My husband who was being treated at the hospital for cancer passed away that day. I have run out of all the money because of the high-cost treatment. I didn't have anyone to return to. I sat on the hillside thinking about what I should do from then on." Lily paused and looked at Cassie.

"At that time, I met Jayden. He was new to this country and didn't know many people. When he noticed me standing at the edge of the hill, he thought I was trying to jump off the cliff.
