As Eliza walked away with Steven Alex turned to the wolf and patted it's head.

"Good boy , killer you've made daddy proud." He told the wolf." But next time bit her hard off." He added.

The wolf jumped on him falling him on the ground ,and started licking his face." Ah, it's enough killer." He said between chuckles and laughter." Enough." The wolf stopped licking and sat up straight, looking at his master happily.

"Go." He ordered standing up and the killer ran off. ' Only God knows what he'll do next. '

He strode into the palace. He had to get everything ready for the party that would be holding in the palace, in honor of his mother.

Reina strode into the large dinning room accompanied by lady Leyla. It was a long table that was filled with chairs in different direction, Alex was already seated along with Daniel, Steven ,Adam and Eliza. A woman whom she didn't recognized was also seated.

"Lady Reina." Alex called." Come ,seat next to me." He ordered pointing at the chair next to him.

Gosh this man was really something , could he be less annoying and bossy. She hesitated before walking to the sat next to him, as she sat she felt the intense gaze of someone and looked at the chair opposite her and saw lady Eliza looking at her with daggers in her eyes, she glanced at the woman sitting besides her , she had brown her ,with a White complexion like most vampires, her eyebrow was thin whit her high cheekbone, and her dark red lips, her red eyes were studying her every move and expression. She looked like she was in her mid forties.

The king was seating at the crown of the table looked at Reina with happiness in his eyes. "Reina, let me introduce you to my little sister , Ruth Rutherford." He said breaking the ice that was in the room. He turned to look at Ruth. "Ruth meet Reina Drummond , she's the daughter of the count of starffen." He stated.

"Reina?" She said with slowly as if adsorbing it." So you're the Reina that I've been hearing about recently. "

Reina didn't know what to say but she could tell that she didn't like her much." Yes my lady." She answered quickly.

Before she could reply, the food was brought in by the maids and they started severing. After the food had been severed and the maids had left they began eating and Reina noticed that Eliza was not touching her food.

" Eliza my dear." Ruth called her to the hearing of everyone." Why aren't you touching your food?" She asked.

She looked down at her hands." Auntie, I can't eat because I was bitten on my right arm." She made her voice sound like she was in much pain. She raised her arm for them to see the bandages.

"What bit you Eliza?" The king asked.

"Killer he bit my arm." She spoke and everyone present the room froze when they heard this.

Reina wasn't surprised like this rest people and this made her wonder 'who was killer?' Maybe he was a pet a dog or cat.

"Alex you need to control your pets." Ruth spoke angrily. "Just look at what they've done to Eliza."

"Killer doesn't go around biting people aunt." Leyla said." Are you sure it was killer Eliza?" She asked.

Eliza looked at her with angary." Are you trying to say that am lying princess Eliza." She looked at her crossly. "Yes it was killer; white fur with dark eyes. Isn't that how that wolf looks like?" She asked looking around the table." And if you think am lying ask Prince Alex if he didn't come and rescue me from killer he would have made me a one handed." She said.

And everyone gaze turned to Alex." Is that true Alex." Ruth asked.

"Yes aunt, I did rescue killer from her." At that Eliza and Adam snapped.

"Rescue killer." Adam said astonished at his cousin's reply." Alex I seem to be quite confused here. How could you save a dangerous wolf from sweet and innocent Eliza? "He asked.

A part of Alex lips turned up into a half smile." She is hardly innocent Adam, and she is nowhere near sweet." He said.

"How could you say such a thing about Eliza, Alex." Ruth said angrily. "Eliza is a gem and a sweetheart, she is from a very noble family and is know throughout the land and even beyond. Unlike some." She looked at Reina pointedly.

"We're talking about character here, not status." Alex stated.

"Eliza is a well mannered girl and is very respectful to her elders." Ruth defended.

"I do not wish to ague with you auntie. So let's ask Leyla." He said and everybody turned their gaze to meet her.

"What is he talking about Leyla?" Adam asked her.

"Well you see Adam. Eliza insulted Reina in the garden because she was below her status."

Eliza's face turned pale and she felt like she had been stabbed." I-i didn't mean to insult her." She looked at Alex with pleading eyes. "Your Highness I can assure you that I didn't mean to, it was just because I've never seen a person below our class stay at the palace before." She said.

"That does not gives you the right to insult her." Leyla said angrily, she was not one bit happy that Eliza had insulted Reina, she would have even thrown her out of the palace if not that Ruth is protecting her. She cared about the welfare of other ; but she didn't care about the welfare of selfish people like Eliza ,she hated people who are selfish like her and this no one knows.

"I already admitted my mistake and I apologized to her." She said.

"You didn't apologize instead you tore her dress." She said.

And this made Eliza fear. Was this the sweet Leyla that everybody loved." I slipped and fell, I didn't mean to tear her clothes and I've already promised her that I'll buy her a new in."

"Leyla please leave Eliza alone,she didn't mean to do it and she already admitted her mistake." Ruth said.
