A Mother's Struggles
Madelyn's POV:
I never imagined working directly next to the Enforcers would be so mundane. Filing docs, and issuing orders without ever seeing an ounce of action. At least through my surveillance job, I got to watch quite a handful of interesting situations unfold every day, but as I worked on this desk beside the empty Enforcer's meeting hall, nothing of interest happened at all.
The puppets resembling the other two were fun to watch at times but the only time I got to see them was when Nexus came over to have pretend meetings. Her plans were solid and more conclusive than what used to come out of these meetings between the three. However, her leering eyes and jealous personality ruined any kind of admiration one could have.
