20. Starting Plan

Ajay got out of the car, He was wearing a bright pink polo T-shirt with blue jeans and black sneakers. They reached the office building. It wasn't that high, it was an average building with only four floors but was enough for now. The salesman was waiting at the door for Ajay.

Ajay meet the salesman and shook his hand. The salesman introduced the building to Ajay.

"Sir, the building has four floors, one terrace and a basement parking floor. The area of one floor is around 2500 sq. ft. The building is recently renovated and can be used with just slight adjustment."

Ajay nodded and was satisfied with the building. It is not big but for a temporary office, it is enough. "What about the rent of the whole building?"

The salesman was stunned at first and then became happy as he will get a huge commission " Sir, the whole building, you are renting the whole building." He quickly calmed down and spoke, "Sir one floor rent is around 6000 per month, as you are renting the whole building there will be a discount and the total rent you have to pay is 20,000 per month."

Ajay thought and then looked towards Ishaan, CEO. Ishaan nodded in satisfaction with the building and rent. The rent is slightly low, first because it is not a metropolitan city and second it is on edge of the Garbage dump.

"OK, We will rent the building for one year. Ishaan make a contract and complete the deal."

Then Ishaan read the contract carefully and gave it to Ajay. Ajay signed the contract and completed the formalities. After all the formalities the salesman went out.

"So construction chief, In how much time can you renovate one floor?"

<Max. 1 day, As it is recently renovated and painted, It only needs to make partitions and other small work, it can be done quickly.>

Second, after inquiry the price set for C grade is 6000 rupees per box, the total cost of making one box of C grade including the purchase of raw materials and other expenses comes to around 2000 per box. A total profit of 4000 rupees per box. A box could be used for around 20 to 25 days by a family of three. It has a mild effect in strengthening the body but it is compared to the nutrition supplement of Green planet. It has a good effect on developing the brain.

Next, The price set for B grade is around 15000 Rs. per box. The cost of one box is 5000 Rs. A profit of 10000 Rs. per box. It has a good effect on both body and brain.

The price for A grade is 40000 Rs. per box. The cost of one box is around 9000 Rs. A total profit of 31000 Rs. per box. It has a good effect, compared to Green planet's It has 60 % efficacy on both body and brain. It also helps to increase the human life span slightly.

And lastly, For the S grade, the price set is 50000 Rs. per box. The cost is around 15000 Rs. per box and total profit of 35000 Rs. per box. It is the same product as Green planet's. If it is consumed daily, one can reach the human limit in 1 to 1.5 years. Sir, what do you think?>

"Good, I am satisfied with your arrangements, just make the price of S grade to 30000 same as A grade. We will make more profit on the rest of the products, and less on S grade.
