"You appear to be happy, these days." My secretary said as she sat on the opposite chair.
Don't dare ask me why I don't know her name because I'm not concerned about that. I only know the names of those I want to know their names.
There is no need to get my brain filled with thoughts of those who don't mean anything to me.
"Don't you want me to be happy?" I narrow my eyes at her.
"That's not what I meant," she nervously chuckled at my words. "I was just trying to make conversation. You don't have to take it as if—"
"What of the files I asked you to get? Are they done?"
"Yes, sir." She expertly switched from being playful to serious.
The fast way she changed stunned me.
