Chapter 393 Donahueiel's Company Has a Problem

It was good intentions to propose cooperation today, but it was misinterpreted by Janet again and again.

With bitterness in his heart, Donahueiel suppressed the sullenness and patiently explained.

"I saved her, but I just helped her drive away the hooligans, and gave her Gilbert's card by the way, so that she could have a place to rest."

Janet snorted lightly, "It's a rare virtue for a hero to save the beauty, and Mr. Webster doesn't have to avoid it."

"Since I have done it, I dare to admit that other rumors are fabricated by tabloid reporters out of thin air. Why do you have to believe in those unfounded things."

Seeing that Janet still pass the buck with a gun and a stick, Donahueiel tugged at his tie irritably and let out a foul breath.

"If I had ulterior motives for her, why would I invite you today? In your heart, am I such a casual person?"

Janet only thought it was funny that Donahueiel looked upright.
