A day to take care of you

The morning sun slowly rised into the sky Abigail yawned waking up to the new morning.

She stepped out of the bed her eyes landed on the two people still fast asleep she wondered were their to way them up or let them stay in bed for a day.

She decided to let them stay in bed going towards the kitchen to prepare some morning meal.

Light woke up not long after staring at Anthony calm sleepy face she slowly took his hand off her waist sitting up right..

Her hand touched his face and she instantly took them back realizing Anthony was burning up badly he had a fever and it was really bad.

She remembers he had given her is suit jacket and stayed behind in the cold to keep her safe he was sick because of her.

" Abi..." She called out her friend name worry laced in her tone.

Abigail stepped out of the kitchen wondering why light called her urgently she hoped Their wasn't any thing serious happening again.

" What wrong light " Abigail asked worriedly staring at her friend pale face.

" I think Anthony is having a fever he is burning up really badly I don't know what to do " Light spoke desperately wanting her friend help.

" Okay wake him up " Abigail spock having a grim expression on her face she sat down by Anthony side placing her hand on his head realizing light was right.

Light gentle patted him but he didn't wake up she shook him really hard in fear.

" Anthony wake up stop scaring me " She spoke almost screaming in panic.

Anthony short opened gazing into her eyes he smiled taking his hand to touch her face.

" Good morning my angel " His voice sounded low and horse feeling a bit weak.

" You have a bad fever Anthony I won't be going to class today I have to take care of you" Light spoke standing up to her feet going into the kitchen she came back with a red oil.

Abigail smiled almost laughing light had no clue what she was doing but she didn't want to interfere because she wanted to give light the chance to care for him.

" Well since it just a fever and you got it handled light I have to attend class I wish I could stay and help Anthony get better soon " She spoke standing up watching light pure a bit of red oil into a cup handing it over to Anthony.

Abigail giggled showing Anthony your done for look with her hand she pitted the young man who was going to be taking care of my light.

Light could really become a mother hen when someone she cared for got sick maybe over do it some times. She got into the kitchen focusing her attention on the meal she was cooking.

Anthony stared at the cup of red oil light had handed to him with a half hearted smile.

" Don't you like it " Light spoke frowning not liking the fact Anthony showed displeasure towards the cup of red oil.

" No I like it am just taking my time to admire the person giving it " He lied smiling sweetly at her before taking cup of red oil driving it he coughed loudly pouring it out his mouth instantly the oil smelt terrible to him.

" Why did you drink it if you know it smelt terrible to you my mum always gave me red oil every time I got sick " Light spoke feeling a bit silly and awkward she smiled a little blowing a string of her hair off her face.

He rested up against the bed board taking the string of her hair behind her ears.

" I can't remember the last time I had a cold or fell sick it seems I over stressed myself last night so doctor light you can use me as practice let see if you been learning well from all the teachings we been having in class " He smiled graining cheekily.

" Okay patient Anthony am giving myself a day to take care of you till your all better" Light declared with a serious face Anthony couldn't help but pinch her cheeks.

" Okay doctor light " He spoke in a low tone pretending to be critically heal a naughty thought crossing his dirty mind.

" So what can I do for you to nurse you back to health " Light was a bit clueless she Knew what was going on with Anthony but their weren't really in a hospital that she could proscribe any real drugs for him.

" I'm stinking right now and am not sure I will have any strength to bath myself so can you please bath me doctor light " He spoke harding a cute tone to his voice pretending to be a saint.

" What.. are you fucking kidding me " Light screamed in shock hearing his demand her face turning red instantly.

Anthony laughed inwardly he was truly going to enjoy every bit of the moment teasing light as much as he could. He nodded in response.

Cough ; Cough

She panicked gentle robbing his back with a deep squeal on her face.

" Fine I will bath you but am not promising you I will watch some places oh...dear God what am I even saying" She screamed in frustration pulling her hair a long sigh living her lips.

Anthony couldn't help but laugh out loud he couldn't hold it in anymore. She glared at him.

Abigail also laughed loudly from the kitchen she had been listening on Their conversation for a while.

" Good one Anthony" Abigail praised graining widely she didn't mind Anthony visiting all the time he made the house lively.

" Short up abi.." Light screamed at her crossing her hands against her chest feeling pissed by their teasing.

Abigail walked out of the kitchen with some plates in her hands placing them gently on the bed.

" Enjoy guys...let it quickly so I can take my bath Anthony gist me everything when am back or better still so I don't miss out on anything place your phone on recoding then send me both your conversation while am gone " Abigail spock with a cheerful voice giggling at light expression

" Sure I will you won't miss any details" Anthony winked at Abigail the both laughed loudly.

" Why do I feel played with ? You both can fuck your selfs" Light hissed in annoyance.

Anthony grained even more widely he really loved the look on her face.

" Wow that a great idea Abigail what do you think what time will be great for you " Anthony winked over at Abigail direction

" I heard the evening is going to be cold tonight why don't we..." Abigail couldn't finish her sentence.

Light took a pillow and hite them both storming off angrily murmuring loudly.

" Stupid guy... stupid best friend..always teasing me " She screamed marching off out of the apartment.

They both laughed loudly giving themselves an high fives.

" Now I see why light likes you so much you are one interesting guy " Abigail praised admiring Anthony personality.

" And I see why light adores you she is really lucky to have a friend like you " Anthony praised her as well with a calm smile on his face he coughed lightly.

" Yeah let eat Mrs doctor light come and it we were only jocking and by the way Anthony way....of my ledge you both fit right for each other " Abigail spoke truly admiring light and Anthony bound it was rear to find.

Light stepped back into the house having her meal with them in silence. Anthony kept making a face while eating light kissed in on the cheeks.

" Every time I kiss you take a spoon because am sure the food taste bitter and you don't want to eat it " Light spoke wearing a gentle smile on her face .

Anthony stared at her for a long period of time his heart feeling blas by her small gesture.

She kissed him each time he took a spoon until his plate was empty.

He smiled widely handing his plate to light

" is there more doctor light I don't think am satisfied"

Abigail laughed from inside the bathroom stepping out with her clothes already placed on.

" Silly guy.. ": Abigail spock smiling taking her bag and wishing them a good byee.

Light glared at Anthony taking both their plates to the kitchen.

Anthony relaxed into the bed taking a piece of paper and pencil placed on the table by his side it been a while since he draw.
