Episode 2: School Club 1

I was pushed back to a corner of the wall. If it was her, I'd gladly accept this. But in this case, three girls surrounded me.

"Hey, would you like to join our Sewing Club?"

"You'd exactly fit in our group!"

"I'm sure you can handle it easily."

They kept talking, trying their best to recruit me from the club. One even handed out a flier that seemed handmade to me.

It was then, when she showed up. Resting her elbow to my left shoulder, she spoke, "So... what do you need for a guy like this here?"

The girls looked confused. I strengthened my shoulders to withstand her rest. She then winked at one of the girls. An odd stare is the only thing she received.

"We wanted him to join the club," says one of the girls. "We wouldn't mind recruiting you too."

"Oh gee, no thanks," She replied then looked at me. "How about you?"

"I'll pass." I turned my head looking at the floor. I then muttered, "again."

"Tsk, okay then."

"Let's just go."

"Sheesh."

The girls finally left. I let out a sigh after the stressful confrontation. She then stopped resting her elbows, instead she wrapped around her arms in my shoulders.

"This is their second day already. Aren't you worried?"

"Of course I am. But I can't just-"

"Hmph," she cut me off. "Don't worry, I made a countermeasure already. Besides, they'll crumble to my presence. Muahaha!" She spread her arms.

I scratched my head and started wondering about things.

The first one: How did she found out that it has been the second time around that they visited me? The answer's most likely to be that she's seen me from afar.

The second one and the last: What could be that countermeasure?

---

"Hey, you."

"Oh?" I clicked my tongue for a second.

"Why did you winked at me like that?" The girl asked straightforwardly. "Just so you know, I'm not into girls-"

I stared. A very long stare. I continued to chew on the lollipop I'm trying to finish up until now. And as always, I stared.

"What?" She finally reacted. "Is there something wrong with my face?"

I took out the lollipop and replied, "Oh, nothing."

She looked at me for a while before returning back to her senses. I remained to stare at her huge round eyes.

"Like I was saying earlier-"

"Don't bother that boy again." I inserted the lollipop into my mouth again. "Or you'll regret it." I smashed the lollipop using my bare teeth.

The girl had a funny face to look at. I swear, if he had seen this, it'd make him laugh. But well, eventually, she left without saying a word.

On the other hand, I went home and checked if my teeth were still intact. Apparently, a small trace of blood came down to one of it. I gurgled to wash it off and luckily, it wasn't severe.

"Oh my. I'm being reckless because of him."

The following chapters will be a blast. You bet!
