12: Vacation First Before Mission

"Good bye brother, remember to eat food over there or else people will think that you're odd", Achlea reminded her youngest.

Kallen just rolled his eyes and nod in response to his sister's reminders.

As beings who far surpassed every living creature, possesses abilities that allows beings like Kallen to live to where they are now.

Creatures from all around the galaxies call them in different names. But the most famous term that they kept calling their race is "Gods". They do not eat nor sleeps. They have a long life and "supernatural powers", which what they call, where mortals can't comprehend.

And because Kallen's mission involves about finding his baby's father means that he has to live and blend in with the crowd of beings of short lives.

The beings were the same with Earthling's carbon components. As such he will call them 'Humans' the same as what the Earthlings were identified with.

Now he only needed to adjust to eating and sleeping routine just like what they did there.

He will also be bringing the Pleides maids.

Pleides maids are combat servants who specialize in combat, espionage, medical practice and maid's chores including housekeeping.

They are very volatile and flexible. They are also very loyal and order-oriented individuals.

They were originally assigned to assist the Empress and the shadow of her majesty.

Now they are assigned to protect the third prince in his journey and to secure his health and the Empress's grandchild while on the move.

"Sis"

"What?"

"Help Sebastian. He's really old and fragile", Achlea is about to slap Kallen in the stomach hard but stopped midway.

Guess being pregnant has its perks.

"If he heard what you said, he will knock you out cold. Be thankful you're carrying my nephew/niece", she said after turning her head and flipped her hair.

Next, Big bro Johann went in front of Kallen with a pouty lip.

"What's wrong with you?"

"I won't be able to mess with your kid's father. I'm gonna be on the other side of the space. I'm needed there *sighs*", Kallen smiled.

"I guess I won't be seeing your trashy face now, wouldn't I?", Johann glared at his youngest.

"I'll send you my pictures"

"Hell no! F*ck off will ya", Johann sprinted away while his laughter echoes in the docking port of the mothership.

Although the empire has warp and jump drives for faster travelling in space, Kallen wanted to take his time. This is a vacation. Doesn't tourist enjoy the view and stops over from places to places before arriving at their destination?

He will use this time to take a slow vacation. To enjoy travelling without worrying about his territories.

He is sure as hell that his siblings are not going to be happy about this arrangement. His tasks will be transferred to those lazy bones. Kallen couldn't help but laugh.

The transport ship that Kallen's group have an ordinary appearance on the outside. It is so to prevent pirate attacks.

But the inside is different. Everything is already set up. From baby's quarter, medical bay for when Kallen gives birth, large storage area, and anything one can think of to house a pregnant being.

The maids lined up from the ship's entrance, bowing their heads and looking directly unto the floor.

Kallen went in front of the ship's entrance. This is it. The start of his mission/vacation.

His mother the Empress won't be able to send her goodbyes. An urgent emergency meeting just came up.

But Kallen doesn't mind. The Empress have spent the best of materials and resources just for this travel.

[Attention: All passengers of Transport ship 1-2-4, please come aboard. The ship will depart in T-minus 5 minutes.]

Hearing this announcement, Kallen and his crew went inside the ship before closing the entrance.

This will be a rocky ride.

Six months later…

A man could be seen beside the ship's window, carrying a baby in his hands.

The man is wearing loose shirts and his looks radiates of motherhood.

The baby on the man's hands, were carefully wrapped in a white cloth. The cloth emits faint glow of whitish yellow. The cloth serves as a calmer for the baby.

The baby's looks did not match the man who is holding him. The baby has brown locks of hair, small eyes, and has heterochromia eyes of red and green that shines like a jewel.

Everything about the baby screams about the father's looks. Nothing came from Kallen except his perfect genes.

All the impurities of the genes that got mixed from that came from both the father and the mother got fixed.

The only thing that the baby got from his mother's looks are his dimples from his left and right cheeks.

The baby smiles towards Kallen which made Kallen smile.

At first Kallen did not like the baby.

After giving birth, he left the baby in Pleides care for two months. He did not even give it a name. He also did not even enter the baby's quarter.

But one day, the Pleides were so busy that they did not hear the cries of the child in his crib that left Kallen no choice but to come to its quarters personally.

The moment Kallen held and looked at the child, he got mesmerized.

The baby is handsome no doubt, but his eyes seemed to be glowing of happiness. It shone like a light that got struck in the jewel's surface giving it an elegant exploding light that shone everywhere.

Kallen's cold and indifferent attitude got melted and his mother's instincts came kicking in.

He realized that he needs to also take responsibility of this precious child in his arms.

It is a wonderful gift that his clone gave to him.

It is the first time that he realized that even death can create life itself.

He is the ruler of the dead. The one who manages every life and death of every creature in the whole galaxies. The one responsible for giving judgement, weaving fate, and the destruction of one's life.

His domain excretes of deathly and depressing aura. It affected him since the day he was born.

Hence, developing such attitude. But those things got smashed after he held his own baby. His own flesh and blood. The one that he gave life to. The one that he will treasure until the day it dies.

The child is half god half human. The child may inherit godly powers as well as long lives of her mother's side. But he will also possess such shackles of life because he is not the child of the one who sits on the throne. The true God, her majesty the Empress.

Even so, Kallen's heart swelled up with pure joy and kisses his child's forehead. He will forever watch this being in his arms.

He will shower it with love more than anyone else.

Being a parent brought him joy that he never felt in his life.

Now, Kallen always stays by his son's side. Taking care of him personally.

The empress and his siblings were overjoyed because of the child's birth. Hearing the reports from Pleides that their youngest gave birth to a super cute precious treasure made them feel the urge to go to where Kallen is.

The Calfogal Empire celebrated for a week!

Such joyous moment was shared by every citizen of the empire. Also, the change in attitude of Kallen is a bonus to the event.

Now, only three months' worth of travel time before they reach their destination.

Kallen is not afraid of the new environment. He knows that he can protect himself and his child.

"Your highness, we are nearing the surface of Planet 2466020. I believe that we must take cover so that we won't arose the suspicions of the beings in that planet", Said Lea, one of the Pleides.

"Then do must you have to do to make us a safe landing. I don't want to be the eye candy of their government", Lea bowed down and went to proceed with Kallen's order.

After a few moments, the transport ship that carried Kallen and his crew landed on a safe and quiet area in the Olruc country near the capital.

They don't want to cause such ruckus thus they decided to land in the outskirts of the capital city of Olruc.

The maids did their work and bought a land and house for temporary lodging.

They also bought a car and other necessities.

After they got settled in, Lea and the other three maids went outside to gather intel about the clone of their prince Raiver Ashten.

It didn't take long before they gather all the related information about Raiver.

The group went back in the base (house) and reported everything they have found to Kallen.

They also recovered things such as passports, wallets, ID's and other mortal things that Kallen's clone possessed.

As Kallen browsed from all the files that his maids installed in the computer, a smile broke out from Kallen's face.
