Chapter 4

When one contemplates the concept of destruction, the mind conjures up images of chaos, calamity, and all things negative.

Some may even view it as a natural cycle, a necessary cleansing for new beginnings. But for me, destruction is more than just a that. It the only thing that could ignite my soul's thirst and sets my dull heart ablaze.

My life was dull and monotonous in existence, devoid of any purpose or meaning. There was always the this feeling of emptiness, an unquenchable thirst and yearning for completion, fulfillment and satisfaction.

But when the topic of destruction was brought up it felt like I had just found and an oasis in a desert to quench that thirst that was slowly but surely killing me inside and finally destruction has become my raison d'être.

I am drawn to it like a moth to a flame, unable to resist its allure. It's as if a primal force within me has been awakened, urging me to explore the depths of this dark and mysterious realm.

I don't know what's coming next, and I don't really understand how big my mission is.

But I do know one thing - I'm ready to face the unknown and explore the depths. I've discovered that my purpose, my reason for living, lies in destruction and I'm determined to uncover its mysteries and unleash its power, no matter what it takes.

"I'M READY"

"Goddess, are you with me? Hello?"

"Huh, yes, I am with you. You were saying?"

That was weird... "Anyway, I am ready to continue with the process. This is the part where I am reborn, right? You give me some overpowered skills or weapons, and a freakishly OP system?"

"Well, we don't have to do all that. I can simply give you your powers, and you can ascend to your post and continue as you've always done, just on a universal level." And, of course, our relationship will continue as well," she thought to herself.

"Wait, what? That's it? I don't have to start from the beginning and work my way to the top before I get as strong as you?"

"Yes, that is correct."

"Why? If it's that simple, it would be boring! I won't get to fight newbie monsters or goblins, or fight demons and dragons, or have my own dragon. I won't get to go into dungeons, beat up arrogant young nobles, and experience the thrill of the journey!"

*I was confused why would one want to go through the tiresome stress of trying to gain power then I remembered that this was my Alex that we were talking about I realized that he was always like this.*

*But there is no way I'm letting him go like e that, what if he was injured or worse someone tries to kill him.*

Despite being the most powerful person in the cosmos she was worried if someone injured her 'beloved' or tried to kill him, when she could just heal him or reverse time and he will be as good as new. The things 'Love' make us do.

"Why would you want to go through all that, isn't the the end result the same"

"No it's different, haven't you heard of the quote - it's not about the destination it's about the journey. My life as been very boring to the point that it caused my death, there's no way I'm spending my second chance the same way."

"Ok, but that can only be considered if I stay with you at all times. I can't let my brother be in harm's way can I?."

"Uh yh sure but don't you have better things to be doing like, I don't know maybe watching over the stability of the universe?.

"I can do that while staying with you"

"Ok" he said bewildered by the strange flow of things

*Yes I did it now I can be with my Alex all they long. That was the only thought in the mind of strongest being in the cosmos.*

While I was going through the chapters I noticed it is confusing to tell the difference between thoughts and conversations of the characters.

So from now asterisks will show the thoughts and double apostrophe will show conversations. As for double asterisks that will be for special dialogues for example one that breaks the fourth wall.

Thank you all for starting my novel, even though I have not been releasing chapters. But please bear with me I would soon be free, and will be able to continue with the novel.
