When Arion followed the strange sensation to the front of the palace awhile ago, he didn't even stop before dashing inside.
It just seemed as though he was being controlled by the drag itself. Not that it was truly in control of his speed, but because he was so sensitive to its fluctuation.
'Poof.'
He sighed as he reached a cavern. It was so much dark inside and the smell coming out was so gross, showing that the cavern had been empty for thousands of years.
"Light up the lamps for me."
Arion said, much like a mumble.
Flames immediately illuminated the wall-lamps.
Arion peered at a lamp, and he saw cobwebs around it. Was the cavern that ancient?
Then, gradually, all the wall-lamps illuminated and the pathway stretched down to a corner, about ten metres long.
But this was not a time to be so inspective; not when the sensation was probably going to go off.
