The news of Xia Zhihuai's car accident and hospitalization couldn't be kept under wraps. Thankfully, he posted a photo on his Twitter account, reassuring everyone that he was okay.
Nevertheless, friends came to visit him in the hospital. Early in the morning, Wanwan and Bai Qingyi arrived first, followed by Zhong Jianian, who lived in the same building.
Zhong Jianian brought some fruit and placed a bouquet of flowers by Xia Zhihuai's bedside. Looking at Xia Zhihuai, who was playing a game on his phone, he remarked, "You don't look like someone who just had a car accident. Did the ambulance pick up the wrong person?"
Xia Zhihuai, whose game character had just died, looked up and retorted, "The photos of me being carried from the crash site aren't fake, you know."
Zhong Jianian laughed, "You're really lucky. Most people wouldn't survive such an accident without losing half their life."
Xia Zhihuai raised his chin slightly, "That's right, I'm blessed this year."
