Rasengan

It's not that they don't understand the effectiveness of the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique. It's just that their chakra levels can't support the use of this ninjutsu. After the clone left, Naruto resumed his seated position. He decided not to attempt any more jutsu. Firstly, it wouldn't be wise (as it might attract attention), and secondly, he wanted to make the most of his time learning more jutsu. Time was of the essence.

Especially the Flying Thunder God Technique. This was one of Naruto's two major goals for the night.

The other jutsu were just extras; the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique and the Flying Thunder God Technique were the two he was determined to master tonight.

However, it seemed that nothing would go as Naruto had hoped. When he tried to find the methods for the Flying Thunder God Technique and the Reaper Death Seal, he found nothing. What frustrated him even more was that after flipping through about one-fifth of the scroll, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't make it move any further. It felt like it was stuck there, as if some force was suppressing the scroll, preventing Naruto from continuing to read the Book of Sealing.

This discovery left Naruto momentarily dumbfounded. After trying various methods and failing, his expression turned extremely unsightly.

"Damn it! I knew that old man wasn't using the Crystal Jutsu to monitor me, looking all confident. He had a backup plan from the beginning, huh? Is this some kind of sealing jutsu? I can't even see the other jutsu anymore! That sly bastard!"

While they were still far from the forbidden and secret techniques Naruto wanted to find, they were certainly better than leaving empty-handed.

As he skimmed through the earlier records of jutsu, Naruto found two or three practical and valuable ones that he could currently learn. However, there was one particular jutsu name that caught his eye, and when he saw it, his pupils slightly dilated.

"Rasengan."

This was the basic ninjutsu developed by the Fourth Hokage, in other words, his father, Minato Namikaze, inspired by the Tailed Beast Ball. It was the most formidable offensive weapon in the original story, one that accompanied Naruto throughout his life. Especially when the base Rasengan was further developed into jutsu like Big Ball Rasengan and Rasengan Shuriken, it became Naruto's most powerful means of combat.

In this world, Naruto had originally planned to learn the Rasengan early from Kakashi. Unexpectedly, he could learn it directly from the Book of Sealing. As an A-rank jutsu, it didn't require hand seals, and the important note stated that it was incomplete, meaning it had the potential for further development. Thus, it was eligible for inclusion in the Book of Sealing.

This makes things easier for Naruto.

"The most important thing is the flow of chakra, right? Is it similar to the form of a vortex?"

Naruto murmured as he looked at the training requirements and the core of the technique noted by his father above.

Although he couldn't quite remember how the original Naruto had specifically trained the Rasengan, he vaguely recalled something related to water balloons and sandballs.
