I had a nightmare

And after when you left, I was devastated. I was actually the one who hit your car so I could see you for a bit longer.

"Why did you do that? It could've hurt you so bad".

"It did, I was hurt baby, but I didn't care. All I cared about was to get a chance to see you before you would have left". Luca said

"I will never leave you alone, l promise". Aria said

"I know"

"So why did they attack me? The wolves I mean". She asked

"You were there, that's why, it was nothing like they would have targeted you. They weren't in control". Luca explained

"Oh, that means there is no need to get worried".

"Why were you out of the room in the first place? I thought you would fall asleep and you would be safe".

"I had a nightmare. I didn't want to wake you up and fresh air always helps me calm my nerves so I went outside". Aria defend herself

"Okay. Next time you'll wake me up. I don't want you getting hurt okay?" He said

"How would we be safe here, in your room?"

"You see my brother, Ryker is theApha the one who controls all the werewolves in New Orleans He has created a boundary that no wolves can cross in order to keep them away from and keep me safe. Ryker can control

himselt but my parents can't. So they are compelled to stay away from the boundaries or the Alpha can kill them.

"But they are his parents"

"Yes they are, but once someone is chosen to become an Alpha, everyone is obligated to follow him. If any of the wolves disobey the Alpha, the Alpha kills them. It's part of the beast inside them. All the beasts are out of control but still obey their Alpha, because without him, they are helpless and can get killed

"This is so cool". Aria exclaimed

"I know right".

"So why aren't you like them"

"I don't know. They never tell me anything about it. l just know that I am a werewolf but I haven't had my werewolf abilities yet. Why am I so different, I have no idea".

"Thank you".

"For what"

"For saving me last night".

"You don't have to thank me. It's my duty to keep my girlfriend safe". Luca said

He ended his sentence with a wink. Her

cheeks turned pink along with her nose She was bluching hard He pinched her chin lightly and guided her lips towards his. He softly brushed his lips on her lips. He always loved to tease her this way. He kept teasing her until she gave up and crashed her lips

on his.

He smiled and kissed her back. Their lips moved in sync in a soft but lovely kiss. He pulled back when they both were out of breath. He crawled out of the bed with Aria still on his lap. He carried her like a baby into the bathroom.

"Go and get ready. I will be waiting for you".

He said as he exited the bath room. She

smiled, peeled off her clothes and hopped into the shower. Fifteen minutes later she exited the bathroom, a towel was wrapped around her body and she made her was into his closet. Luca wasn't in the room at that time.

She quickly picked a fancy purple top with skinny blue jeans, wore them and exited the closet. As she was about to open the door, Luca opened it for her and she jumped.

"You done?".

She nodded her head with a cute smile. She noticed Luca too was freshly showered and fuly dressed. He was wearing a light grey t-shirt and blue jeans. He offered her his hand, she quickly acceptedit and he pulled her out of his bedroom.

He took her to the dining room where everyone was already seated arnd were waiting for them. They quickly took their seats and Marie served them first

"I thought I was always the first one to be served?" Jason complain as he made a fake hurt face.

"Not today pa, maybe next time". Luca teased

Aria covered her mouth with her hand and giggled at the cute fight she witnessed between father and son. Jason got up from his seat and went to her. He stood behind her and patted her head lovingly like a father.

"God bless you my lovely child, you returned our son to us"

"Dad come on". Luca blushed

He stood up, wiped Jason's tears and pulled him in a strong hug, Jason hugged him back and patted his back lovingly Marie and Aria looked at both of them and awed seeing their love towards each other Luca broke

the hug. Took his father back to his seat. made him sit and served his father by himself. He then sat beside him, on his seat and started digging in the food

"We are very sorry for last night. Luca must have told you that we weren't in control". Marie apologized

"It's okay Mrs Morris. please you don't apologise".

"Again Mrs. Morris, I told you to call me mom, like Luca"

"ops! Sorry mom"

"That's like a good girl" Jason complimented

Aria smiled and felt her heart filled with joys and happinesses. She never thought his parents would be this much welcoming. Not just that, she never thought in her dreams that they would be so loving and caring towards her. Spending time with Luca's parents always makes her feel like she is spending time with her own parents.

"Why Ryker isn't here by now? I miss him" Luca said.

Both Jason and Marie looked at each other and looked back at Luca.

"Wait, why are you both giving me this awkward look?"

"Ryker can't make it this time honey" Marie said.

"What why? He never skipped the Christmas and New year".

"He was told someone is stalking us. One of the wolves had seen some unknown creatures in our territory They followed them but no one could actualy reach them. They are fast and smart. Ryker said he needs to stay and look into this. At first we all thought we all were being followed but we were

never the center of their attraction.

"What does that suppose to mean?"

"Luca, it's not us who are being followed it's you and Aria those unknown creatures are following you and keeping eyes on you both. Aria's eyes widened in horor and Luca also felt the same horror
