Vampire Hunter

With Anastasia safe, Aegon left the bathroom and cut into 2 the vampire who had noticed them and had already approached the bathroom door. The action caught the attention of many of the other vampires who couldn't figure out what the hell was going on.

A man with a mask that seemed to be made of bones and a katana had just killed one of them like it was nothing.

They snapped out of their stupor as the man started moving at a speed even they couldn't keep up with and was killing every vampire he came across.

Tonight the hunter had become the hunted and they were terrified, but it was only the beginning.

The screams and the music did not stop, blood was scattered everywhere, body parts fell everywhere and then ended up turning into ashes, and people ran everywhere looking for a way out, the vampires seeing that they had no chance against him. The hunter headed for the exit that was still blocked to prevent any human from escaping, but they were met with gunfire by a black-skinned man dressed entirely in black and wearing dark glasses.

The hunter's late arrival did not go unnoticed by Aegon so the first moment he saw that Alyssa was still alive he grabbed her by the neck and led her towards the bathroom where Anastasia was. Once in the bathroom, Aegon ignored the vampire's attempts to free herself from her grasp.

"Bakudo #4 Hainawa (Climbing Rope)" A rope made of yellow-colored energy wrapped around Alyssa preventing her from escaping when she released it. "Now behave yourself and wait here with Anastasia."

"What have you done to me!?" The vampire yelled, but Aegon just ignored her and left the bathroom, but not before putting up a second barrier. "Kyomon (Mirror Door)"

When he came out of the bathroom only a few vampires were left alive, although some might have escaped. It only took a couple more minutes for the hunter to finish off those who were left alive.

When there was no one else he began to walk towards Aegon cautiously and still keeping a pistol in his left hand and the thin-bladed sword he carried in his right hand.

Not wanting to make the situation awkward, Aegon spoke up as soon as the man was close. "A busy night I would say." The man was silent for a few seconds. "You don't look like one of those bloodsuckers, but you're not human either. I've seen how you moved."

"I'm just different, like you, you have good moves too. I'm Sauron, what should I call you?"

"Blade. I've seen you drag one of them in that direction." Blade indicated with his hand where the bathroom was.

"Yes, it would have been dangerous if one of those bullets of yours hit her. The Vampires owe me more than one explanation for bringing me to this place."

"I have come here to kill all these bloodsuckers." Blade told him looking at him waiting to see what his answer would be, it was annoying that he couldn't perceive his expression due to his mask.

"I'm afraid you'll have to make an exception for her this time." When he answered Aegon he could see Blade tighten the hilt of his sword and walk towards him. Hoping to avoid a confrontation, Aegon released some of the spirit pressure from him, just enough to make Blade gasp for breath. "I appreciate the work you do, but I need the vampire alive in return I'll let you question her, just avoid violence."

Aegon removed the spiritual pressure from him allowing Blade to breathe normally again. "I just need a couple of minutes, but I can't promise she won't scream a bit."

Aegon hadn't expected Blade to agree so easily. "Fair enough, just don't amputate any part of her body."

What Aegon didn't understand was that Blade wasn't some fool to not notice when the situation got too much for him. There were still too many bloodsuckers loose out there that needed to be eliminated to end up injured or worse, killed by facing a threat that he had no information about.

They both headed towards the bathroom, Aegon took Anastasia who was still asleep and was going to leave to let Blade do his thing, Alyssa was terrified when she saw Blade's face.

Whether or not Blade kept his end of the deal would be left to chance, it would be a good way to know if he was trustworthy or not. But before he was out the door they heard the sounds of sirens. "I had forgotten that the police were a real thing, it's just that they always tend to arrive when it's too late."

They all left through a hidden exit at the back of the club. Alyssa was being dragged by Blade. When they were in an alley and away from the Blade club, he began to get information about other places where vampires used to meet.

The woman did not hesitate to release all the information to save her skin. Anastasia who had already woken up was trying to understand everything that she had seen while she was thinking if she was going crazy or not.

With the information she wanted, Blade left after saying a few words to Aegon. "You should kill her, she is nothing but a bloodsucker."

"I'm glad to meet you too Blade, I'll think of your council." Blade didn't reply.

When they were alone Aegon approached Anastasia. "Are you still with us, haven't you lost your mind?"

"I'm not sure. I think I've seen vampires. Someone must have drugged my drink, because vampires aren't real, right." The woman looked at Aegon waiting for him to confirm what she had said, but that didn't happen.

"Of course, no one drugged your drink stop talking nonsense, vampires are real." Aegon paused, then gestured towards Alyssa who was still bound. "Look, we have a beautiful specimen here."

Aegon moved towards Alyssa leaving Anastasia trying to accept reality. "Now vampiress, I want you to tell me all about your race and the supernatural."

Alyssa who had seen him in action at the club looked at him with a mixture of fury and fear. "Why should I tell you anything?"

"I don't know if you've noticed, but the only reason you're alive is because of me. Wouldn't you like to continue like this?"

"After saving me from Blade you wouldn't go to kill me, I've seen how you looked at me the whole night." The woman smiled smugly confident in her beauty.

"Are you insane? While I'm sure I'd enjoy fucking you, I'm going to rip your head off without hesitation if you get too smart. There are plenty of beautiful women in this world, and you're not the most beautiful or anything. So start talking or I'll leave you tied up on a rooftop so you can watch the sunrise."

When she heard the latter she was no longer confident and began to talk about the history of her race, its hierarchical structure, and the areas of influence they had, it turns out that the woman was very well informed, Blade had underestimated everything this woman knew.

Aegon wasn't the only one listening intently, Anastasia had come over and was listening too, Aegon was a bit surprised that the woman had calmed down and she was interested in what Alyssa was saying.

"Incredible, to think that there is a hidden world in the shadows. What I don't understand is why the humans who have discovered the existence of vampires have never tried to reveal the truth. If the world knew, exterminating vampires would not be impossible with the weapons of today and our numerical superiority." The one who spoke was Anastasia.

"Don't be so sure, after so many years no one can predict how well prepared the vampires are, besides they could start to increase their ranks by turning the humans into masses. Some humans wouldn't mind betraying their race for the dream." of a long life."

Alyssa after hearing Aegon's explanation nodded. "Those are some of the consequences that could happen if a war were to break out. Besides, we're not the only supernatural race."

"Right, werewolves are real too," Anastasia said remembering another of the famous races that until a few minutes ago she believed only existed in fantasy. "You know, what surprises me the most about all of this is knowing that Dracula is real!"

Aegon ignored Anastasia and released Alyssa. "Do you have a number I can reach you at?" she asked her. The woman was thoughtful until she handed him a card with her contact.

"Are you sure you want to get back in touch with me or maybe it's just a fake number?"

"This just makes things easier." She told him holding up the card she had given him. "Now that I know you I can find you whenever I try, no matter where you hide." This wasn't entirely true, but she didn't need to know.

"Well, I guess I wouldn't mind seeing each other again in better condition." The vampire had returned to her seductive attitude. "Anastasia, why don't you come with me? I promise you won't get hurt and I think you might be interested."

Aegon was going to say something, but he noticed how Anastasia was thinking about the proposal so he waited to see what her answer would be, that woman since he met her she knew that she was somewhat ambitious.

Anastasia took a deep breath and made a decision. "Aegon if you don't see me again, do me a favor, put a stake in it and I'm not talking about the one between your legs." The woman approached him, gave him a kiss that seemed to want to suck the air out of him, and she left with the vampire.

This day could not be more unusual. What idiot would think of going with a vampire willingly? I better go to sleep something tells me that I will need the rest.
