the strongest they had in Aramoor and if they were going to win they would need his help, Daiki tried pointing out the fact that Souta was nothing but an ordinary B-rank adventurer but Kuro cleared his misunderstanding, telling that Souta strength was on par with that of an S rank or higher but was only classified as a Brank because of the cities ranking system.

"But-", "you heard the captain right" Souta cut Daiki off while hopping down from the crystals and dashing towards The Gaint slashing it from all angles. "All done" Souta said only to be kicked by the Gaint which sent him flying into the city wall. "Fool, did you think a boss of that size or level would go down easily" Akiko asked while helping him get back on his feet, Mai called out to Souta tossing him the dagger she claimed after her fight against Asahi.

Kuro ordered Souta and Mai to try to create an opening because the giant was able to regenerate so the both of them quickly charged at the giant. Souta goes in first taking out one of the giant's legs which started growing back in less than a few seconds, "Big sister" he called out. Mai quickly summons Aetherius to try and take him out while he was still off-balance.

"Seems like I'm gonna have to put some power into this one a bit, First play. Symphony No.41, Mozart" Mai chanted, her blade created and launched an enormous energy ball that flew through the chest of the giant and caused a huge explosion. As soon as the smoke cleared half the gains had been wiped off leaving only its lower limb standing when suddenly it started regenerating again from bottom to top. "Let's go again till Kuro gets back from dropping off the other adventurers inside Cleethor" Mai suggested, Souta quickly dashes towards the giant who tries to use his hammer to wack Souta but misses and get his eyes gouged out by Souta's blade.

The giant gave a loud shriek and swung its hammer randomly which whacked Souta into the air, to Mais's surprise the giant leapt so high it was almost like his body was as light as a feather and using the same hammer whacked Souta into a river close to Cleethor. The giant quickly charged at Mai who used Aetherius First Play a lot but didn't seem to be doing any damage. The giant tried to whack her only for its hand to stop halfway by Akiko who summoned chains and used them to restrict the Giant's movement.

"Yosh that should do it" Mai thought to herself while setting Aetherius up for another round "Third Play. Symphony No.9, Beethoven" suddenly a large magic circle opened up in the sky and sent a huge beam of energy crashing down on the giant. As soon as the Beem stopped, the giant had completely been charcoaled, after a few minutes its body reverted to normal and it started charging towards Mai.

About to punch Mai, Kuro appears and severed it's right hand into mini pieces using his spear. The Giant gave a loud shriek and tried attacking with its left hand but got the same minced result which rendered it handicapped. The giant tries stepping on Kuro but it's foot is stopped by a barrier set up by Kuro which sent shockwave soon as it came in contact with the barrier and sent a large shock wave all over the kingdom

Soon after the monster began to panic after noticing that its arms had not regenerated and Kuro had teleported right in front of him, stroking the Giants' hair. "Scared are we, please don't you're making me blush" Kuro smirked as he floated up and by snapping his finger his spear grew over 16ft long and pierced the Giant's heart and with no regenerative powers stopped its heart from regenerating leading to its death "Disappear" Kuro said which caused the monster to turn to nothing but ashes leaving nothing behind.

"Amazing. So that's Kuro's famous weapon, The Immortal Killer" Souta stated in excitement.

"I know right. I've always wanted to spar against him to know which weapon was stronger" Mai confessed.

After the adventures confirmed that the giant had been defeated and the whole city of Cleethor celebrated like there was no tomorrow to show their appreciation signed a treaty of friendship with Aramoor while promising to host a special program for all the young Adventurers.
