94. Short Goodbyes. *

He left Carlos last so he could stand guard and by the night enveloped our world we were all exhausted after cleaning but home.

Mother, granny and Miranda were the only ones exempt, granny were old apparently and the rest were cooking.

The day or days were long and I couldn't wait for the rains to force us inside here all the time.

" The real work only just begins after today. "

Eli was quick to pull me back to reality.

I looked upstairs towards Anna room.

It wasn't that late but, the kids were sleeping already Ciren read some stories from the books she brought and they nodded off in the comfortable bed surrounded by pillows.

Soon the two missing ones stepped in and we ate and drink late into the night tired as we were, some food and good company re energised every one.

The conversation was mostly about our day.

With Alexander and Demelza staying here as well for tonight we all said our good nights and went to bed.

Which was good because I had news for him.

After we were comfortable under the blanket, I spilled.

While playing with his hair. " Soo...I talked to my mother about Carlos after you..

" You didn't.."

I hid inside his chest so not to face him. " I just asked one question.."

" Yeah..I bet it was ' how's the wheater?' Hmm? " - he played with my back which was more of a reward then deterrent. " No love..you meddled.."

Meddler..turns out faith is indeed a lady.

" I couldn't take it anymore..her looks and demeanour...Ouch.."

He used my own move against me and bit my exposed shoulder.

" Whatever will end up happening "- he pulled me on for a loving kiss. " I will take great comfort in the knowledge that it was 100% your fault..agreed? "

100%?

I saddled him while pushing him down. " Ohh.. you will not stick me with the whole..stop laughing! I swear.."

I couldn't help but laugh myself as he poked me at the perfect time to make my words mean something dirty but very fun.

I leaned all the way down and took my sweet revenge on his lips while kept grinding on him.

Teasing was a very important part of our plays.

" Fine..I'll take some of the blame..all of it!!..common.."

He quickly gave up and he was rewarded and,and so was I.

The next morning, I was shaken awake.

" MOM..uncle Carlos and Ciren is leaving. "

I was up but, groggy and let myself be lead downstairs to an already gathering crowd around the two.

" I thought you be leaving with Zephyr.." - once closer I could see that they indeed were back now in the clothes they came from.

Carlos stepped up and took my hand. " Ciren is dear sister..I'll have a few stops to make. "

He was vague. I suppose it's something for their future plans or just personal.

I said my goodbyes and kissed little Ciren in Zephyr arms.

" Thank you for coming Ciren. You welcome anytime as long as you like. "

" Thank you Lylly. "

I nodded happy because Anna wanted to hug her not out of jealousy as her place being taken.

She made another friend.

Zephyr let them down and stood beside me.

" You slept in.." - he kissed the night away slowly and in very enjoyable way. " You were amazing last night no jam but, very enjoyable... "

" I'm very glad it pleased you, lord. " - I nestled in his arm and enjoyed his hands playing with my back.

" Go back to sleep...no,no,no..go. " - I wanted to protest but, it was an order from my lord so what can a farm girl possibly do?

He waited until my confirmation and picked up little Ciren again, whose been patiently waiting for him.

They said their goodbyes to all, mother hugged an otherwise flamboyant man who now looked more like any man around him.

Real.

After they left, I allowed myself some tea before heading back up.

" You sure look tired. " - Eli put her hand on my head cheking for fever. " ..Not illness..oh maybe your shouting last night like..

" Oh shut up..." - I wasn't in the mood for a lecture from a girl who received expensive underwear for her first night from me.

On mine, I wore Demelza's.

" Just jump the silly neighbour boy already.."

She puffed up her cheeks. " Lucian is not silly!! and you very well..you know. "

She changed her sentence once noticed Anna looking and listening intently and narrowed eyes.

Demelza smiled at out exchange while mother was silent and just fiddled with her food.

Ehlite..what I'm going to do with her.

With yesterday's little sessions, I forget ask Zephyr to talk to man..or, I might just ask him to straight up sabotage their marriage with Yelena and be done with it.

It's not pretty but, family is all..and that snobbish women was standing in the way of my mother's happiness.

I kissed Anna and left her with the granny and aunties dragging myself upstairs.

I fallen on the bed enjoying it's softness and familiar scent.

I stretched around rubbing my face into the pillows..loved these!

Zephyr had no taste.

Zephyr...Ahh..I rolled around a little smelling his pillow and ended wrapped in the blanket twice over.

Alright mental checks..

Houses? Done.

Birthday party? Done.

Day at the sea? Done.

Still satisfying and passionate sex? Done and done.

Even with all the crazy yet to come.

It was finally October.

Two more months until our wedding. He will be busy but, I will try and include him as much as he wants to be..after all it's still 10% of his day too.

With those silly thoughts, I fallen a sleep. I didn't even bother to unwrapping myself it was incredibly hard to fall asleep without his scent.

I barely dreamed lately..with all of them being fulfilled in realtime there was no point to them.
