Thanks a tonne to all the readers for showing support for this fanfic and sharing your ideas.

As for the request I placed regarding the harem members please keep in mind that the path Ash will take will almost be the same so I can't have romance with those characters not from Kanto Early on. Honestly I was surprised as no one proposed the name of Serena. I'm not complaining as I didn't felt that Ash connected that well with Serena even in anime. Secondly I myself prefer not to add any R18 stuff as Ash is a child and I wish for my fanfic to have a global reach. However I'm open to suggestions and can try my hand if you want it. So please be patient if your suggested character is not introduced early. We can't have too many girls fawning over the MC early on right!

Now regarding some suggestions:

Joe: I haven't played any Pokemon game and thus don't know if it's a character from the game or not. As far as I have seen the anime the only Joe I know is the boy from Pokemon academy episode so definitely you aren't talking about him. My guess is that you're talking of Zoey from Sinnoh. Please mention the details of the character you're proposing for harem

Cynthia: Well she's older than Ash's mom so I kinda feel wierd for such a big age difference relationship. However, if the concerned person wishes I can adjust the story a bit to lower her age to be about 6 years older than Ash which can be acceptable in normal sense.

Jenny: Even I had her in mind as I had a crush on Jenny when I watched the anime. However, again she's the age of Ash's mom and I'm a bit uncomfortable with that relationship. But I have idea to introduce a young Jenny the same age as Ash as a Pokemon police officer trainee. Please tell me if you're ok with this.

Olivia: As I said before in the note in the chapter 4 I'm not into incest for this series so for Olivia it's a big nono for the harem. Sorry about that. I introduced her in the story as I had felt that Robin was somewhat too pitiful and deserves to have the family love she missed out on. It may be selfish on my part but I'm sorry, she can atmost be an aunt figure with good relations with Ketchum family but that's it. I apologise if you're still not convinced but I really can't put up with such a relationship in the context of this anime.

Now for the plot:

I've stated the starter Pokemon as an elephant but I want the first Pokemon to be a wild one caught even before. The following are the choices I have as first Pokemon. It won't be a legendary Pokemon I'll try to give that Pokemon a legendary evolution.

1. Arbok: The cobra Pokemon. Personally my second favorite (first being Pikachu) as I'm from South Asia and we worship cobras, more so in their form as Naga the multiheaded guardians.

2. Onix: The list may sound skewed towards the snake side but I believe that potential of this rock snake Pokemon wasn't utilised in the anime.

3. Pikachu: I've always loved the team of Ash and Pikachu and I plan it here as well. Introducing it really will just leave the Pikachu stronger at the beginning of journey which I like.

4. Growlith: The Pokemon originally planned to be a legendary in the original series.

5. Mewtwo: Another character I've sympathy for. It will be a different Mewtwo from the original Mewtwo belonging ti Giovanni but this one will also be an escapee from Giovanni's lab.
