Storm Before the Journey

When faced with a crisis people tend to move around like a headless chicken and the situation in front of the principal's office can be said the same.

Not everyday children face certain feelings of death and cry out loud to their parents for safety. The principal just gave normal explanation that a small skirmish of quirks frightened the kids greatly and gave no explanation. He promised that it will be smoothly dealt with.

Shiro greatly miscalculated.

He though all of the superpowered being around him as threats with their quirky abilities.

He failed to take into account that minor E-Rank noble phantasm when exposed to people without magic resistance is asking for them to go unconscious or run for their lives. The aura of a noble phantasm is truly terrifying in this world compared to his one.

This worlds population has abilities but not to the extent to resist certain aspects of moonlit world which he carries.

A great blunder which he caused after unleashing the havoc in this world.

The principal and caretakers tried their best to pacify the raging parents who were demanding explanation at why their children were crying their lungs out and asking to go home and never return.

After certain explanation of infighting and a promise of a clear solution caused by it. The principal bid farewell to the worried parents who carried their children with the promise of a warm meal. The fear of certain death which is not yet explained to them has made their body go cold.

While this was happening the parents of the children responsible were asked to stay in a separate room for claudication and the understanding of the weight of their children's actions.

Most of their mothers of the children are present as their fathers are away for work and could not make it to the emergency meeting.

Aoi Moguro the mother of Goro who has same characteristics as a mole but only in features with sharp nails and huge hair wearing a suit and pearl necklace.

The parents of Sagara, Sabo and Mikhiko was given a small warning of bullying and misbehaving and was let off after a mild explanation of the incident and about aggravating and bullying students causing their parents give a lashing of harsh words.

The Jury was about to begin.

The principal has given strict lecture about pointing fingers and misbehaving during the explanation.

Also, no lashing out to parents of the party who might have to most contribution in the era of quirks and their misuse.

These rules were given by the Hero Public safety commission by the board of directors and the head of Education department.

No escalation of violence and provoking may not happen in the case of quirk misuse of their children.

Cameras are set up to Judge the character of the children from the videos recorded and sent to their parents for proper tutoring of their parents in their children behavior.

As it is the year of 2246 the rules were refined and the parents were made to attend seminars for making sure how to educate children to maintain a proper decorum in society and not turn into a villain and labeled as one.

One of the reasons there was no screaming and shouting in the conference room set up with video projector.

The principal entered with mis Aiko for the testimony of the chaos that occurred in the field.

Miss Aoi shakes her head furiously as Daisuke approaches the projector to start the video from the first engagement of Shiro and Gorou.

Everyone present listens and waits for the video to play out.

The first video shows of children in chaos throwing their quirks around as the first awakened them. Every time children awaken their quirks; they are bound to use them and be rebellious.

Then the scene came where the mole dug in several students and tanking several shots from the emitter quirk user children. The caretakers with protective equipment trying to stop the ongoing chaos.

This obviously embarrassed the mother of her children's actions.

She became more ashamed when her child dug the principal's leg into the ground.

The principal gives a hollow laugh watching it.

Then comes the surprising actions of Shiro when he suddenly pulled out one of his legs and punched the light out of the mole boy faraway to the ground making a crater.

This causes Aoi to stand up from the seat.

Daisuke: Is there something wrong mis Aoi?

Aoi: He punched my child and made a crater and you! Didn't think to notify me. He was rubbing his belly when going to sleep at night. I asked if it hurt but he refused to answer!

Daisuke: We made sure to provide medicine and medical attention to every child who get hurt. That is our policy. Also, I didn't think it was necessary as transformation quirk users has high durability. I think you know as your quirk provides the same perks is it not?

Aoi: But that punch!

Daisuke: That was self-defense with amazing reaction time. If he didn't retaliate, what do you think would happen. I think you have seen what happened to rest of the students. Your child is quiet the trouble maker. If I had to notify every single mishap, I would have to go back from the beginning to explain and the video is showing the reason where it all started. Also, one of the reasons after every month we send video tapes.

Kaguya: But how did my child get involved in this skirmish! She is literally shaking and refuse to talk to me. She has made a cocoon around her with her webs.

The six eyes of Nessas mother look menacingly telling the principal that it may not happen. So, he has miss Aoi to pacify them using her quirk to calm them instantly.

Daisuke: Ok here goes nothing.

The video starts with the confrontation with the gang of four and five shouting with Daisuke shouting at Shiro.

It seems every parent understood that what was about to happen. Including the mother of Aiko who sighed in frustration.

When the talk ended in the video and looking at Goro deranged look everybody knew something is about to go down and from the looks of the few words said by Shiro with incredible intellect surprising everyone.

The chaos started.

The one who started the first act of violence was none other than Goro.

Then later everyone was surprised by the speed of Shiro and how efficiently he knocked out Goro with a cycle kick. This caused Goro's mother to make her nails sink into the skirt. No one wants to see her child beat up.

Then later he was shot with webs by a smiling Nessa causing her mother Kaguya to Facepalm. Her daughter's sadist nature is getting out of hand.

But later the one who was surprised the most was Shiro's father Hanzo as his son summoned a shield blocking the onslaught of attacks from the lizard boy who rushed to give several blows.

Now everyone got a clear picture of the bully and the victim.

There was nothing to talk about anymore about who was in the wrong.

Three people ganging up on a child does not sit well for the parents.

But the shock didn't end there.

It was when Shirou projected several swords to launch against Nessa frightening the small girl to the core.

Nessa mother's eyes went full red looking at the principal but was immediately calmed down with miss Aiko's quirk.

Calming Radiance making the parents shift uncomfortably in their chair.

As being messed in their minds with mental quirk does not sound calming at all.

Then the biggest shock came as some children outright fainted or started to cry causing them to fall over.

The video ended there leaving the parents with more questions and some enraged shouts.

Kaguya: WHY DID YOU NOT STOP EARLIER! THAT BRAT COULD HAVE SKEWERED MY BABY GIRL.

Honoka: I don't know why my boy attacked and I am greatly ashamed by it.

Aoi: How did that boy do all this. Flying swords and superhuman strength? Not to mention that beautiful Arthurian Shield. Just what type of quirk is that!

Daisuke: Now now we all know this was going to happen and you are all enraged. But just so you know that it was almost weeks that Shiro awakened his quirk and he does not know it's full potential. If you have any question, ask the parents if they wish to clarify what their quirks are.

Daisuke: As you can see Shiro was aggravated and frightened in his first day so it caused him to lash out. So, I plead to you to all let this go without any accountability from both sides as both parties are equally guilty. We will make sure to give special care to let this not happen gain and please make sure your children understand the consequences of their actions.

Aoi: So, you want us to let it go? Just like that. It did not seem the boy was pushed back at all and it seems he was dominating the whole skirmish.

Kaguya: My daughter almost had her life threatened how can you ask us to let it go!

This Caused a collective shiver go down everyone's spine including Shiro's parents.

The scale of devastation Shiro can is on a different level and Hanzo looking at the video knew his son was more than he meets the eye.

Daisuke: That is why we need to lead the next generation to the right path instead of condemning them. Escalating the situation and Isolating children is not the solution but having proper understanding with them. Children are young and naïve so they are bound to be impulsive and make mistake. Kurumi Saito: Nagisa! We are being late for dinner it took me a while to find you. Why do you sleep under a tree and the bench every time? I have to search for –

Kurumi: Ara~ did you make a new friend!

Nagisa: Yes! And he is a bad boy!

Ayako goes and greets them.

Kurumi: No no! he has been snarky but noy rude. It seems he made his first friend here. Also my daughter seems to angry with him about something. My name is Kurumi Saito I am this little bundle of Joys mother.

Ayako: Oh my how adorable, but why is she holding my shiro like that?. Did he do something wrong?

Nagisa: It's because he nice to cuddle.

Shiro:….

Kurumi: …..

Ayako: ….

A stray though crosses from the darkest corner of his mind. These words appear every time Shirou wants to look at the world in a brighter perspective. He wonders where it comes from

Ayako: That is why you need to look at the world in a broader perspective and to get along with people, to understand them and develop your own sense of self with your own uniqueness. One day you will have someone who will hold your hand and walk with you, someone who understands you and in return you must understand them. Not only their brightest side but also their darkness.

Shirou: Sorry I used my quirk. I was too infuriated and prideful. I should have never done that.

Shirou can exactly make his mother understand of his time as the counter guardian. But he can give a glimpse of some of his nature. But not the part that is cold and twisted. A machine that never stops doing his duty.
